    Such a great community to be part of! Sally keeps the exercises fresh and challenging so no two weeks are ever the same. Everyone who attends is friendly and welcoming, it's great to see such a mix of abilities! If you're a bit apprehensive to start, don't be! You'll feel more than welcome and with Sally's expert guidance will see your fitness come on leaps and bounds.

    I went along to a bootcamp session when I was staying with my friend in Blackheath and it was so much fun... Hard work and sweat with 90s pop music! Sally and her team are so friendly, motivating and dedicated. As a result I signed up to the 8 week summer Shred programme that Sally runs and it has been fantastic... I've lost several kilos and seriously upped my fitness in just a few weeks. Plus lessons learnt to carry it forward in the future! Thanks Sally! x

    I signed up with Bootcamp soon after I moved to the area, and am so glad I did. It's been an absolute joy: the classes are varied, exciting and fun. They're challenging, and you can come away exhausted, but my body has never been stronger and I'm properly enjoying myself with it. (Shout out to the music classes in particular, and they brought water pistols when it was crazy hot!) When I moved here I was also looking for a sense of community: the regular socials have helped with this: and the friendliness and welcome you get at bootcamp is expertly facilitated by Sally and the rest of her team. It's more than an exercise class, it feels affirming and powerful, and there is a real community (though you can come just for the classes - they're brilliant in themselves). For anyone wanting to lose weight, I'd also recommend SHRED; a no-nonsense 8 week programme delivered with kindness and fun - a huge amount of thought has gone into it, and it absolutely works!

    I joined Blackheath Bootcamp last year, and loved the classes. They were all different and varied, never boring! I found I started seeing an improvement in my fitness after about three weeks, and the community spirit was infectious. Everyone is incredibly friendly, supportive and inspiring. Sally and all the instructors are great, and the classes cater for all levels of fitness. Definitely highly recommend this amazing bootcamp!

    8 weeks of boot camp - sounds awful doesn't it? Well this was the absolute opposite, not only did I get to meet some lovely people doing the online shred, had access to some great workouts and completely learnt a new way of eating and managing to loose weight on a week by week basis. I would highly recommend Sally's boot camp shred to anyone wanting to loose weight in a healthy way and learn how to continue to keep it up after the 8 weeks is over. Sally is really down to earth and very motivational in keeping you on track...…go on give it a go what have you got to loose - nothing except some excess weight :-)

    I have been doing Blackheath Bootcamp classes for nearly 3 years now on a weekly basis. It has become an important part of my mental health regime and I am really thankful for Sally and the team doing this. The classes are always different, changing moves make you aware of your different body parts and the general vibe is positive, fun and easy. Great side effect is that I also sleep better at night!     Can’t speak highly enough of Blackheath Bootcamp, especially the sessions with music on Monday evening and Saturday morning. I’m a bit overweight and very unfit, but the classes are fun, encouraging and with flex for different levels, and being outside on the gorgeous heath is an added bonus. 5 weeks in I’m stronger, fitter, more flexible, and LOVE going home with that exercise buzz…

    Bootcamp is a fun and great social way to exercise, and the team are amazing. The shred programme in particular is fantastic, I have gained and learnt so much from Sally over the past year. She is a kind, considerate and encouraging coach. I never thought I would enjoy exercise but I do!

    I did autumn shred 2022. If you want to loose fat/weight and know you will need a lot of support and accountability to achieve your goals shred is for you - it works!! Also, is so much more than a ‘diet’. Calorie counter is a part of it but lots more learning along the way, as well as the community support and bootcamps for exercise.

    I can’t recommend Blackheath bootcamp enough! I have been attending the Sunday morning for the past couple of years and have come to rely on it as my weekly fitness injection. Don’t be put off by the word ‘bootcamp’. It truly is for all levels of fitness and you can go as hard as you want, or take it easy if that’s your mood on the day. Sally’s team are warm and encouraging, and it’s so nice to be out in the elements. Sign up now you’ll feel the benefits! Good tunes as well!

    Never been to anything like this before but got encouraged by me sister to try it out, so gave it a crack and really enjoy it. It don't matter your ability, size or strength, everyone just cracks on and enjoys themselves. No ones competing they're just pushing themselves as much or as little as they want. Sally's lovely always welcomes you with a happy smile that makes you fill welcome. You can chat if you like of keep your nut down if you like. Nice one Sally and team!

    Sally's SHRED programme is fantastic. I lost over 3kg but most importantly I learnt lots of information from Sally about the psychology of weight loss, the importance of consistency and the choices I make every day adding up. The bootcamps are also fun, everyone is very welcoming and I highly recommend them! Thank you Sally and Blackheath Bootcamp.

    I have just completed my second shred and wow- what a difference, I have lost 12kgs and a dress size and not the word diet in sight! Sally is a great mentor and supporter of you and your goals. The bootcamp classes are lots of fun too even in the cold and rain! I have become so much stronger both mentally and physically thanks to Sally, her team, Shred and the bootcamp classes! I cannot recommend this enough! Keep up the great work Sally and team! See you on the heath!

    A great community spirit, tunes, monthly drinks, laughs and getting fit along the way. Instructors have a genuine interest in you and listening to any queries. Alternatives to moves provided so no worries if you feel uncertain at your current fitness level. Give it a go and come back for more!

    This was the most amazing supportive place to join when I decided I needed to sort out my fitness. I started as a very good runner but no body strength for weights etc and after doing the 8 week shred course I am so much leaner and have a better all round fitness level. Shred was what I needed as an accountability weight loss programme. I lost over 10kg and have maintained this whilst still being a member of the classes, that are super flexi. I Just did one in the freezing cold but we still found a way of enjoying it together. Lovely people and a great community to be a part of. Sally and her team do an amazing job.

    Just completed Autumn shred with Sally and team. I'm thrilled with the results, lost 10% of body weight in 8 weeks and don't feel deprived like I usually do on other weight loss programmes, plus much better results. Amazing value, includes two classes a week exercising on the beautiful blackheath, meeting lots of friendly locals all keen to share progress and tips. Sally's approach is science based, sensible and I expect to be long term. Couldn't recommend enough and I've tried a lot of programmes over the years, give it a go!

    I've done the last two shreds with Sally and a huge bunch of wonderful people all with a shared mission and it's been SO much fun! I've lost more weight than ever and am heading into my mid forties feeling healthier than I've ever felt and lighter than I've ever been. It's sustainable, fun, inclusive and I'd highly recommend it. Everything is on your terms and is set to fit into your life so it's more likely to stick.

    Highly recommend Blackheath Bootcamp. I’ve found it to be a really friendly and welcoming community to be part of. Sally is very supportive in helping the members reach their fitness goals, the classes are great value and a workout on the Heath is great for both your fitness levels and your mental health!

    If you wants some fresh air when working out with a great team, look no further. For all abilities so don't be scared to give it a try. I'm not the fastest or fittest but the motivation you get pushes you just enough to see improvements each week. 💪👍

    Really couldn't recommend Blackheath Bootcamp strongly enough! Sally is a fantastic teacher and along with Amanda and Juliet they have really made a huge difference to my overall health and fitness levels over the last year. I'm so thankful for the time and effort Sally puts in with all of us individually she's exactly the kind of motivation needed to keep me moving!

    I have recently signed up to the Blackheath Boot Camp SHRED sessions that Sally runs with her team.. I have found the experience great if not challenging as losing weight and Exercise is hard for most of us.. The main plus points have been: (1) Sally has provided great communication to the group but also provided personal daily advice on how to achieve my weight loss and fitness goals (2) The Weight loss and activity tracker shared by the group is fun to use, and helps build great collaboration between your buddies within the team (3) The What's APP group is also good fun and provides great insight in to how other members of the group are doing (4) The Fitness classes really test you, but you can go at your own pace if you wish

    Love Blackheath Bootcamp! I started around 6 weeks ago and it’s made a huge impact on my life and wellbeing. The classes are fun and challenging but with plenty of options based on you capability that day. A fantastic place to improve your fitness, understand and get amazing nutritional advice (through the Shred programme) and also to meet people in a really nice, welcoming environment. A breath of fresh air after the pandemic (quite literally - you cannot beat working out on the Heath early morning or as the sun starts going down). Thank you amazing Sally and your amazing team!!

    I joined Blackheath Bootcamp last summer, and it’s been a great experience. The classes are varied, challenging regardless of your fitness level. Sally was welcoming, friendly and supportive from day one. There is a great camaraderie which makes the 1 hour session go super fast. All the instructors know what they doing and deliver it well. Would highly recommend it.

    I joined them a few weeks ago and am really enjoying the classes and nutrition advice. The instructors are knowledgeable people who really know what they are doing, the classes are invigorating and enough of a challenge to torch calories and get you in shape. I cannot recommend them enough!
