    I had the pleasure of working out at Delta Fitness for over 6 months and during my time here I was able to shed 15kg within 12 weeks alone! Delta Fitness not only provides a tailored workout plan but also expert nutritional guidance. A PT is available for queries in your own time and I have never been short of an answer. My trainer was Hamid and he has a lot of knowledge around training hard and training correct. Aside from my fat loss, I learnt a lot from him about how to do exercises correctly - exercises that I had been doing for years! I was instantly able to see the effects of doing exercises with good form. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for something fresh in regards to fitness to try Delta Fitness, it just might surprise you. I will definitely be visiting again if I'm in the area.

    After spending 12 weeks training with Hamid and Laszlo, I highly recommend Delta fitness. Aside from the studio having some great equipment, you can really tell the trainers love what they are doing and are very knowledgeable. They spent the time understanding my needs and helped me get back into following a regular training schedule while also ending the program with some amazing results.

    If you're willing to put the work in, you can achieve anything. The trainers at Delta are very professional and took really good care of my needs in terms of physiotherapy, training and nutritional advice. After 12 weeks of hardcore dedication to the program, I had shed 15kg and massively increased my strength and fitness.

    Laszlo is a magician and has helped me to make huge improvements in my fitness and health. I can go to group fitness classes now with confidence -- knowing I am strong enough and have the proper technique to take on new challenges. I have been to personal training and had good trainers before, but Laszlo is next-level. I used to throw out my back (even under the supervision of trainers) while dead-lifting, but that has never been an issue with Laszlo. He is a truly skilled, dedicated trainer, and I am so glad to now also call him my friend. The gym is very well-equipped, clean, and I would unhesitatingly recommend it to anyone looking to transform their health.

    I started my journey to get in better shape and develop healthy habits with Delta in January. My trainer Hamid has been amazing since I started. He has been able to educate me on the importance of good nutrition and good weight training techniques and generally being able to motivate me. He's very forensics in ensuring that you're following the right diet and correct form during sessions. A very friendly, easy going Scot!

    With Delta Fitness, the training is very personal as they quote. This is my first experience for body transformation and the trainer (Kai) was really help in providing the diet plan suited for my lifestyle. Kai training method was very informative and results were achived progressively. The trainers are available throughout the day to clear any doubts. After 3-4 months of training, i was to able increase my strenth with reduction in fat percentage. I would recommend for anyone who are willing to transform their lifestyle with fitness.

    When I thought about 12 week transformation I knew that I would have results that show the hard work I had put into the program. What actually happened was life changing from my attitude to both fitness and nutrition. My trainer Laszlo was able to create and maintain a program tailored to my needs and personality, being flexible when possible and firm when I need to right push to make sure I got the best out of the program. If you have the right mindset and dedication you can make a big difference in your life and invest in your future body and mind. I would high recommend.

    I have spent 8 weeks with Eser. He is an amazing coach. It was a really good experience working with him. He encouraged me in every session when I was exhausted and always patiently answer my questions. Before I joined Delta fitness, I was training on my own and spent a lot of time for finding the right way to train and healthy diet. I was also anxious about seeing no changes on my shape or strength after a long time of training. Eser and Delta Fitness gave me the confidence on improvement. I was comfortable for giving my best with no hesitation in such an environment. It was only 8 weeks, and the changes on my body was satisfying and unbelievable.

    I have been training at Delta with Hamid for 6 months now and I can honestly say that it was one of the best investments I have ever made. Hamid has been such a fantastic trainer - not only is he knowledgable about training but also he is good at giving emotional support. Whether you are cutting or bulking, it can get hard but he is exceptionally good at motivating you so that you can keep going! I would 100% recommend Hamid and Delta to anybody who's considering joining!

    My time at Delta (sadly) ended 2 weeks ago! I joined Delta to increase my self confidence and to learn how to integrate fitness, working-out and eating healthy into my daily life. I wanted to build a new life, with new habits and a new outlook on life. Thanks to Delta, to Laszlo and especially thanks to Hamid, I can say I have obtained all my goals. Hamid has been a great motivator, teacher and friend during these past 4 months we spent working together. I couldn't recommend Delta and Hamid more!

    As a "young-old" mid-forties male who was losing confidence and happiness in life, not to mention my physique, I joined the weight loss program with Delta Fitness. I underwent an initial assessment and with a diet plan and tailored exercise regime, I was ready to go. Laszlo's kind support and generous guidance during the program encouraged and motivated me and after 12 weeks, the proof of his program and methodology's efficiency was clearly visible. I was happier, fitter, and looked a lot better having lost nearly 2 stone and seeing my abdominal muscles for the first time in decades - all this in a friendly training area and with great company and support at every session. It's hard to put into words the value I got from this experience - it's changed my life.

    I had the pleasure of working out at Delta Fitness for over 6 months. The gym is always clean and organised. The trainers are always welcoming and friendly. I had an amazing transformation journey thanks to Laszlo. He is the best PT I’ve ever met. He is truly cares about my progress and health and always motivates me when I need a little pushing. I have never gained strength this fast before. I can truly recommend this Personal Training Studio to anyone who wants to gain muscle/loose weight and get a healthier lifestyle.

    Top notch personal training; I have been attending several times a week for a year now, and I am always looking forward to my next session. The progress I have made physically, in strength and in confidence since the beginning goes far beyond what I could have hoped for, and this is all thanks to Laszlo and the team. They are a super friendly and accommodating bunch, catering for my needs, supporting me and keeping my motivation up throughout. But they also mean business and are focused on enabling me achieve my goals, ensuring I am safely challenged and supported into progressing week by week, month by month. It's been a life changing journey, and I am totally going to continue it with the team!

    I had my goals discussion and a training session with Laszlo. He is extremely conscientious trainer. He provided me with the custom nutrition (macros) and designed a workout ensuring I get full body training in the most effective way to suit my goals. I've done one of those workouts with Laszlo and he helped me to have a correct form. I now equipped with ways to pay attention to the muscle I train, so that I don't compensate with a wrong muscle. I did several workouts on my own and found it already gave me better results! I thoroughly recommend it!

    My fitness journey with Delta Fitness over the six months has been transformational. My trainer, Eser’s customised and holistic approach, emphasising diet, lifestyle and exercise routines, provides a detailed roadmap for success. His constant availability for queries, coupled with his friendly and engaged style, is a powerful motivator. Never felt better. Highly recommend!

    With little to no previous experience of weight training. I joined the 12 week fat loss programme at Delta in Dec 2022 losing 13kg. Its been a life changing experience and has set me up with the skills and confidence to continue long into the future. Having the chance to work with Eser has been incredible. I would highly recommend him to anyone who was looking to change their lifestyle for the better. He motivated, advised and supported me throughout with a customised nutritional and work out plan. Incredibly genuine and dedicated in getting the best out of you, he makes every session challenging yet fun. Thank you Eser and the Delta team.

    I would highly recommend Delta Fitness and especially my trainer Jamie H (best trainer I ever had) if are looking for a (drastic) change in your fitness and health routine. Since starting (Feb23), I have lost almost 10kgs and more than 10% body fat. Jamie is an amazing trainer, who pushes you every single second (even when you think you can’t do it anymore). I have done the 12 weeks program to start with (which is pretty intense) and now moved on to 3 days/week, I definitely don’t regret signing up for this. An amazing (yet challenging) experience!

    I joined the 12 w programme and had a wonderful experience with Delta fitness. A special shout to my coach Jamie - he was extremely professional and also answered all my questions giving scientific reasons behind every exercise we did.     As an inherently sedentary person, I've always found the idea of working out (especially resistance training) intimidating. There's so much information out there, but it's incredibly overwhelming when trying to compile it. Even worse, there's no way to know if you're 'doing it right' or seconds away from injuring yourself — unless you have some kind of personal trainer. So about six months ago, finally deciding it was time I started investing in my physical fitness, I started training at Delta. It's been a great experience, from the onboarding to the training itself. Hamid has been extremely patient (despite my greenness!), tailoring sessions and nutritional guidance to accommodate my personal goals and availability. Having one-on-one sessions with a trainer has alleviated all the stress traditionally associated with working out, helping to grow muscle memory and best practises in a judgement-free environment. I was a little unsure of what to expect (drill instructor?) before joining, but Hamid has been amazingly friendly and insightful, eager to share knowledge both immediately practical and lifestyle related. Crucially, Delta empowers members by giving them the knowledge and confidence that they'll need to continue their fitness journey by themselves when ready. Highly recommended for anyone who's looking to make a change, but doesn't know where to start.

    Like many people I got into some bad habits during lockdown. Working from home combined with too many takeaways and a few too many glasses of wine meant I was starting to look a bit chubby! I decided it was time to make a change. We all know the theory - eat less, move more - but it's good to have someone to push you, explain where you are going wrong and hold you accountable. I therefore signed up for a 12-week personal training at Delta Fitness. In the intial consultation they take you through your goals, your training history and provide nutrition guidelines. The next session I started training with Eser. From the very first session, Eser was able to motivate me and keep me on track. He pushed me to work hard, but is also very friendly and makes every session enjoyable. I appreciated that he took the time to explain where I was going wrong with with form/technique, and offered alternative exercises where I was struggling with mobility or to engage the correct muscle. Most importantly, it was effective. Within three months of training with Eser, I was able to lose the excess fat I had gained during lockdown as well as gain some decent muscle definition and increase the weights on the various exercises significantly. There was at most one other client in the studio at the same time so there is no waiting around for equipment. As a result you'll squeeze a lot more into an hour workout than you thought possible, and leave feeling pretty exhausted! It's also incredibly clean and has private showers if needed. I can't thank Delta Fitness and Eser in particular for the help and support. If you're looking for a personal trainer who truly cares about your success, I highly recommend Eser.

    Laszlo and Delta have been absolutely a pleasure to work with and have helped me monumentally to help me perform and get results which are maintained with a focus on muscle growth alongside the fat loss targets I wanted to achieve. Lazslo is not only a pleasure to work with but his extensive knowledge really sets him apart from many other PT's out there. Highly recommend!

    I’ve been training with Delta Fitness for 5 months. I started with the 8-week cutting programme where we managed to drop my body-fat from 26% to 12.5%. My diet and activity was reviewed regularly and positive changes were introduced when my levels plateaued. Laszlo’s programmes are structured and varied, which is great for someone with a busy life and working in finance. Its a great to find an individual you can put your trust in, who is there monitoring and observing you with your health in mind - for me its one less thing to worry about. I have also learnt lots about body mechanics, muscle groups and movement as Laszlo is very well-read, technical and up-to-date on his area. I recommend Delta Fitness to anyone with a busy life, especially if you’re local to Canary Wharf. Much better than the trainers at Third-Space - in terms of knowledge and attention!

    Delta Fitness is a great training studio! Often when I trained I was the only/ one of 2 clients there, so it's perfect for people who want to gain confidence before using a crowded gym. All the staff are really friendly and professional. I most recently trained with Hamid, who is a very supportive and attentive personal trainer. He is really good at ensuring your form is correct and motivating you to push yourself. Thanks Hamid!

    Being someone who struggled to be consistent with exercise and healthy diet, I would HIGHLY recommend Delta Fitness if you're looking for that life transformational change about how you think about your health, your body and fitness. Not only did this change my mindset but I also saw RESULTS. Eser was the BEST trainer - he exceeded all my expectations!! He was always super attentive, encouraging and always willing to push you to limits you didn't even know you had. I love how he balances encouraging you and also keeping you accountable to achieve the goals that you've set out to achieve. Even if I had back pain from other non-gym related activities, he always went above and beyond to give me exercises that would help me heal. In addition, the Delta space is always fun to be in - there's always a positive energy and great equipment and amenities maintained at the highest standard and cleanliness. Honestly, the best decision I made in 2022 was to join and start this journey and would encourage anyone who is having any doubts to it. If not now, then when?

    I have always been nervous about joining a gym as I feel uncomfortable working out around too many people. If you are like me Delta is the place to be. It is super organised and never crowded. The place is so neat and you will never get that weird smell that kind of exists in most of the gyms. I had trained with Hamid and it was an absolute pleasure. I got to learn a lot about food and nutrition which did help me change my eating habits and lifestyle. Hamid is very supportive, understands your goal and always pushes you when you are about to give up. He has been very flexible with my timings as my work hours are super chaotic. I will definitely go back. Huge kudos to Laszlo and the entire team at Delta

    Delta Fitness was great. The trainers are extremely professional and know what they are talking about. I worked with Craig and Hamid and both were able to very clearly come up with a diet and work out plan. They answered all the questions patiently and were able to make modifications when something was not working well. I liked the fact that they provide a sustainable way to workout vs just trying to do things in a short cut manner. Great job!!

    Amazing! I'm one of those people that hated the gym, I got shy, I was always too scared to ask for equipment or 'fight' anyone for it, and in general, I just never knew what I was doing. But after joining Delta I have so much more confidence! The have taught me so much in terms of posture, equipment, sets etc, and nutrition! They have limited clients in the gym at a time, and you really benefit from the one on one coaching. I even got to choose what music I wanted on in the background!!!! (win win) I always felt comfortable, and quickly got to know all the trainers. Their knowledge is insane! They always pushed me to do a few more reps or go higher when I doubted myself and I always left feeling accomplished and proud of myself. I saw results straight away and was able to keep in contact with my trainer in between sessions, if I ever had a question he would get back to me straight away. I'm now confident in public gyms and no longer doubt myself and stay on the treadmill for an hour!! I'll be back for hot girl summer!! Thanks all and thank you Laszlo!!! Xx

    Delta Fitness is my favourite fitness studio in London. It is a modern studio and it has a great and welcoming atmosphere. Laszlo is a great coach and has a very positive mindset that will help you level up both physically and mentally. Can’t recommend enough!

    I have been training with Laszlo at Delta Fitness for over three months and I couldn't be happier. As someone who historically avoided the gym, I decided to take a plunge when I found myself having some time on my hands and signed up for a weight loss programme. Laszlo is an amazing trainer who excels in all aspects of training. He tailors workouts to individual needs, ensures proper form for gym newbies, and is always available for nutritional advice. After three months I ended up undoing 10 years of insufficient activity and suboptimal diet, lost 12 kilos and started feeling way more energized. Had I not done it myself, I would not have believed this was even possible. The facilities at Delta Fitness are excellent, and the space is very clean and well maintained, which contributes to a truly enjoyable training experience. I am grateful to Laszlo for bringing me on this journey and excited to see what I can achieve next.

    I’ve been training with Delta Fitness for about 18 months. Over that time I’ve lost over 10Kg of weight and seen signifiant improvements in both my strength and energy levels. My main focus now is on consistent, sustainable health and fitness, and Delta tailor their training plans to help me meet those goals. I can highly recommend them for anyone wanting to improve their fitness.

    State of the art personal training studio, led by Laszlo Baritz, one of the best PTs in London, who works with a fantastic team of highly experienced trainers and professionals. I have been training at Delta, with Laszlo, for c. 6 months and I am extremely pleased with my results (c.12 kgs of fat lost in the first 4 months and a good amount of lean muscles gained). This progress was achieved thanks to a very effective combination of tailored nutritional programmes and evolving exercise regimes. Highly recommended!

    Honestly, the hardest part of this journey was persuading myself to book the first visit: as I've approached mid-sixties the combination of age, covid, sedentary high-pressure job, and infrequent gym visits were all taking a serious toll, and I didn't know where to start. Laszlo put to rest any preconceptions and comparisons with prior personal training. Jamie is an incredible trainer: motivational, knowledgeable, funny, agile - adjusting routines to fit my skills/strengths. In 12 weeks I've exceeded initial goals and already working with Jamie towards the next target. I'm stronger, fitter, and significantly more confident than I've been in years. 100% recommend.

    As they say in the Delta fitness, it's not a gym it's a place for personal training & body transformation and after 3 months of training I can say that it was the best investment that I made this year. I was trained by Laszlo who knows is goal oriented and I was able to increase my strength with a decrease in the body fat percentage. #wortheverypenny

    I start my 12-week training programs with coach Jamie. He is always being professional and listening carefully with my request. Providing both the theoretical instruction on different moves and very practical nutrition guidelines. This allow me able to train by myself in the future after the program. I am vey satisfying with the result right now and my body fat is going down more than 6% in this very short period. I am highly recommend to work with Jamie if you want to make things happened💪🏻
