    Karen is a professional, friendly, hardworking individual. She was my personal trainer for more than two years at my home. She catered for all my needs by accommodating me and my busy schedule. She planned a detailed workout which gave me the results I wanted, she worked out an exercise regime for me to follow on the days I was not able to do sessions with her. I highly recommend Karen as a personal trainer whether it's at the gym or your venue of choice.

    Karen is such a trainer! We have been training for 3 months now and I feel the difference already! Iā€™ve lost weight (10kg) and I look more significantly fitter and stronger. I canā€™t wait to see my full potential. Thanks KD

    Karen is an excellent trainer and make me enjoy every single workout. To be honest I had 0 motivation to work out on my own and needed that extra push. 45 Fitness is about 8-10min walking distance which is super convenient, having busy days and being able to fit in 45mins of workout 3x times a week was perfect for my schedule. I loved it. Ive started to see some results already and my strength itā€™s definitely getting better. Thank you Karen

    Karen is an excellent PT. We really enjoyed the sessions as they were fun and there was a lot of variety. We quickly built up muscles, lost weight and improved fitness levels. Everything was taken at our own pace and Karen adapted some of the more difficult exercises for me, but still gave me the same results. Losing weight over the summer was something very rare for me and 4 months later, the weight has stayed off. Our time with Karen taught us a different way to train and we are continuing to implement her practices. Thank you Karen!!

    Training with Karen for the past year and a bit has allowed me to become a better individual, one that has taught me a healthy lifestyle, she has taught me how to eat, how to train and even how to rest. Things became tricky due to the lockdowns but Karen always found a way to train me, whether it was online, in the park etc...I was weighing 79kg when I began, could not run, had no strength and was low in life, she has helped me achieve who I am today which is 60kg, 23% body fat, happier and stronger. She has also educated me on a lot of things including not fussing over weight as it fluctuates but rather muscle, protein, water intake, body fat etc...(which as females we will have more so don't stress). I have also met some great people along the way, when she did bookcamp and we were all on the same boat pushing each other, such a great environment to be in. Karen is cheerful, humble and always there if you have a question, she told me she was going to get to a size 8 when I first started- I was size 14- and she was right, I didn't believe it then but I am a size 8. She also said I was going to be able to do pullups, I was like noo way Karen....and I have, I have achieved these things. I am a different person today because of Karen and want to say thank you, this is not a phase in life but rather a lifestyle, I will continue with what she has taught me.

    Karen has been doing an incredibly job with her clients at Snap Fitness greenwich. She has helped many of her clients completely transformed their bodies, health and mindset. I would highly recommend KD to any person trying to lose weight, tone up or just improve their general health and fitness. She does an amazing job here at Snap Fitness Greenwich.

Karen always puts in the work for herself to show people that anything is possible if you put your mind to it and always has a smile on her face and keeps everyone happy and motivated.     I have been with Karen for 9 months and have proudly lost 71lbs. Karens style is custom to your needs and ability at the time, which makes training with her practical and fun. I highly recommend her, especially for first timers or people new to working out. As with anything, you have to put in the work, but Karen WILL definitely get you visible results. She is knowledgeable about nutrition and provides excellent online materials to aid you in your journey even outside of sessions.Thank you Karen!

    Karen is my first ever personal trainer, and I struck gold! A little over two months ago I started my first session - I lacked strength, endurance, and self-confidence. Karen knows how to encourage, push, and to be frank, kick my butt with killer exercises. Karen also knows when I need patience, support, and encouragement. I donā€™t feel I could find someone who strikes this balance better. I canā€™t believe the changes Iā€™ve seen in myself in such little time. Iā€™m empirically stronger, I look stronger and leaner, have lost 10lbs so far, and gained muscle. My cardio endurance is better than itā€™s ever been, and my mental resilience to work through tough physical challenges has been built. All of this has culminated in a more confidence sense of self, which those close to me have been able to notice. Even my posture is better! Karenā€™s way of coaching really has brought out the best in me. The way she goes the extra mile to advise on nutrition and goals makes the programme sustainable and healthy. I also appreciate her understanding as a woman of how training needs to adapt around monthly cycles sometimes. All of this is to say that if youā€™re looking for a personal trainer, look no further than Karen, seriously. The work is tough as hell, but you couldnā€™t have a better informed coach to guide you through it. Thanks Karen!

    I started training with Karen five years ago. At that time, I was overweight, I couldn't breath properly when trying to do even short walks; I had no energy to do anything during the day. My fitness and my health improved drastically working with Karen. I was then able to jog and even run. We started working together twice a week, slowly. I started seeing some results, my breathing started to improve, my energy improved and everything around my life improved overall. I feel now like a different person, my health is so much better, I lost the weight I wanted, my energy and even my mood have improved 100%. Karen is not just an excellent trainer but she's an amazing human being. l'm so glad l've met her because she's so knowledgable, supportive and she makes the sessions fun so you really want to continue to work hard & improve. She gave me confidence for the gym but as well for myself which has impacted positively in my life. She will listen to you and she will definitely help you to achieve anything you want, regarding your health and fitness. I would definitely recommend Karen to anyone.     The experience I had having Karen as my personal trainer was incredible. She has a lot of patience, she likes to focus on your techniques and she made me learn the basics first so I can build from that to get better and avoiding any injuries. Her level is another level! She injects me pure energy to keep me going and push harder even when I think i cant give anymore. Sheā€™s an inspiration not just only by how she coaches people but also by the way she trains and looks! I had few past experiences with personal trainers before, and nothing like her!     At the end of last year I decided that after 20+ years of absolutely zero exercise (honestly none/zero/nada since school!) it was time for a change, I was really unhappy with my body, id been on holiday in Greece and wasn't happy taking my shirt off at the pool. I knew that I had two options, hide away or get fit. So.....I signed up to a local gym for what I thought would be an straightforward fix but realised quickly I had no idea what I was doing (what the hell are all these machines?) so looked for a PT..... And I found Karen She has been my wife and I's trainer this year and committing to work with her has been one of the most satisfying things I've done in years. She has pushed both of us in the gym and also with our nutrition and always in the most professional (and still fun) way. She always gives you her undivided attention, encourages you, gives training plans for days off, I honestly only have the biggest admiration and praise for her. I'm forever grateful for where she's got me to both physically and mentally and was genuinely a bit sad when I had my last session today but that means there is space for someone else to experience that. If you are looking for a trainer to take you on your personal journey to fitness, or whatever you want to achieve you would be very lucky to do it with her.

    I started training with Karen nearly two years ago, at a time when I had lost motivation for exercise and was struggling with self confidence. Fast forward to now, and things are so different! Karen took the time to understand where I was at and what my goals were. Her focus was on creating a lifelong change that I could sustain and enjoy, which we have absolutely achieved. We train together once a week (a regular slot with flexibility when I need it) and the sessions are always challenging and enjoyable. I now walk 10,000+ steps every day and complete at least 60 minutes of exercise. As well as training with Karen in person I do home workouts that she designs to suit my needs. The results have shown - Iā€™m much healthier and my mental health has really improved. Iā€™ve lost fat, toned muscle, and Iā€™m proud of the way I look. If youā€™re looking for a personal trainer or just some motivation in life and fitness - I would highly recommend Karen!

    I've trained with KD45 fitness for 9 months. Karen is amazing. My fitness level was very low before we started and while I still have a long way to go, every little win matters. I couldn't climb stairs without breaks and now I can do 250! I don't tire as easily and can do more. Karen has been incredibly supportive throughout and always accounts for any injuries. We never do the same thing twice. Highly recommend her!

    KD45 Fitness is the best and last coaching you will ever need. It is a not a fad diet but helps people by improving mind, body and soul.     When I started training with Karen, I was someone with poor eating habits, who loathed exercise. I used to hate going clothes shopping because everything always looked better on the hanger than on me and I would hide myself behind baggy tops. I decided to do something about it and contacted Karen and I have not looked back since - well, only to see my progress! I have a knee injury, so she adapts things accordingly to enable me to do everything. I actually enjoy exercise now - something I never thought Iā€™d say. I have lost weight, dropped 3 clothes sizes and now enjoy finding new outfits to wear. I have a whole new approach to food and nutrition and feel much more in control of my body now. I am now the one that encourages my friends to exercise and work-out!! Karenā€™s sessions are always different and she does a great job of working out the kind of exercises you like (and the bits you donā€™t) to make sure that things are always fun and enjoyable. Joining 45 Fitness changed my life - no clichĆ©, just fact!

    My experience with Karen has been absolutely amazing. Team members have been very welcoming and have made my personal training experience worthwhile. The gym is always, clean, never too packed and there is a variety of equipment to work out with. If you are looking for a place to get fit, KD45 Fitness is the place. It tops pure gym, anytime fitness and any other gym I have been too. Definitely recommend!!

    The best trainer!! A couple of years ago was looking to get in shape and wanted a Personal trainer. I met a few that seemed fine and then I met KD, she is the best!! Pushes me to the limits (in a good way), good with nutritional guidance and has helped me lose 3 stone!

    Karen is simply excellent. Pushes us hard but not too hard or over the top yelling etc. Fitness and strength so much better after a year with KD. Easy going and flexible on diaries. Also has arranged fun events eg. Tough Mudder.

    Karen exceeded all my expectations. Her professionalism, knowledge, patience, encouragement and ability to adopt the right mentoring technique to my fitness journey was brilliant. Karen ensured my goals were the targets of every session. Her gentle, caring and motivating nature was always embeded in every instruction and demonstration. Karen really gets to know her clients. She takes the time to know your strengths, weaknesses and your overall being. She shows genuine interest in her clients, which strengthened my trust in my sessions and time with her. Karen really does thrive at her passion. Her passion is written in every session and as a previous client, I can see the depths of her teachings & training influences in my now current training sessions and mindset. Karen does not just focus on the physical, she shares her knowledge of the mindset behind the working body. After every session with Karen my mind, body and soul always felt stronger and clearer. I really appreciated Karens holistic approach to training. I trained with Karen for 9 months and during this time we experienced lockdown. The strength and motivation in Karen as a PT really showed up during lockdown. Her ability to adapt her training techniques to train and motivate me virtually was phenomenal. If I hadn't had to move back to Australia, I would have remained training with Karen. She get's you the results and always has her clients targets at heart.     I was very lucky to find Karen an amazing personal trainer who has literally transformed me, my life, my social life too. I was overweight with a high cholesterol in the beginning. I have regular fitness sessions with Karen and she has also helped me to structure my diet and exercise in general, so I had better structure. I have lost weight and to my delight my cholesterol for the first time in years is normal. Karen offers fun and effective workouts and support which has helped me to achieve my goals and also focus on healthy changes to my lifestyle. She really helps with mental outlook as well as fitness which I find is equally important in achieving healthy mind and body.

    I canā€™t recommend Karen highly enough. Itā€™s actually hard to put into words how much she has helped me, but in real terms, she helped me lose over 5 stone in a year and completely changed my way of thinking about my health. I hated the gym, ā€¦. ā€œnever found timeā€ to exerciseā€¦ but the truth is I was probably afraid of the hard work it would take to get myself in a much healthier state. I did have a PT before Karen, but all my fears were realised, I found it too hard, wasnā€™t enjoying it and eventually gave up ā€“ which made me feel worse. I decided to try Karenā€¦and I loved that she promoted the idea of ā€œbaby stepsā€ ā€“ which is exactly what I needed. She really tailored sessions to me and was able to read me and work out what would make me ā€œtickā€ when it came to fitness ā€“ And then really began pushing me gradually harder and giving me some of the most enjoyable challenges Iā€™ve ever been part ofā€¦.She made something I hated, really fun! Added to that, she is actually great conversation, a wonderful person and now by happy accident, I do consider her a good friend! As a result, a year down the line, I have taken up football and cricket again, can play sports with my 6 year old son without having to stop after 5 minutes ā€¦. AND, I was able to compete in my sonā€™s sports day at his football club (In the parentā€™s race of course where I came 3rd)ā€¦I did him proud ā€“ I would never even entered the race before which has upset him previously. Iā€™m genuinely a happier person, full of energy and I donā€™t eat myself into a coma anymore J - Sheā€™s probably saved my life! Covid has been rough on the whole world, but my weekly shining light were my sessions with Karen. She bent over backwards to make sure I felt comfortable and did wonders for my mental health, both online, or with her socially distanced, in person workouts. If you have ever been on the fence about professional help with your fitness ā€“ try Karen ā€“ you will not regret it. I actually now love working out and donā€™t know what I would do without her!

    KARENĀ is an incredible Personal Trainer; she is armed with the skills and equipment necessary to assist you in reaching your target. She customise the workouts to myĀ specifications. She walks you through diet, assisting you with staying on track. I've beenĀ training with Karen almost twoĀ years and have gained a lot ofĀ lean muscle. When I walk out of the gym after completing my workout, I not only feel physically healthy, but also mentally incredible! That is thanks to KarenĀ tireless attempts to promote overall health. She is very charming, super friendly and very supportive. We always have jokes, laughs and target to hit on the ground to make sure I can get best out of it!. She is a gem of a human who is devoted to herĀ work. Certainly recommend if you're hunting for the very best personal trainer.

    Karen is very professional and experienced trainer. I really enjoy my workouts with her, ive seen so many results since working with her and how my body and mind has changed over this months.
