joined
Blueprint
Fitness
in
January
2023.
I
was
two
years
postpartum
with
terrible
back
ache,
separated
abdominal
muscles
and
a
lot
of
extra
weight
on
my
body.
I
had
my
child
during
the
pandemic,
and
I
was
mostly
sedentary
after
a
C-section
birth
which
meant
that
my
body
was
in
terrible
shape.
I
had
no
strength
and
was
feeling
really
depressed
wondering
if
I’d
ever
get
back
to
the
old
me.
I
found
Chris
online
and
booked
a
consultation
with
him.
It
was
great,
he
understood
exactly
what
I
needed
and
was
realistic
in
giving
me
a
set
goal
to
shift
10kgs
in
6
months
and
to
feel
stronger
and
recover
my
core
strength
to
aid
my
back
pain.
WOW!
I
started
doing
2
hours
a
week
with
my
PT
Cemal.
Not
only
does
he
physically
train
me,
but
he
also
offers
advice,
support,
and
personal
weekly
emails
to
check
my
progress
and
to
readjust
my
programme
where
needed.
This
really
is
a
blueprint
tailored
for
me!
I
am
in
the
best
shape
I
have
been
in
for
YEARS
-
I
have
lost
11kgs
and
gained
muscle
mass
and
strength,
I
eat
better,
I
feel
better
and
a
newfound
confidence
in
my
appearance
is
a
major
bonus
too!
I
am
buying
smaller
clothes
and
feeling
healthier,
sleeping
better
BUT
overall,
the
best
thing
about
Blueprint
Fitness
is
that
it
has
changed
the
way
I
look
at
weight
training
and
nutrition.
It
really
is
a
blueprint
for
life!
I
will
continue
to
train
with
Blueprint
even
though
I
achieved
my
initial
goal
–
as
I
want
to
keep
pushing
further.
The
gym
is
a
great
environment
to
be
in
–
so
friendly,
so
welcoming.
The
whole
team
know
me
and
say
hi
when
they
see
me,
and
I’ve
even
struck
up
a
rapport
with
other
clients
that
I
meet
there
regularly.
It
feels
like
a
great

to
be

would
