Dea is a fantastic hairdresser. She took time to go over the options for my hair type and explain what she was going to do. She listened to me and gave me advice. There was no rush, the place was quiet and peaceful. Not like some salons that are so hectic and noisy. And I got a lovely haircut! I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. Thanks Dea!

They need to understand it is their job to deal with hair & not rant & rave about greys or poor condition or colour. My daughter had a similar experience with roots / blonde highlights - she was spoken too like a naughty child (32). People go to sort their hair out by a professional .. not listen to verbal ranting on how hard their job is. Get with the program - you are being paid money to do your craft. No class when it comes to customer service.

I go to Dea at Daiva's Blackheath for every cut and would not go to anybody else! She really makes my curly gray hair look beautiful. Also, every cut grows out perfectly, looking stylish and attractive from the day it's cut until right before the next cut, after it has grown a lot. And as well as a perfect cut, I get a wonderful feeling shampoo and a very friendly experience. I highly recommend Dea at Daivas for any haircut or hair treatments (I've seen how good her other customers end up looking too). I look forward to going to my appointment with Dea. Thank you Dea!

unprofessional, excessively bleached my hair to the point it has since started breaking off and completely disregarded my daughters hair colour request, colouring over the highlights she was trying to maintain. The stylists all seem to fight amongst themselves too.Save your money and hair - find another salon

I would have like to award this salon a 5 star, however the owner’s rudeness has made me to decide otherwise. She is disrespectful & lack of manners. Despite paying an extortionate amount of money, the only satisfaction I receive is my hairstylist Dea. Dea is a very professional hairdresser with whom I have established a friendly relationship. She is patient, polite and does an amazing job. I have no doubts she will one day have a own Salon. A thank you from the owner would have been nice. It makes me sad thinking that I perhaps might search for alternative hairdresser. As Dea is so good. I would rather like giving my own money to her rather Daiva.

Csilla is amazing. I came in a couple of months ago as I was recommended Daiva’s from a friend. I had really bad dark roots and overly bleached blonde hair that was extremely dry and in very bad way to the extent it was falling out. Csilla was so kind and friendly - she took her time to discuss the best way to fix my hair whilst also treating the damaged and dry hair. My hair looks and feel so much healthier and more of a natural blonde, allowing me to have 3-4 months growth before needing to get it done again. Before I was getting it done every 6 weeks. Would recommend this place 100% !!

I've been going regularly to Daiva's for over a yr now. Got to say I love how Mimoza has given a new life to my hair. The girls are great at hair and they deliver each time. I wish they were a little more transparent with pricing / deals but overall I will continue to go there. :) Shiv

Nahida made me feel very comfortable and relaxed and although I only had my eyebrows threaded I felt like I’d had a whole wonderful spa experience. My eyebrows were beautifully shaped, threaded and treated with care and it feels like I’ve had a whole makeover! The salon was beautiful and welcoming and the treatment professionally conducted. Thank you for your kindness and I will definitely be returning.

I’ve never written a review before, but this place is just fantastic! Dea has given me one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had! I was a bit nervous at first about some of her suggestions as I’d never been there before and her ideas were very different to what I’ve had before, but omg the results are so good! And the colour that she did was brilliant too! Plus she’s lovely! I’ve been to Daniel Galvin many times, but this is way better, way more affordable and local. Result! Cannot recommend Dea highly enough.

I had an awesome experience. I booked a slot without knowing anybody there but Csilla was amazing, she asked me how I usually wear my hair, my care routine and what I wanted in length and then she gave me some recommendations of layers and style and I absolutely love the final result. Will definitely go back and recommend it.

I am so glad I found this place, it is local to where I live and the staff is amazing. From the fist appointment they made me feel welcome and at ease. I do my hairs with D, she is super friendly yet very professional and clearly very passionate about her job and since I trusted her advice my hair has never looked better. Bhumi is also super nice, she does my nails, waxing and she is really good with threading. By far the best threading I ever received because I don't feel any pain and don't get any cuts or injuries during the treatment. Also my skin is very sensitive so often i had problems after waxing as I come up with rashes because of harsh products used by the therapists. Bhumi clearly only uses good quality products because I haven't had any problem with her treatments. I definitely recommend this salon to anyone and I will continue to visit because the service is great and I really enjoy the whole experience, Thank you so much ladies!

Fabulous experience. Dea listened to my ideas and we have started a journey together to create my dream hair! My hair being heavily bleached and coloured already. I left with the perfect cut, toner and blow dry to make me feel good and have booked my next appointment already. I don't usually feel confident at salons but now I'm excited to return. Angela is the best hair stylist I’ve ever had. She knows exactly what colour and cut suits me best. I get so many compliments on my hairstyle and it’s even really easy for me to style in between cuts. Not only is Angela extremely talented but she’s welcoming, friendly and has a lovely personality too.

Angela always cuts my hair very well: I keep coming back. She gives a great head massage when washing my hair. She makes going to the hairdresser a treat. She is also accommodating when I have asked if I can use my own hair gel to style my hair. She is a great hairdresser.

Daiva's Blackheath is a place always pleasure to visit! You feel welcome and well treated. Atmosphere is relaxing and friendly. You know that end result will be excellent! I have been looking for a hairdresser whom I trust for many years. Although I moved out of the area I still go to Daiva's as its the only place I trust. I always receive a 5* service! I got a cut and blow dry + treatment yesterday from Dea and she was great. It's hands down the best cut I have ever had and I have tried multiple salons in London. When I said I just wanted a trim, it really was just the ends that were cut and the layers added in blend together beautifully. My hair feels healthy, shiny and looks great. Highly recommend it and I have just become a regular customer. Absolutely wonderful little studio in the heart of Blackheath.

I can’t recommend this place enough. I have been here twice and luckily been able to get my cuts with Daiva who is thoroughly professional. Have loved the styling. This time The colour and styling were simply amazing.
