You’d need to seek this out in the shambly Antique and Craft Emporium alleyway. Quirky, enterprising family business that ploughs its furrow with its own inimitable “concoctions”, and a range of ancillary artisanal products that deviate from the commonplace. The coffee is flavoursome, robust and highly recommended. The confined surround inviting rather than claustrophobic. But the chief draw card here be the host, an engaging raconteur, well versed in Levantine hospitality and warmth. Almost everything here challenges expectations in the best possible way. Like I said; seek this out.

Best spot in London. Ghassan and his son are so lovely and hospitable! The food is so delicious, best falafel in London. The coffee is great. Everything is homemade and just fills your heart -not just your belly 😇- The ultimate Lebanese hospitality makes the experience so much different, feels like family ;)

A lovely little place with lots of good stuff, coffee and home made chocolate. But the best part is the owner - he will even offer you blankets if you're cold. ❤️

Visiting Tania’s made my day this morning! The most charming family-run shop with incredible teas and delicious confections. Ghassan the owner is incredibly hospitable and friendly, and made my visit a lovely experience. Had the best coffee I’ve had in London here, and a delicious homemade cheese pastry. Don’t miss out on this absolute gem in Hampstead.

A true hidden gem. Delicious drinks and food and the most amazing customer service. Ghassan is possibly one of the most charming men to have ever lived. It feels good to support this business - one of the few remaining small, independently owned businesses in the area. Magnificent.

Lovely little independent cafe tucked away in a quiet alley off of the main road. Good coffee and amazing home made chocolate the lovely owner makes fresh every morning. A real little hidden gem! (With lots of awards)

My favorite cafe in London. The owners, Gas and Mo, are such friendly and engaging people who make your time with them an absolute joy. I've come back here two days in a row to spectacular treatment. Great coffee, and the sandwich & pastry selection is exceptional. Would highly recommend for anyone near or around North London.

Tania’s is heaven and home in a cafe. Ghassan, the amazing owner, is an incredibly devoted and loving business owner who always puts his customers first. We came to Tania’s for breakfast on our first morning staying in London and couldn’t help but come back almost every other day we were here. The food and drinks are delicious and made with love. You can try their classic cafe pastries and desserts or go for the traditional Lebanese ones which are SO delicious. Ghassan is always there to have a good chat and share stories and jokes along with food. Going to Tania’s is nothing less than an amazing experience and it will be on the list of “must do’s” for every time we come back to London!

Best coffee we were served in London. Lovely relaxing space and superbly helpful and friendly host. We had just eaten our breakfast but the food choices looked mouthwatering. Another time! We skipped hotel coffee in search of real coffee and we definitely found it!

A wonderful cafe, ran and owned by passionate people. Delicious food with a Lebanese twist! The owner makes his own chocolate and has many products to buy (their own blended tea, honey from Czech Republic and much more)

The owner was such a lovely man who offered samples of the chocolates he makes fresh every day. What was just as good as his pleasant conversations was the falafel wrap I had, which was so so tasty. I also bought a dark chocolate bar for my mother as the samples were delicious. Pricing of the food is very reasonable while the atmosphere was priceless. Will definitely visit again!

Nice, quaint, and clean. While I was enjoying a cappuccino by myself, I was offered a bite of a Lebanese dish that is going on the menu next week, and it was delicious. The kind of service and atmosphere you hope for in a local coffee shop.

I was just strolling around the area when the owner’s warmth and enthusiasm drove me into the doors of this cafe. He was not only a lovely man, whose samples and conversation was much appreciated and welcomed, but also someone whose passion is shown well in the food he produces. The falafel wrap I ordered was wonderful and well priced, in addition to the miracle juice I ordered to go (which he was squeezing fresh in the back for that day too!). It was a very pleasant lunch and part of my London visit, I cannot wait to visit again.

A little gem of a place where the owner really cares about your experience. Try the chocolate with peppercorns and their special blend coffee. Very tasty. Will be back!

I visited this place today. It is a lovely little family-owned shop. Their hospitality is out of this world. Home-made chocolate is amazing, pies definitely worths trying, and there is a really good coffee. I am glad places like this still exist in London. You must go there if you are in the area.

Visited this shop today. The owner and his son gave a very warm welcome and prepared some good food for us. The chicken and beef shawarma is commendable and met our expectations. He offered us some waffles and sauces to try which was also amazingly delicious. Took a pack of spiced tea also from here. It has a very pleasant aroma and was very appealing. Will keep coming again.

I cannot recommend this family run cafe highly enough. The coffee is incredible, the food is made with love, and the man who runs the place manages to source the most incredible nuts, berries, teas, spices and more from all over the world. They make their own chocolate and cakes too, as well as a menu of savoury pastries, wraps, salads and more.

We stopped here as part of our AmazingCo Mystery Picnic and this was one of the highlights of our day out in Hampstead! Ghassan was a very friendly and welcoming host and we sampled lots of incredibly tasty treats such as the Spinach and Cheese pastries, his homemade ruby and dark chocolates and Miracle Juice (which he let us play a game of guess the 10 fruits / 6 vegetables to try and win a free bottle!) The café is also a mini deli with lots of great produce in it. We'll definitely be returning and I look forward to trying some of the lunch options there next time we do!

Excellent coffee and falafel wrap; the pickled onions were exquisite. Amazing friendly owner. Cute little place tucked into Hampstead’s charming alley. Worth a visit in so many aspects.

Tania's serves the best hot chocolate in Hampstead! The father and son owners are so lovely and welcoming and it's a joy to stop in there on a Saturday for our treat! I've heard their falafal wraps are delicious and I'll definitely be trying one on our next visit!

We've been there twice now for falafel wraps which are delicious. There is also a great selection of cheeses which the owner was keen for us to try and other deli products. Tucked away off down a cobbled pedestrian alley, Tania's is a real gem. The Lebanese owner is really friendly and welcoming. We will be back soon.

My Favourite Lebanese place in Hampstead not to forget the best coffees and Falafels in town. Great outdoor seating. The warmest and friendliest greetings every time I visit. Highly recommend visiting Tanis's Of Hampstead. Sita

My friend and I were looking for a coffee place in Hamsted Heath and we went down a beautiful cobble paved side street to find Tania's of Hampstead where we were introduced to taste many fine, luxury food items from around the world all having great aroma and flavour! We enjoyed one of the speciality teas (recommend the mulled wine tea), pistachio pesto olive oil, chocolate and cream waffle. 5* customer service from the owner himself. He made me and my friend feel like princesses and even included our names and a thank you note on our purchase of the teas after. Exactly what we needed after not being out for so long during 2020/2021. Thank you so much for the kind service and great food and drink, we will be back many times.

This special place is hidden in the middle of Hampstead, a secret to be discovered and to fall in love with ... Nothing is sold here unless it's truly delicious, unique and with a wholly good provenance. The proprietor is also the kindest of gentlemen.

Found this place on a Mystery Picnic tour and ended up staying for a coffee and leaving with some great food. The coffee is great and there's a huge selection of artisan foods as well as fresh food to buy. The owner and his son were great and let us sample a few different things as well, great little cafe and shop.
