I was a bit disappointed in the gel manicure I had here and wouldn’t go back. Not sure the therapist had been properly trained. I feel like I could’ve done a better job myself. the edges are messy and not what I’d expect for the best part of forty quid.

Had an excellent deep tissue massage from Avril, massage was done in the dark with only candlelight (the candle also smelt lovely)

I came in with a right back/shoulder pain after a long drive and stressful week. The pain was significant but I left feeling completely different and a couple of hours later pretty much pain free. I really appreciate Abigail shifting appointments around and sorting out such an intense problem in an hour. Highly recommend.

Had a much needed luxury manicure with Avril today. Avril is lovely and makes you feel calm and relaxed. I’d highly recommend her. My only criticism was being party to what appeared to be Avril getting “a telling off” by a more senior staff member in my presence. That was uncomfortable and unprofessional. Also at the end of my treatment I felt I was rushed out not by Avril but possibly the “owner / manager” who had just arrived? Maybe they had a meeting or it was their lunchtime and my session had overrun but it would have been much better customer service to have explained that to me.

This was a special treat from my daughters. I had the Deep Tissue Massage for an hour. It was a great experience - my neck and shoulder felt a lot better afterwards and I felt relaxed. Many thanks for a lovely massage.

Abigail was brilliant, explained every step of the treatment, offering advice and information on the products and procedure. The treatment itself was blissful. I floated home :)

One of the best facials I have had... Beautifully relaxing treatment room with warm bed, calming music and lighting. Abi was very knowledgable and an excellent therapist. Very hands on and relaxing. Definitely coming back.

This was my first visit and I definitely recommend it! The room was very cozy, I really liked the calming music in the background and the massage during facial was incredible also very nice scent around the place. I could not feel my rest of my body at all that’s how relaxed I was! Emma was very professional and explained every step she was going to do. I only missed a good lightning during extraction because the lights were quite dimmed for the relaxing effect .However I must rate it Excellent as I left with a very nice, soft and glowy skin and clear mind.
