    Recently finished the 8 week programme. Found great improvement in my fitness and energy levels. Sam and Oscar are great motivators and I would highly recommend signing up.

    Oscar and Sam are brilliant I cannot recommend OSR enough. They have built an incredible community and are absolutely committed to ensuring they foster an accessible environment for people of all abilities to thrive. Now Bootcamp is virtual as well as in person you have the flexibility to attend in person, online or on demand. I have been attending for 3 years and can safely say this is my favourite way to train. Oscar and Sam are motivated and support you to achieve the results you are looking for, I feel the benefit of attending not only for my physical but for my mental health. My advice if you are you are thinking of getting involved....DO, you won't find a more friendly and inclusive way to train.

    I highly recommend OSR bootcamps. Sam and Oscar are very professional and they make even the 6.30 am sessions enjoyable . I always leave the sessions feeling great and ready for the day ahead. I have just completed the 8 week challenge and I am looking forward to continuing the journey with OSR.

    Incredible experience with OSR Bootcamps! Oscar and Sam are two of the most motivational and positive guys around (which made the burpees NEARLY bearable). I was struggling a great deal in motivating myself to begin a sustainable workout journey, but these guys definitely got me on the right track and I've seen amazing results in both weight loss and muscle strength. You're held accountable for your progress but never made to feel like you're not doing enough if you have bad days - it positive from start to finish. Thanks guys!

    I recently completed the 8 week online programme. Although you're in your own lounge, you still feel really immersed in the class. What I really think works well is that Oscar and Sam come as a pair with one of them doing the exercises whilst the other one keeps you motivated! After the 8 weeks, it's the fittest I've felt in a long time and my core is probably the strongest it's ever been. I'm just gutted I can't carry on due to a change in work commitments.

    Really great instructors and sessions. I joined as a beginner and they were very inclusive and friendly. My fitness levels have greatly improved since starting their sessions 3 mornings a week and would definitely recommend. They were also able to smoothly transition to online when everything went into lockdown.

    I signed up for the online course to get inspired during lockdown. The live workout sessions were interactive, challenging, innovative and never boring! The workouts can also fit around your daily life. The online recipes are fantastic. They are mostly quick and easy to recreate but delicious. I continue to incorporate some of my favourites even for the family. Oscar and sammy are top boys encouraging all types of standards and levels! Highly recommend!!

    I have really enjoyed my time with OSR Bootcamp. I have learnt so much about my health and fitness and shed 2.2 stone in the process. Due to a busy work schedule I managed to access this service entirely online, which worked well for me. Thank you to Sam and Oscar. I look forward to continuing my healthy lifestyle armed with the knowledge that I am in control of myself and my choices. I am truly living my best life! Do not think twice about signing up - you won’t regret it!

    I joined OSR Bootcamps in November 2018 on recommendation from a friend and haven't looked back! My primary reason for joining was to improve my overall mental health and I didn't have any specific fitness goals in mind. From my first session I was hooked. Sam and Oscar the trainers are both so welcoming and there is a great sense of community with all the people that come. They even do an annual xmas party! There are sessions offered in the mornings and evenings across 4 days a week so there is loads of flexibility to fit the work outs in around your own routine, whatever works best for you. The sessions themselves are always varied and fun and Sam and Oscar will amend any exercises as required for any specific injuries. Working out outside and as part of a group is a real buzz but the groups are not so big you feel like you aren't getting any attention and Sam and Oscar will always correct your form and give you tips etc throughout the workouts. I personally find being outside in the fresh air so much more preferable to being in a gym environment too. OSR Bootcamps is the first form of regular exercise I have ever stuck to in my life, if I have to miss a session now I am gutted and always show up rain or shine, whatever the weather. After the sessions you have such a buzz and you never ever regret showing up. In terms of results as I said I didn't have any fitness goals in mind but the benefits have been amazing. I feel stronger and more energetic, I am definitely more trim and have more defined muscles (I have visible abdominal muscles for the first time ever!) but overall I would say I feel it has been my mindset that has improved the most. Particularly in winter with long dark cold days that can get really depressing dragging myself out of bed to go and work out always makes me feel better. I honestly can't recommend OSR Bootcamps highly enough!

    Oscar and Sam are incredible! I joined with my fiancé Ed after we had put on a lot of weight and hadn’t exercised properly for a LONG time! We were nervous at first but Oscar and Sam were there to support us every step of the way. Our fitness improved immediately and we lost over 3 stone between us on the 8 week challenge! Amazing recipes and varied workouts made us actually enjoy it! That is honestly something we thought we would never say! Highly recommend!

    I signed up to the OSR bootcamps and joined there 8 week plan. I have just finished and have seen great progress in fitness, energy and most importantly mood. After a horrible 2019 with mental health issues, it's been great getting into a routine, meeting new people, sharing experiences and the occasional pain!! ;) Sam and Oscar have been fantastic, really supportive and always encouraging when things get tough. As well as all the other results I have lost just under 1.5 stone and feel great. If you're thinking of signing up, just do it!

    Last year I joined OSR Bootcamp, and within six months I lost 2 1/2 stone – I could not have done this without the help, support, and expertise of Oscar and Sam at OSR! I have never been a sporty person, so joining an outdoor Bootcamp was not a natural decision for me. When I first joined I was extremely unfit, however Sam and Oscar were nothing but encouraging and supportive along the way. They helped me by planning a meal plan to ensure I was getting the right nutrition, and throughout training they are consistently attentive to ensure everyone always has the right technique and form during every exercise, providing modifications if you have any requirements as well. I initially joined OSR in order to lose some weight before my wedding - Sam and Oscar helped me to trim down so much that in the weeks before the wedding, the dress shop even told me to stop attending Bootcamp as they feared my dress would be too big for me on my big day! However what I have grown to realise is that the benefits of joining Bootcamp are so much more than just losing weight. It helps you feel healthier, stronger, more confident and best still enables you to enjoy the outdoors, get some fresh air and make some friends along the way. If you’re looking for a Bootcamp to join, regardless of your current level of fitness, look no further, you really can’t go wrong with Sam and Oscar’s support!

    I'm ashamed it's taken me this long to tell you all how great Oscar and Sam are! I started the 8 week challenge with them at the beginning of June after struggling to lose the weight I put on after having children and lockdown. In the 8 weeks (2 of which I did the training remotely as I was camping) I lost 6kg. After finishing the 8 weeks I signed up indefinitely and I've now lost almost 12kg. It wasn't all about weight loss for me though, I wanted to be stronger, have more energy and be more positive. I can say that I've achieved all three of these goals. I have also learnt about eating smarter and overall my life is better since doing this. Things which have also improved for me since I joined: - ability to carry my daughter for longer on my shoulders (if you have a 2 year old buggy dodger you'll know) - my IBS (huge improvement) - my pelvic floor strength - my sleep patterns - my mental health I went through some medical stuff recently and Oscar and Sam were so quick to respond and adapt the training for me, I was so grateful. I'd really recommend you give them a go!

    I started my fitness journey with OSR in June 2022. Although I had always previously been in decent health, COVID, Working from Home and a sedentary lifestyle had left me badly out of shape and lacking in energy and motivation. I started with a 6 week plan after speaking with Sam to try and change my direction. The early morning starts for Bootcamp were tough but you soon get into them and Sam and Oscar are massively encouraging (at the same time as pushing you!) and the group dynamic really helps to motivate you. I've now switched to online training but the results have still been brilliant. Sam has provided me with tailored diet plans to help try and reach my target and in the last few months I have lost around 20 pounds, without having had to do any heavy gym work with weights etc, all just based on the HIIT workouts and diet. But more then the just physical changes, my mental state is so much better too as a result. I can't recommend OSR highly enough, give them a try and you won't be disappointed!

    After trying out an OSR Bootcamps session, I signed up to get fit and lose weight before my wedding. Not only did I do this (shrinking two dress sizes!) but I've had so much fun. Oscar and Sam strike a great balance between encouragement and pushing you to go further. They were so supportive on the training and adjustments to diet, whilst being realistic and understanding that people have normal lives! I would fully recommend OSR Bootcamps to anyone, no matter what age, sex or fitness level.
