This was my first appointment at Banning for an emergency as my front 2nd molar crown had come out. It was so easy to book an appointment online and complete all the necessary online forms. Alex, The dentist I saw was brilliant and very reassuring with a friendly manner. Advice given as ways forward was very helpful. He managed to refit a tricky crown which will need replacing but there was no hard sell, just good advice. Excellent service

I had an appointment with Lorena a couple of weeks ago for a dental hygiene. I had some stains as I drink quite a lot of tea and after the session everything was gone. She spent the necessary time to clean properly and gave me some good advice to improve my dental health. Feeling very confident every time I visit Lorena and also about all my Banning dental experience in general! I do recommend them.

Have had a lovely few treatments here. Thank you to everyone working here, always helpful and smiling despite the challenges we live in! They are professional and have the best equipment and facilities I have ever seen at the dentist. Very affordable.

The Clinic is stunning ! I received a warm welcome on my arrival. The waiting space is so nice and relaxing. I had a hydrafacial from Elise, the nurse who perfome the aesthetics treatment. I've been impressed by the technic that she used and my skin never been that net and glowy. Price are resonable and the service worth it I definetly will go back and recommend the place to everyone !

Nervous patient and met with Eduardo for implant consultation. Staff were relaxed and friendly. Felt confident enough to confirm surgery appointments and just booked myself in with hygienist ahead of surgery.

I'm really happy with my treatment at Banning Dental, I enjoy my visits to the dentist. Dr. Alex Scott is my dentist, he is amazing and makes me feel at ease especially at the beginning of my treatment because I was very nervous. He is a perfectionist in his work so I am confident that I am getting the best treatment possible. I chose to book with Banning because of the great reviews and I wasn't disappointed. The treatment is affordable compared to other private dentists and I don't have to wait long between appointments. They also offer very good finance deals to make it more manageable. The practice is really nice and welcoming, with complimentary tea and coffee. It's bright and clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. I recommend them to all but especially if you are nervous or haven't been to the dentist in a while and are looking for caring and non judgemental dentists.

I have found all the staff very professional and customer focused. My Doctor throughout my many treatments has show extreme care and due attention to my care and feelings. I have always felt confident and although, the cost to get my extensive treats is very high I am satisfied. He is a very good surgeon, and I honestly have no reservations in recommending him and the surgery.

Overall, Banning Dental provides excellent customer service and is friendly and very accommodating. Dr. Carlos at Banning Dental did my Invisalign treatment, and he was incredibly professional and clear about the process from the beginning; including before and after images . We had regular check in appointments to see how I was getting on with my aligners and to ensure my treatment was going smoothly. I was pleased with my overall results thanks to Carlos. Dr. Alex also completed my composite bonding; he was extremely welcoming and listened to how I wanted my teeth to look overall. He provided me with a Smile Trial to see how my teeth would appear once my composite was finished. Dr. Alex made some tweaks on the plans to meet all of my requirements and expectations when I provide him some feedback during my Smile Trial. I was very happy with the final results! Thank you once again to Banning with providing me with such an amazing experience.

The practice itself is very clean and calm environment to be in, with all of the staff very welcoming. I hadn't been able to fill in my forms ahead of time and that was no problem. Joel (dentist) wasn't pushy at all when he was recommending things to purchase (like an electric toothbrush) and was very measured price wise. He was also very clear in how he explained everything as well as being very efficient. Louise (receptionist) was very friendly and helpful, and remembered that I needed an invoice printed when I had forgotten it. When booking another session, Louise was also very clear about the different options I had (different prices and treatment) as well so I felt very informed. Overall was a lovely experience, and the only complaint was that there was a bit of wait to be seen.

Very impressed with my experience at the Banning Dental Group. The online registration and scheduling appointments is quick and easy. I also liked the option of completing the registration forms and medical history forms in the comfort of my home before the appointment. The Banning Dentist premises look fantastic and are very comfortable & inviting. Staff are super friendly and special thanks to my dental hygienist Rosie Anderson who is great! She was very thorough in her examination and meticulous treatment. She was careful and courteous. She also took pictures of my teeth to show areas of concern and suggested necessary treatments. I am also very grateful for taking her time during the hygiene treatment and I was not rushed. Even after the treatment she took her time to advise on cleaning teeth and also discussed my future dental care needs. I will definitely continue to use the Banning Dentist group. Thank you

Honestly, haven't been impressed with my experience here. The place looks well put together from the outside but from the reception staff to the lady who deals with finances, overall not friendly at all. Whenever I tried to call up, always put on hold for more than 5 mins. My dental experience also hasn't been ideal considering the amount I pay. There is definitely room for improvement.

Banning dentist is great! I had a gap in my front teeth that had been getting bigger over the years and I was unhappy with my smile because of it. Dr Alex is my dentist and is great!!! He advised getting Invisalign to close the gap. Once the gap was closed I had some veneers and composite bonding done. I absolutely love my teeth now and I can’t stop smiling 🙂 Thank you Alex!!!!!

I had a hydrafacial with Elise and was very happy with the all experience. Elise explained me the procedure and gave me a lot of info about other treatments I'm thinking about trying. Shout out to reception/bookings team as well for being very helpful and accommodating since I had to reschedule this appointment a couple of times. Definitely recommend the clinic and Elise!

Since July, Dr Carlos has diligently been helping me get a confident and beautiful smile. He is caring and gentle. He explains every part of my dental appointment and is supportive and understanding of my nervousness sometimes. The team at the reception desk are always warm, friendly and professional. An excellent service from all the staff at Lewisham clinic, from Dr Alejandro and his nurse who carried out my dental implant surgery to Zack on reception. I've just had invisalign fitted today with Dr Carlos and cannot praise the team at Lewisham enough. I had two consultations due to my complex case and was advised I arrange a second opinion with their orthodontist. The customer service via their in-house management has been exceptional. Particularly Katie and Hollie. Whenever I've had any questions, they respond within the hour. Very excited to begin the process, I'm completely confident I'm in the best hands

I love hydrafacial treatment and I specially with Elise it feels so revitalising and relaxing. She’s very thorough and my skin feels brand new every time. Once a month perfect facial for clean and plumped skin.

I’ve been going to Banning Dental clinic for the past year for various treatments. On my first visit met Dr. Judith Ayele and stayed in her care ever since. She is truly a professional in her field. Apart from being an expert like no other, she has been incredibly caring, humble and easy to talk to. Going to the dentist can be really daunting, however, since I met her I’m actually looking forward to my visits more than anything else. Putting the patient and their needs first, making sure they are as comfortable as they can be - literally made sure my experience is flawless and pain free no matter what is being done. Could not praise and recommend her anymore! If she ever moves, I would follow her no matter wherever she goes! Her presence makes you feel comfortable and at ease. :) Receptionist Nouja is just the sweetest and most accommodating person I have met. Whatever the request she will always make sure all is fine, lights up the room whole room with her smile and kindness. Truly the best experience I have ever had. :)

This clinic is superb from ambience, staffs to their services. As soon as I come in, the place looks really relaxing. Staffs would offer you tea while waiting. Naj is very accomodating and kind. My hygienist, Sneha, has answered all my questions, gave me good advices about dental care and is really great in doing cleaning. I have no pain at all. Lastly, I had a great consultation with Elise, helping me out in planning great facial care. Overall, I would definitely recommend this clinic!

Everyone at Banning Dental Lewisham has been absolutely amazing since the day I first visited. From the receptionists to the practice manager, from the dental assistants to the orthodontist! Special mentions go to Naj at reception and Dr Lura. Naj is always so helpful and really goes above and beyond to make you feel at ease. She already knows my appointment time preferences and makes an effort to ensure I get something that suits my schedule. Dr Lura has been great in assisting me with my Invisalign journey. She’s very approachable and kind, I also like she’s very clear and goes straight to the point when she answers your questions. The practice is always looking very neat and tidy and the facilities look fresh and modern. They also work as a skin clinic and have a lot of perks and offers for their costumers. The prices are absolutely honest and fair for the service they provide! Outstanding service!

Wow!!! What an amazing experience All the staff are professional and friendly. This is the first time in my life I have actually gone to the dentist, had work done and have not felt any sort of pain..Examination,Dental plan ,Finance and the work took just under 2 weeks quicker then I expected I would definitely recommend this company… I now have my confidence back ,and literally cannot stop smiling 😁😁. I came to Banning Dental from Dentistry For You in Forest Hill to have implants. I was very anxious, but the amazing surgeon looked after me very well. Coming to Banning Dental is always a wonderful experience. The staff provide Excellent customer service and always look after me whilst I am waiting for my appointment. Nothing is ever too much. I only came in for a consultation once, and moved from my previous practice, and have never looked back. I have already recommended Banning to my family.

I couldn’t recommend Banning Dental more - I’m just on my final stage of my Invisalign treatment and it has been excellent. My dentist Carlos has ensured it has been a completely Smooth process for me and very informative along the way. He is a complete perfectionist so I know I’m In great hands to have the best result. I have also just had a composite bonding treatment with Joel whose expertise has meant yet another brilliant result that I am thrilled with. Banning Lewisham is excellent. I’m an extremely anxious and nervous patient as have had terrible dental experiences in the past. They talked me thru the procedure, explained everything step by step about my treatment, were kind, patient and caring.
