I’d give it zero if I could. DISGUSTING venue that made me drink ANTS. I went there on a night out with a few friends. Ordered a drink and noticed something on my ice, I assumed it was fruit remains. I carried on drinking and noticed a few things in my drink, pulled out my straw to poke it and there were DEAD ANTS all stuck to my straw, and multiple dead ants in my drink. I’ve gone to the bar to complain about this and say I wanted a whole refund for all of our drinks that we’d just ordered (our drinks were untouched at this point) and said I wanted to leave the bar in general as I felt sick and was disgusted. They refused to refund the drinks, and I had to sit uncomfortably in a venue that had just made me drink ANTS because we’d spent all our money in there. They didn’t even try to see what the problem was or how these ants had ended up dead in my drink. I then emailed head office, MONTHS later and no one has got back to me. To top it off I commented on their socials, guess what, ALL MY COMMENTS WERE DELETED. This establishment and company couldn’t get any worse. I’ve spoken to people and as soon as they heard which be at one they were they all had their own story on how disgusting that place is. Hope it gets shut down and I will continue posting these reviews until someone gets back to me. As I said on social media you can delete my comments on Instagram but you CANNOT delete Google reviews, so Goodluck.

What a great bar! Had the best cocktails. Really delicious. Staff absolutely charming and helpful. Dom and Carltone really looked after us. We will be back!

It used to be a fun place. Great music but full of wound up drunks looking for a fight. They should be tighter on who they let jn. Security was slack tonight and someone got attacked.

Very nice cosy bar with amazing cocktails(heatwaves was my favourite) a top-notch service by Michael he made us feel so welcome.We will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended

Came to battersea on a sleepy Tuesday night. Ordered a cocktail and was surprised when Dom the bartender delivered my drink with a kiss on my forehead. I’m going to be honest, it had been a long week and I needed it. I will return soon x

Great happy hour deals, staff could be friendlier as I have known be at one staff to be amazing and engaging and offering suggestions etc.. but all in all great value for the cocktails even off happy hour! Full of booze and a great even mix for a superb sip every time. Music was pumping but the table outside was a bit sad and inside was extremely dark

Inside the bar: Music is okay, but the staff kept banging a metallic part of the counter making the noise unbearable. Having said that, the staff was polite, friendly and promoting a party vibe. The toilets could do with a bit more toilet roll. The crowd was quite lively, people in their late teens/early 20s. Most were drunk, but not to the point of being dangerous or too annoying. They don't offer ciders, which I found a bit weird. Outside the bar/smoking area: If you're a woman, don't smoke outside the venue alone. I got kicked by someone who had tried to enter the bar multiple times prior to kicking me and he got rejected. I told security, and pointed towards the guy (he was trying to enter the bar next door by that point). Security didn't say or do much. But, also not sure what they could have done differently. Then, another guy grabbed me by the shoulders. I shouted at him and he tried to start something, but then, walked away. My experience was definitely spoiled by these two men. I understand that possibly this is not a fault of the venue, but I also think they should have an actual smoking area, rather having people smoke on the street. E.g. use some sort of divider and have a security member there, as the crowd trying to get inside or walking on that street was dangerous and severely intoxicated. Had a fantastic time, Andrea was so amazing very welcoming and quick with our drinks, he had great knowledge of the cocktails and recommended some tasty ones, will definitely be back

Love be at one but on this particular night my friends and I had a very unprofessional bar tender. He was disrespectful, acted like he didn't want to be there and challenged the happy hour of the business. We used the appi hour app and the person only gave us one drink so we complained and after than point he was very rude. "Fat shamed" my friend because we had complained. I feel the bar tender hates his job and needs to move on.

Dominic was an amazing bartender. The drinks were strong and worth the money. Our best tip is to go during happy hour. On Sundays it’s quite quiet so if you wish to visit when it’s less busy, Sunday is your day to go.

Every time I go this bar it never fails to make me have a great night. The cocktails are amazing but what makes it the best it’s the atmosphere and the people who works there who are respectful yet funny and really bubbly. I so recommend this place !!

Tonight, my fiancé and I decided to go out for a couple of drinks. We have always known of Be at One as it’s a chain, but have never been. I must say that this customer service is EXCEPTIONAL. I will never forget the experience that Paul and Tobia have provided. Thank you so much for making us feel good and welcomed.

Fun for a Saturday night. Decent selection of beers. Feels more like a club. Good spot if you are with a lot of people. Advice is to try come a bit earlier to get in. Would 100% reccomend and visit again. Yes I know the picture is blurry, best to avoid putting everyone up, bit show something.

Better experience I had in Clapham, great music and great people, Carltone and Dominic looked after us and were really nice to all of us. I recommend 1000% when those guys are there!!!

Every time I come to this bar I just always have the best time. Not only the play the best music and serve the best cocktails, but they also serve you and treat you with so much kindness. Love this place and everyone that works here, especially Michael who has been here for a while already and stil doing a great job!

Been here a few times now - can not fault the service and customer experience. Dom and Carlton have been the bartenders tonight and the service has been excellent. Would highly recommend this bar to anyone in the area, amazing cocktails and vibes.

Had an amazing time at Be at one last night. All of the staff were amazing! Was greeted by very kind and welcoming security on the door called Ryan and Chelsea who were very friendly. The bar staff were so quick and efficient despite being busy all night but still managed to serve beautiful tasting cocktails with a smile. Big shout to Dom, Tobia, Pol, Carltone and Micky who entertained us while serving. They were all very attentive and made it a lovely experience all round. Top staff!

We had Nathan making our cocktails. Noy only did he make us some amazing cocktails he also helped us use the app to save us some money! Great vibes, great service would definitely come back!
