Like
many
people
I
got
into
some
bad
habits
during
lockdown.
Working
from
home
combined
with
too
many
takeaways
and
a
few
too
many
glasses
of
wine
meant
I
was
starting
to
look
a
bit
chubby!
I
decided
it
was
time
to
make
a
change.
We
all
know
the
theory
-
eat
less,
move
more
-
but
it's
good
to
have
someone
to
push
you,
explain
where
you
are
going
wrong
and
hold
you
accountable.
I
therefore
signed
up
for
a
12-week
personal
training
at
Delta
Fitness.
In
the
intial
consultation
they
take
you
through
your
goals,
your
training
history
and
provide
nutrition
guidelines.
The
next
session
I
started
training
with
Eser.
From
the
very
first
session,
Eser
was
able
to
motivate
me
and
keep
me
on
track.
He
pushed
me
to
work
hard,
but
is
also
very
friendly
and
makes
every
session
enjoyable.
I
appreciated
that
he
took
the
time
to
explain
where
I
was
going
wrong
with
with
form/technique,
and
offered
alternative
exercises
where
I
was
struggling
with
mobility
or
to
engage
the
correct
muscle.
Most
importantly,
it
was
effective.
Within
three
months
of
training
with
Eser,
I
was
able
to
lose
the
excess
fat
I
had
gained
during
lockdown
as
well
as
gain
some
decent
muscle
definition
and
increase
the
weights
on
the
various
exercises
significantly.
There
was
at
most
one
other
client
in
the
studio
at
the
same
time
so
there
is
no
waiting
around
for
equipment.
As
a
result
you'll
squeeze
a
lot
more
into
an
hour
workout
than
you
thought
possible,
and
leave
feeling
pretty
exhausted!
It's
also
incredibly
clean
and
has
private
showers
if
needed.
I
can't
thank
Delta
Fitness
and
Eser
in
particular
for
the
help
and
support.
If
you're
looking
for
a
personal
trainer
who
truly
cares
about
your
success,
I
highly
recommend
Eser.
