    I have been training with Dougie for a month and already can see achievements of the goals we set at the beginning of the program. I lost 3kg,my muscles have better definition and in general my strength has improved. I normally could not cycle uphill but the other day I was cycling not only to the very top of Greenwich hill, but I did it on a high gear! Dougie always keeps our program interesting, adds new exercises and shows different techniques. I like that even when I am training on my own, I can easily understand and follow it. I am very grateful that Dougie helped me to find a good balance between achieving great results, keeping training reasonably short and having a great time at the gym!

    Dougie has been imperative in improving my confidence in the gym. Before starting our sessions I’d hide away on a cross trainer for half an hour, then get scared and leave! Now, I have the confidence to storm into the ‘scary’ section of the gym, and follow a detailed training program. Not only has his sessions improved my confidence, I can feel myself getting stronger whilst maintaining good technique. You’re not just investing in the one hour sessions, he provides all the tools you need to take away and put into your daily routine. The detail in his nutrition plan goes into absolutely everything you’d need to know, and it’s all completely achievable, with small changes in your lifestyle to get maintainable results. The training program he provides is crystal clear, all on a spreadsheet that you can edit and keep track of your progress. Thank you Dougie for all of your help so far. I can’t wait to continue seeing results and watch my confidence improve alongside!

    Dougie is the full package. An attentive and down-to-earth PT who listens to your needs and tailors both nutrition and workouts to your personal goals. He creates a welcoming, engaging and educational training environment which enables you to build confidence, increase focus and feel comfortable in your own skin both inside and outside the gym. Striking the perfect balance between professionalism and fun, if you're on the fence about booking in a first session... take this as your sign to do it!

    I started training with Dougie after reaching a point in my weight loss journey where I felt I’d done as much as I could do without further instruction. He was able to help me set goals that we achieved really quickly, understand nutrition and training so I can make my own decisions going forward and been a fantastic source of support both in and out of the gym when I’ve needed guidance around anything. Great guy to work with, couldn’t recommend more highly :)

    After just four sessions with Dougie I feel SO much more confident in the gym. His attention to detail is fantastic - my technique has never been so good.     If you want to make a change, invest in yourself and need inspiration then I cannot recommend Dougie enough. My partner & I have had couples PT sessions with Dougie and its really paid off, we are both losing weight, toning up, getting stronger and our confidence has grown in the gym and in our daily lives. I'm an anxious person but my stress levels have been reduced and I'm not as fraught as when I started. Dougie is patient, understanding and has a wealth of knowledge to share; for anyone who is needing that push then Dougie is your man!

    I have been a gym goer for about 3 years on and off, I thought I know a lot of things by just watching youtube videos and learning a lot of "bro" science. After a few sessions with Dougie I came to the conclusion that in actuality I did not know anything essential and that has stagnated my progress. Dougie is an extremely knowledgeable PT with lots of experience and he's also friendly and understanding of one's needs. I definitely recommend his services if you want to improve and achieve your fitness goals.

    My experience with dr. Dougie has been amazing so far! Even though we technically didn't train together, he was more than happy to help me with some tips and tricks regarding my training and nutritional information. He really is a life saver and I'd recommend him to everyone! Please don't hesitate to start working with him, he is a wonderful and very friendly person who definitely knows what's going on. 😉

    I’ve been training weekly with Dougie for 4-5 weeks now and it’s the best decision I’ve made in a long time. After developing bad anxiety and agoraphobia throughout the pandemic, working with Dougie has brought back my confidence in ways I couldn’t have anticipated. He is an expert in his field and is super encouraging, whilst also being refreshingly down-to-earth and relatable. I couldn’t be happier with my PT sessions and I’m excited to continue my fitness journey with him!

    I started training with Dougie because I was clueless about how to structure my workouts and how to increase the intensity over time. I also wanted some guidance with nutrition. Since training with Dougie my strength has improved incrementally and - equally importantly - I am far more confident and relaxed in the gym. Dougie is extremely professional and knowledgable but also friendly and encouraging and keeps the workouts varied and tailored to your goals. I would recommend Dougie to anyone who is looking for some inspiration, structure and support in their training.

    I've been training with Dougie for 3.5 months now. He's helped me build back confidence in lifting weights after 2 years without doing so. He keeps the sessions varied, fun and leaves me wanting to progress further. He's also introduced me to new exercises and he's even made cardio something I don't dread! His advice on nutrition and making sustainable, realistic changes have been great. I feel stronger, fitter and healthier - and it's been great for my overall well-being. What really helps is that he's easy to get along with, friendly and listens. He's communicative, personable and organised.     My husband and I started working with Dougie 3 months ago to lose weight and learn about nutrition and diet. I was stuck at my previous weight for 6 months before meeting Dougie! I felt I'd tried everything from reducing portion sizes to not eating late in the evenings. But my weight was not reducing! I knew I needed some help and am grateful we found Dougie. He focused on a weight loss program that was easy to follow and explained simply what we had to do. His techniques and support was what I needed. I followed his advice word for word and hit my target weight in 3 months. I am extremely delighted to fit into my size 10 jeans 😊😃.     Working with a PT has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and well-being, and I’m so glad I was recommended to Dougie.     Couldn't recommend Dougie enough! Saw results in a matter of weeks, based on work in and out of the gym. A PT that finally gives well rounded advice and explains the reasons why we're doing what we're doing, rather than just setting a plan that isn't tailored to you. I've only just started but excited to keep going!

    The best personal trainer in London. Dougie will make you feel like you can actually conquer the fear of getting into better shape! He is amazingly knowledgable on both the physical and mental aspects to success and progress in relation to your physical wellness. His equipment is always clean, in good shape and he follows up regularly to keep you motivated. Would recommend with no hesitation. Book in with him (just don’t take my time slot! Haha)
