    After 18 months off training due to long covid and a bad shoulder injury I decided to join Blueprint fitness to give me that push and guidance. It was the best decision I made. They helped me gain my confidence and bring the fun back into exercising. It is a great personal training gym which is fully equipped along with being clean and well spaced out. My coach, Andreas, has been excellent in tailoring a nutritional and training plan that has made me stronger, lose fat and now currently help me build on muscle. Also a huge thanks to Cem and Dan who have been great supportive trainers with a huge knowledge base. Would highly recommend this place!

    I have no words, really. After having a baby and putting on an extraordinary amount of weight, I was at my peak of low mood and self-confidence. Walking into any gym when you’re not in the best shape can be quite an intimidating experience, but all of the trainers make it not only comfortable, but enjoyable too! 19kg loss later, I’m a big fan. Alex goes out of his way to accommodate scheduling and Luke and Ahmet have been an absolute dream. I cannot recommend enough. Special shout out to Andreas, Dan, Cem and Louis too! The trainers are all great people as well as great teachers… massive thank you.

    I can’t recommend the Blueprint fitness team enough. I signed up for a 16 week programme and was provided with structured and focused support to help deliver my goals. My PT, Andreas, was truly amazing to work with. Very encouraging, great technical knowledge given I had no gym experience and pushed me every week that was central to ensuring I made great progress. I am now free of running related injuries thorough the focused strength and conditioning, lost just over 9kg and back training for marathons. Couldn’t be happier!

    I joined Blueprint Fitness in January 2023. I was two years postpartum with terrible back ache, separated abdominal muscles and a lot of extra weight on my body. I had my child during the pandemic, and I was mostly sedentary after a C-section birth which meant that my body was in terrible shape. I had no strength and was feeling really depressed wondering if I’d ever get back to the old me. I found Chris online and booked a consultation with him. It was great, he understood exactly what I needed and was realistic in giving me a set goal to shift 10kgs in 6 months and to feel stronger and recover my core strength to aid my back pain. WOW! I started doing 2 hours a week with my PT Cemal. Not only does he physically train me, but he also offers advice, support, and personal weekly emails to check my progress and to readjust my programme where needed. This really is a blueprint tailored for me! I am in the best shape I have been in for YEARS - I have lost 11kgs and gained muscle mass and strength, I eat better, I feel better and a newfound confidence in my appearance is a major bonus too! I am buying smaller clothes and feeling healthier, sleeping better BUT overall, the best thing about Blueprint Fitness is that it has changed the way I look at weight training and nutrition. It really is a blueprint for life! I will continue to train with Blueprint even though I achieved my initial goal – as I want to keep pushing further. The gym is a great environment to be in – so friendly, so welcoming. The whole team know me and say hi when they see me, and I’ve even struck up a rapport with other clients that I meet there regularly. It feels like a great community to be part of – I would highly recommend Blueprint to anyone who has ever felt out of place at a standard gym – ITS FANTASTIC!

    Blueprint has excellent training facilities. It is also by far the most knowledgeable team of trainers I have come across. The attention to detail with the nutrition side of things is what sets them apart from any other gym. Would highly recommend.

    Having spent 10 years behind a desk without exercise and combined with a terrible diet, I was weak, immobile, heavily overweight and had no energy. I joined blueprint in May 2021 and for the last 9 months have trained with the team for 3 hours a week. In that time, my body fat has reduced from 40 percent to just over 13 percent, I’ve lost 15kg and I’m the healthiest I’ve ever been. The tailored nutritional advice is practical and easily transferable into daily life. The trainers are highly skilled, the sessions challenging but enjoyable and the results speak for themselves. If you want to transform your body, build strength, lose body fat and have fun whilst doing it, I’d highly recommend giving Blueprint a try. It’s certainly been one of the best decisions that I’ve made.

    Excellent personal training programme suitable for beginners and those wanting to learn how to lose weight effectively and build muscle. All the trainers are very professional, friendly and supportive. The gym is well equipped, clean and in a great location.     I've been at Blueprint for nearly two years and these guys really know what they're doing.     Great body transformation achieved with these guys. I gained a serious amount of muscle mass and dropped a lot of body fat in 3 months training twice a week with the team, and with a strict diet. Very professional and results driven, responsive to all requests I made. Attached my day 1 vs 3 month progress pic training with the team. I also did an extra homeworkout per week the team guided me for.

    I'm extremely happy with what Blueprint have done for me. I was 83Kgs at my personal heaviest, got busy with life and was getting well out of shape. I was recommended to them and after signing up and following their plan, I got down to 65Kgs! They produce a bespoke training schedule, 121 training sessions, a nutritional plan and you just need to put in the work and watch the transformation and results follow. I've spent years on and off at the gym and done various sports but got minimal result's. Their service and training plan is well worthwhile. Dan my PT is amazing, extremely knowledgeable and knows when to push and how to get the most out of the sessions. The others I've dealt with are also very friendly, very professional and great to work with. After the initial 16 week program, having benefitted in so many ways, I've kept going and am now focusing on muscle building and look forward to getting even stronger, fitter and healthier. Book in a consultation with Chris and make it happen. 💪

    I signed up for a four month fitness programme with Blueprint Fitness wanting to get back into shape after 15 years without stepping into a gym. The personal training I received by the guys at Blueprint was a different class to anything I’d experienced before. The attention to detail, technique, rotating strength training schedules, tailored dietary plans and overall friendliness of the team always made training an absolute joy and pleasure, whilst being pushed to one’s limits. By the end of my four month training plan, I felt fitter and stronger in my mid fourties than I did in my mid twenties.

    Outstanding training facilities based in North London and Hertfordshire. If you are looking to lose weight, get fitter and gain strength then Blueprint will provide you with first class Personal trainers, excellent support and personalised nutrition plans to ensure that you hit your goals. The new facility in Hadley Wood is excellent and I would definitely recommend to any one trying to achieve a better lifestyle- the transformations speak for themselves!!

    I'm so pleased that i joined Blueprint this year. I've lost 9 kilos so far and have embraced health and fitness as part of my new lifestyle. The standard of the training and level of support is what sets them apart from other gyms/trainers I've had in the past. The trainer's are just so knowledgeable. if you are serious about getting results and want to see visible changes in your body within weeks of starting, then i would advise you get in touch! No looking back for me now!

    I wanted to get in shape in the build up to a big family holiday in September 19. I had a target to lose 2 stone in 16 weeks which I achieved with time to spare!! Thank you to all of the team for your help! I have since come back from my holiday and resumed training at Blueprint as part of my lifestyle. This is a GENUINE results based training facility - if you follow what the trainer’s advise then you will see the results, it really is as simple as that. I’m so pleased I came hear, it really has changed my life. You’d be mad to go anywhere else.

    For someone who had done little to no strength training in the past, I thought joining a 4 month fitness programme would be an absolute shock. However the team at Blueprint put me at ease from the onset and tailored a programme suited to my experience level and fitness goals. The team at blueprint is what makes the place so unique- each of the trainers show genuine care and always making sure to keep you motivated as part of your fitness journey. The service is very personal and bespoke per client. The nutrition part of the programme is also very helpful. The good thing about it is that it’s sustainable and can be embedded as part of day to day lifestyle. It’s not an extreme way of dieting. Overall at the completion of my programme I have learned a lot, achieved my goals as well as changed my outlook towards personal fitness. Special thanks to Rick, Mike, Natasha and Charlotte who I trained with the most and are all absolutely great at their job! I would highly recommend Blueprint to others!

    If you want to experience a real change, join Blueprint Fitness! I joined after having my baby and the results have been amazing. The instructors are very knowledgeable and fun to train with. I've never done weightlifting before and I hate gyms but Blueprint is a different ballgame! You'll receive weekly reviews of your progress and new goals for each week. They provide a tailored meal plan based on your goals and monitor your progress and development very closely to make sure you're on track. If you follow their meal and training plan, you'll definitely see the results!

    Great personal service, everything is tailored to the individual. So glad I joined Blueprint Fitness! I was concerned to do weightlifting as I thought there was only one look that could be achieved (muscley and bulky) I was completely wrong, happy with results so far, improved in strength and overall fitness. Progress is tracked; photos; measurements; weight. Also the weights and reps per apparatus is all tracked. Different levels of membership i.e. 1:1 or 2:1 training. Would highly recommend. Special thanks to Andreas, Cemal and Dan.

The team at Blueprint have been fantastic in their commitment to helping me achieve my fitness goals.
