DO NOT PARK HERE. CRIME TARGET SPOT. So after stupidly not looking at the reviews for this car park (never thought I had to!). After an evening in London I return to find my rear window smashed and nothing stolen (although they attempted to take a small bag which just had shoes in but the attendant had it in his office as a potential missing item!) - however slightly suspicious and my car was not messy or disturbed to find if there were any valuables. I did ask the attendant if they had CCTV but said some spill about data protection and can’t confirm this. (To find out from his mouth that sometimes it might not on/working). And they have a CCTV SIGN for “crime prevention” which clearly is not helping NOTE - CCTV only covers the entrance and exit. No where else This place has history and please do not become part of it. Park elsewhere !!!!

If there was a negative 10 stars I would give it. My car was broken into along with multiple others, rear window smashed, and thousands worth of belongings taken. I spoke to the Police and they said this parkade is always broken into because the owner refuses to fix a broken door, so anyone can just walk in off the street without walking by cctv, so they always just come back and steal more. Their response was basically tough luck. They do not have night security either, so it’s a super easy place to break into. Do not park here

Rear window smashed, AVOID at all costs!! I wish i had looked at the reviews before parking here but stupidly thought it was a safe, secure car park to park for the evening. (As you would expect...) other cars parked there are Ferrari's, Porches etc and it's well-lit so at first glance you would feel happy to leave your car. Back window smashed in and bag taken from boot. Staff not helpful and says it happens AT LEAST 6 TIMES A WEEK! They're aware of it yet nothing has been done to improve security, feels like an inside job. The incident report book is one to have a good browse through (GDPR nightmare) it always seems to be the same method to access the goods so clearly a well rehearsed system going on here. Paid £47.95 there to be staff on watch that don't do anything...

We have parked in this car park for a few years now and thought it was secure. Today we have had our back window smashed and belongings taken from the car! Another car had also had there window smashed! Avoid

Suggest parking somewhere else. Despite seeming secure, and having to use a ticket to gain entry and exit, robbery is rife in this location. Many many people have been robbed if you read other reviews. We parked overnight, backed our car fully against the wall to make boot access very difficult and had things fully out of sight and have an alarm, but still they smashed the back window and stole our bags. From doing research after the break in, I see this exact same issue has been reported again and again with no result. There aren't even cameras in the carpark except entry and exit. Clearly it's a well organised criminal situation if they can do it again and again for years in exactly the same way without ever getting caught. If you are staying at the Nobu, Home House etc I would definitely suggest other options - it is not safe and your things will get stolen.

This car park has to be shut down immediately! They charge you a lot but there's no security whatsoever. All the gates and cameras are just gimmicks. Staff are already well aware of how gangs access the carpark and break into people's cars and still do nothing about it. It's much safer to park on the street than leaving your car here.

DO NOT USE. NOT SECURE. Had back window smashed 19 June and belongings stolen, along with two other cars that we could see. Guard was very matter of fact and indifferent, said Police don't care as happens all the time. People can walk in freely smash windows, and walk out with your gear and apparently it's "guarded"? 4X4s and family cars seem to be targeted, be warned.

THIS CAR PARK NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY. Unfortunately I did not see the reviews before parking here. We were staying at the nearby Nobu Hotel and unfortunately parked in this car park. Our car was broken in to with all of our luggage stolen. NCP are not willing to help even though this seems to be an ongoing problem!!! Avoid at all costs!

I was staying at the Nobu hotel, and my car was broken into, was either July 29th 2022 or 30th 2022, early hours of the morning. They broke my back window of my Range Rover, and took my laptop. This seems very strange and almost an inside job. How did they manage to get to my car and only steal a laptop as I had other high valuables in there, which they didn’t take, just seems very arranged. There were no staff in attendance, and no one to help. This car park is £42 to park per night, total rip off and seems like a thriving crime spot. NO ONE PARK HERE!

Excessivly Over priced. I paid less for a first class return flight to Ireland. Intercom not adequate as we had problem and our exit scan was not working. Lot of crackling and muffled voice from the incompetent staff. Finally after 10 min we were let out.

DO NOT PARK HERE. Car was broken into and have been told it is in their terms & conditions they are not responsible. No compassion, just a generic email stating they accept no responsibility. NOT SECURE. Anyone can enter the car park. If we had known that ANYONE can enter, we would never have parked here. Judging by the reviews, it keeps happening. Avoid at all costs.

Really horrible experience, don't choose this car park. My car got locked in the car park and I have to pay 100 pounds. I received no feedback or refund from the service desk! I stopped my car at the NCP Portman Square parking lot on Monday around 2. As I was leaving at approximately 3:45pm, but I cannot leave the car park as both gates were malfunctioning. Together with 7 other customers, we waited at the exit gate for over 45 minutes. We have tried to contact the car park customer services and support team, but we received no response! In the end, I had to leave my car at the car park due to an urgent meeting. Because of this I have to pay 100 pounds extra parking fee.

Booked one day before online. Payment was no processed but got booking confirmation. Didnt understand what happened, but barrier didnt open when I got there and never got the email with details. However, there was a gentleman there who clearly knew this was an issue and provided directions on what to do. So I did as advised, took the ticket, went in, parked, and when I left used the intercom to call assitance. They confirmed my payment, added me to the "exit list". Went back to car, got to exit, called again, confirmed I was in the famour "exit list" and they opened the gate to exit. Overall great service but convoluted and clearly something now working with the online booking. Still all was well and very conveniently close to Marble Arc tube station, Hyde Park and high street shopping. Will use again. Hope they fix the payment thing.

I don’t have any experience but all the reviews I’m reading about car being stolen is that items have been left in the car!! Why do you leave items inside of the car especially in London!!! What else you can expect apart from have them stolen!!

DONT WHATEVER YOU DO PARK IN THIS CAR PARK!!! Both my friends Range Rover was broken into via the rear windscreen and so was my wife’s Evoque They say it is secure 24 hours but it isn’t

In addition to the issues around security, they payment mechanism is decptive and designed to trick you into paying a high price. Even with the app downloaded, you will be charged a much higher price (£45 vs £12.50) if you simply push the button to request a ticket at the gate (which is the default thing you would do). Avoid this place, better more secure options nearby.

Straightforward and easy to find. Good security with staff on duty and no pedestrian access without ticket. But very expensive unless you book ahead.
