Fantastic Wing chun school - lovely atmosphere, a nice mixed bunch of students with good sized classes, and a great Sifu, supportive of all abilities. The way he teaches works really well - classes are fun and engaging, and I'm always learning something new. He will always help with anything you're struggling on, and no one ever feels like they've been left behind. I started here over a year ago, and have no plan to leave any time soon! The venue is great and there's a lovely family feel to the school - and the added challenge of gradings is great for your confidence!

Five Elements Wing Tsun has been a great journey so far, can't wait for more to come! As a total beginner to martial arts, Paul (the instructor) made me feel at ease and went at my pace while still keeping it dynamic and allowing the class of mixed ability to progress together and challenging everyone. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun and exciting way to get fit and learn a new skill.

As a total beginner I was worried about joining, but I'm so glad I did! Everyone is so supportive, and our Sifu (Paul) is fantastic - I am able to learn at my own pace with the help of him and the lovely family dynamic of the group :)

I started four years ago knowing nothing about wing chun but I wanted to learn some self-defence. I stayed because it's super fun and interesting, and the people are lovely ^^

I've been training under Sifu Paul Simpson from the beginning of my journey in Wing Chun and close to the inception of the school. Sifu Paul is a very approachable person and thoughtful in the mater of Wing Chun system as martial art. I am practicing another martial art and I don't have enough time to come to more classes, but there are guys who have started after me, but with the right attitude and effort, they have progressed much more than I did. The school has grown over the years and there are people training at all levels. No need to know another martial art beforehand, I would say better not to. The moves you've learned will not suit this style.

I have been learning Wing Chun Kung Fu with Sifu Paul for about 6 months. I love that it is a community of all types of people. We support each other on our journey, train hard and have fun, too. The centre is amazing....the second you walk in you feel like you have been transported to ancient China! I would recommend anyone to come and give it a go.
