Haven’t been here for a while and was pleasantly surprised at the internal renovations. It is now a place for the whole family to enjoy. With plenty of things to entertain everyone. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Need to book in advance during school breaks because the lanes can get all booked up quickly.

Usually a nice spot but 1) though the closing time is at 11pm, at 9:45pm they won’t let you start bowling. This isn’t made clear anywhere 2) those on the tills are unwilling to give you change for notes to play the arcade games though there is no machine to give you coins. Seems like a new policy as they use to be willing to give change. 3) an hour before closing they are closing up everything, cleaning and turning off machines. I’m not sure if this stuff is now a policy for staff or staff members are doing this off their own backs but it doesn’t make it pleasant to go there

Booked a bowling birthday party for my little one. Really great fun, staff were lovely and super helpful. Special shout out to Emus and Jordan! Pizza and fruity slushys were included and tasted great. Great atmosphere too.

I really loved this place! It's our local bowling alley, I remember coming here as a child and when I heard this place had been refurbished I thought why not take the kids and see! Friendly staff and looks clean overall which is important to us. Lots of arcade games and I absolutely truly appreciate the fact that all of these machines accepted cash only! keep it like this please. Not everything has to be digital and by card! Bring your notes and go to the change machine, give the coins to your children and let them experience it all just like we did, it's fun for them and we need to keep it circulating! Tickets in some machines and you can choose a prize at the end! A Couple of machines not working like Minecraft, however my son did not pay much attention to that thankfully. We ordered pizza and chips for the children and we played a game of bowling. Nice music, and great atmosphere. Manager on shift yesterday was a lovely lady and very kind to my children. Thanks again I will 100% come back here to my local bowling alley with cash arcade machines! X

It is a super fun arcade very much pocket friendly not too crowded. Will recommend to do a booking for bowling if interested but overall a really nice fun place

Loved it. Lots of fun and staff were really helpful and attentive. Shout out to the manager - she really knows how to talk to kids. Can’t recommend enough.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Very easy to book and find a deal online. Which was also available at the venue when we bought more games. Sophie (Who I assume is the GM) was very friendly and helpful when we had an issue with the lane lights. More than accommodating. My son ordered food which was delivered to the lane by the supervisor, who was also very polite and friendly. The venue was clean, great back ground music and we were warm enough. We will be back soon (despite me losing). Thank you all, a great few hours out!

Just wanted to leave a good review after some really wonderful customer service today. We experienced a few technical issues with our lane which were rectified quickly by friendly staff, given that it was so busy! What I really appreciated was that we were given a free game at a later date to make up for it, completely off their own backs. Great customer service!

We had a great time playing bowling, pool and other games. Staff really friendly, helpful and attentive. Will come back again

Had a pleasant evening here with the Mrs and kids. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They even offered us a free game due to our lane malfunctioning on us a few times. The place really has stepped up as in the past we would always go to Surrey quays but I feel that I no longer need to make that additional journey and can enjoy bowling here in lewisham :)

We had our 8 yo birthday party there and it was great. All the kids loved it, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely recommend hosting a kids party there.

Went for New Years Eve. Had a great time. Dj was good played a selection of music. The staff made sure everyone had a glass of bubbly for the countdown and that kids had a soft drink. Unlimited bowling and free pizza had a really good night. Will definitely be booking for New year 2024.

Thank you to the man working on 6.1.23 at 5pm who helped my daughter and her friends with setting up & throughout the games. Wish I could thank you personally, my 14 year daughter really enjoyed her birthday 😀👍

Post Covid: We had a great time here, the lanes and seating areas were clean and tidy, they have some fun arcade games (wish they had a pinball table) the pints were well priced at £4/4.50. The only issue and it's not a big one, is that if lots of people are booking in to play, the wait for drinks takes longer.

A perfect bowling place to visit. Friendly staff, looking lovely after refurbishment, great lights and live dj music on a Saturday night (great songs throughout). A nice bar.

Never realised this was here but its great fun! Went on a Sunday and had a game of bowling as well as played some arcade games. Not a full arcade but decent amount of games and the fooseball is free! Bar and food options too

Really lovely now it's been done up! Good lanes, drinks choices, great little arcade with pool, free foozball and a variety of the usual games. Really great cheesy chips too.

I came here with my daughter a couple of weeks ago. The place looks amazing cannot believe the change. It has such a fun vibe, staff are really welcoming. Cant wait to come for one of the DJ and lights evenings. Great prices and right on my doorstep. Really easy to make booking online although you do still need to queue when you get there, perhaps there could be a seperate check in if you have already booked and payed online.

Went along tonight with my children and had a really nice time, The place looks lovely since the revamp and The staff went above and beyond to make our trip with the kids a pleasant one, We ordered food and on arrivial with our food they brought us out a complimentary pizza because they were slow with our order ( I honestly didn’t think they were slow at all we probably waited all of 10/15 minutes for our food in which time we were busy playing our game) I needed some hot water for my babies bottle and whilst waiting my little girl was getting a bit bored and the lovely lady who I believe is the manager gave her a light up toy to keep her entertained. Honestly cannot fault the staff at all nothing seemed to much trouble for them at all.

Nice place it is a bit old so there's that but has a load of lanes and a few arcade games there are some loud children some times but go at the right time and it is perfect!

Fantastic value for money. They've done the place up recently and it looks fab. Great arcade too. This is my regular place to bowl.

Absolutely amazing first visit! Had an amazing time, staff friendly and helpful, can't wait to return! Great menu as well, sadly they were deep cleaning kitchens but very excited to try next time especially with the gluten free options - never seen so much choice for my girlfriend! Thanks so much.

A bit pricey, but that's okay for bowling. Music was on spot and didn't disappoint, big thanks to that DJ ❤️ we had really great vibes and the atmosphere is really nice, decorations and place looks good and clean, arcade was amazing as well! Cheap and fun activity after a bowling match, there are also billiard to play, such a good night! Definitely will come back with friends!

Although we all had a good time, it was a very odd experience! We booked the Christmas deal which seemed good value however we weren't booked on till way after our check-in time & then was abruptly ended (half way through second game) by staff saying we'd gone over our time (can't see how we could have finished 2 games & our pizzas in the alotted time). Also, us adults had completely random names (couldn't be bothered to go back to staff 'again' with issue, lanes kept stopping, random people sat in our lane - just because & not enough staff to help deal with stoppages. Finally, a very strange wonderful new revamp however the very old outdated technology remained!

Such a shame that the company have decided to abandon their Special Needs quiet time session, Sundays 10am, in favour of weekend parties for the regular children. 1 hour given out of the 85.5 hours a week the alley is open and now it’s been taken away. #DoBetter

Nice vibe. Easy to get to. GF pizza but it tasted like cardboard (which is a common theme). However I haven't been bowling in a while and I really enjoyed it. The staff were nice as well. Overall a good experience 👍🏽

Went here on a Saturday between 12pm - 1 pm and we enjoyed ourselves. The place was not crowded and the ambience is great. The price per game is rather steep.

Went Sunday morning last weekend, tables so dirty and discarded drink container presumably from last night. Considering we are in the middle of a pandemic and a fortune was spent on refit of place very poor. Some of the staff are so lazy and clearly do not want to work at all.

I visited here yesterday for my daughters birthday (she’s 4) and we all had a good time. The staff was friendly and helpful, there was a good selection of arcade games to play after we had finished bowling. The individual toilets (sinks included)were a good idea. My kids had a really good time. We didn’t have to wait long when we arrived. The venue was clean, and the location is really good. I would definitely visit again.

It's been upgraded since I used to visit in my college days. If you enjoy bowling and want to stay local then check out Lewisham Lanes, 🎳 they have a few decent arcade games and sell slushies/fast food. 🌭🍟🍔 The actual lanes are pretty standard, you can have the barriers up - or not, there is a wide variety of balls and you get to wear your own shoes (within reason) while you're bowling. 👟🥾 Prices for bowling are very reasonable considering the current economy, get here while you can still afford luxuries like leisure outings. *Sigh* - try to keep warm this winter folks ❄

Oh boy, do you ever have to fight to get served to get onto your lane. Perhaps it was a particularly busy spell, but it was hard to know how to respond to the bloke wearing the "manager" top telling me that he couldn't help me because he hadn't served before. "Oh right, so I'll just wait here for another 10 minutes for the lady that did serve me, and took our names, to just reappear at the front desk?" Great system team!

We went with three adults and three children. When we started bowling, the side barriers were up. Great for the kids as the ball cannot go down the side. However, adults would like it if the side barriers were down. Asking a worker there, she said that we could not lower the side barriers as we could choose up or down. This cannot be changed per bowler. For serious bowlers, avoid. For kids, it's great.

4 star cause they've renovated the place. Had a booking were over 30mins late due to traffic but they were kind enough to get me onto a next lane. Cleanliness could be better! Always packed with lots of kids though due to location...Lewisham. On our visit, there was a dj ij there from I believ 6 or 7pm and that was great, it added to the fun as he was playing good tunes!!
