    DONT RENT A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!The worst I've ever experienced. I'll never use this company again. We’ve booked two cars one month ago and paid it already. We planned to take the car at 2pm and when we arrived, the staff said one of our car cannot use it due to some problems. Actually they knew the car has the problem but they didn’t solve it before we go to there. It’s really nonsense. So when we arrived, they just told us to wait for extra few hours, ‘maybe’ they can arrange another car for us or just cancel the order. That’s right! This is how this ‘good company’ treats their customers. It’s so irresponsible and even treat us so rude! That two front desk people give us the feeling that they are not willing to help us to solve the problem. Anyway we are waiting for the car almost 3 hours with seven luggages right now. This photo posted by others, but the staff sitting there in this pic is exactly who we met and also a young girl.

    There were a few bad reviews on the Europcar St Pancras and I was a bit hesitant to book the car with them. But I am glad I did, the experience was really good. I was served by Martha 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 she was friendly and very helpful. She explained to me the contracts , showed me a few existing defects on the car and basic operating of the car as well as where the congestion zone is. The return was also very speedy with no issue at all. Will definitely go back to them again. The location on the google map is slightly off, it is in the same area as Sixt Car rental, the office is immediately on the right side after entering the car park.

    Europcar St Pancras refused to honor my fully prepaid one way rental and wouldn’t give me the car without me paying again the one way fee. I am still trying to get it back from them. Office was also very slow. Will never rent Europcar again. Beware of one way rentals from them in the UK

    My boyfriend and I hired a car from this branch. The collection and return and actual usage of the car was great. We insured no extra charges as we returned the car with a full tank, in a good condition and clean as we had agreed in the contract. I would personally use the company again but not this branch as its planted directly in the middle of the congestion zone. Which (unfortunately as we now know) the £15 Congestion charge should be paid on the day and not within a week. In which case Europcar were extremely unhelpful and refused us the PCN number. We had to wait 2 weeks for the invoice to arrive with full charges and it also had an added admin fee of £40. Absolutely appalling as all the staff member has to do is send an email with attachment.

    It's kind of difficult to find - it is actually in a parking lot on the outside of the station. I waited over an hour to collect my rental, not including the time I actually spent with the agent, so prepare for a wait!!!! I don't know why there is one agent at a busy station in London, but anyways. There were no issues with my booking; I had reserved my car through Expedia and got exactly what I'd wanted (the agent actually tried to find me something a little more fun in my price range, but unfortunately, nothing was ready!) He was exceptionally helpful, especially with London's charges and directions to avoid. Drop off was easy as ever; I just left the car in a space and the receipt was in my Inbox hours later. I'd rent from them again - I'd just give myself more time next time!

    The worst experience renting a vehicle from this company ever. We rented a van and returned it and was told all is well when we dropped it off. We added extra insurance for over £245 and choose not to add another. 2 weeks later we received an email saying there was damages and we are going to be charged for these damages. Almost £2000. It's absolutely ridiculous 2 weeks late saying this and we weren't responsible for the vehicle and anything that happens 2 weeks after returning it. It seemed very weird and strange. We emailed them and no response. Will never use this company ever ever again.

    Hard to find location, tried to hand me lower class vehicle and insisted it’s the same which isn’t the same obviously. Vehicle wasn’t clean, returning my deposit took 1 month. Avoid if you can or good luck with it. I don’t recommend it. I don’t need to re contact you as I called Europcar office to check why I don’t get any email confirmation to recognise the return of the vehicle. You guys know exactly what you do wrong. Please stop playing dumb and get your service level up to par.

    A very simple and hassle free process to book, pick up and return. The car was pretty new and immaculate inside and out. Would happily book with them again although they were more expensive than the previous company I had booked with. Perhaps because this was a last-minute booking.

    The pickup and return processes were very easy. The staff member was very helpful and responsive to our requests. When we asked for a particular type of vehicle, we were given an almost brand new example. Highly recommended.

    Carlota saved the day after another car rental agency canceled our reservation without notice. She worked to get us a last-minute rental on a bank holiday and saved our trip! Would definitely recommend based on our customer service experience.

    Really helpful, friendly staff, and very convenient location. Easy drop-off out of hours with a key drop. Top tip: on return, have a look through to your right as you enter the car park to see if there are spaces in the Europcar bays - if not just head straight upstairs to park to drop off (you have to reverse out of the Europcar bay when it's full and can be a bit of a pain). There are a lot of negative reviews from people who don't seem to understand car rental in the UK (insurance is nearly always extra). I've rented several times and it has always been fine - take a video of the car before you leave and let them know if you discover extra damage (scratched alloys often happen because it is quite a tight car park). If you're worried about getting charged take out Questor or similar for separate damage protection (about £50 per annum).

    Andrew was bloody great to deal with great service and great vehicle. Drop of was a breeze as an email the day before drop off provided direction of return area. Deposit was refunded the next day.

    I've rented many cars in different countries before - booking through Europcar was great! Everything went smoothly - even got a sweet free upgrade! Europcar was quite flexible with the contactless drop-off as well - great example of improving the experience.

    Booked car through Expedia at this St Pancras Europcar location. Turned up and was told no cars available apart from a 'Prestige' vehicle that would cost me an additional £220. Rental agent claimed I'd turned up after the location had closed (4 minutes past 1pm closing time) but hadn't clocked I'd been waiting outside looking in through the window while he served other customers. Pretty sure my car was sold to other customers (Eurostar delays today) in the anticipation I would swallow the additional charge for the prestige option. I will never use this Europcar location again. Luckily Expedia fully refunded me and I was able to find a (cheaper) car hire with Avis for the following day.

    The staff couldn't be more helpful. Just be aware, there is no spare tyre in the car. It will take about 90min on the phone to organise help for a flat tyre and then you get to wait, until someone gets there to help you with a simple flat tyre.

    Well done! Marta the desk agent was so helpful, took me to the car and discussed any details of current car scratches before I left, explained return policy and fuel type and she was very polite. Ford Focus 1.5 with 148 HP engine sounded great and very efficient on motorways. 2019 edition is great inside out. TIPs: google map shows wrong location therefore check my photo below - see red bubble,this is where you have to go ,how to get there within 3 minutes from in front of Kings Cross station, or you can go to M&S shop inside London St Pancras station and go through car park to the car hire shop. Also you can spot YouTube office which exactly opposite to the car hire shop as well if you come in from the outside road CONGESTION ZONE: check tfl website for the map and ask agent where you must pay, or avoid this zone if you travel from one and to another side of London. Alternatively pay per minute cars on london streets can be solution for quick city trips if you want congestion zone fee be free and included but this car hire is limited. I WILL COME BACK TO THIS CAR HIRE PLACE FOR SURE.

    STAY AWAY. Total scammers for travelea. They charge our credit card extra days even though we deliver the car many hours before it was due. Also be careful with the extra hidden charges that can double your car rental.

    If I could give this place negative stars, I would. They added charges when we arrived at the location, and we had no choice but to take the car. The staff and the corporate were super unhelpful. It’s no use talking to these people. Rent your car somewhere else. This location deserves to go out of business.
