Unhelpful and don't have a clue about anything they sell if I am honest. They don't care about the animals I have been in there and animals have no food and water the animals are dirty with little food. And they think they know stuff about animals nope better getting a book or going to the vets. Standing around waiting for someone to help or to ask someone something no one around. Horrible queues at certain times of the day with only one member of staff manning till. Where are the staff.

I went to the catford branch today which was a fair size, the staff were very helpful, I found this place to be well stocked but unfortunately they never had what I went there for.

My partner brought our kitten for his first appointment, and even left work early to make sure they were on time, but due to traffic she was 8 minutes late. She was told they were too late to have their appointment, even though the vet was sitting there talking to a previous patient and wasn’t ready for them anyway. They made her pay £30 to change the appointment, which meant in total we paid £60 just for the initial appointment. The staff was really dismissive and unhelpful, waste of time and money.

I come here constantly and there is seldom lots of stock on cat food. Dry food is a joke, 3 times this week, still nothing. Wet food is always running out, Cats are fussy and will only eat certain foods. I will have to start going elsewhere, it’s beyond a joke!!!!

Previously 5 stars but now I would give a 0 star if I could. Gone awfully downhill. Vets4pets in here is the worst thing ever. All overpriced. Mediocre stock of which you can get for better deals elsewhere. They are also weird about cancelling orders. Rude staff. Rude management. Unorganised company. Admin team are all over the place. Charged for things I did not agree to. Took funds without authorisation. Overall, it is a terrible experience. Avoid. Go to Burnt Ash Vets or Medivets in Beckenham instead, and order your pets toys and food online elsewhere. I have also contacted twice about my complaints and nobody has got back to me. Very unprofessional company.

There is a rat and he looks absolutely awesome, pro cutie champion. Pets at home deserves recognition for the rat only. I hope to see him next week.

We have got good help whilst buying our Syrian Hamster, the gentleman (shop clerk) was lovely and gave us the right attention and tips on how to care for the new addition!

Very clean, both the store and animal cages. They had many different types of rodents, the rats being particularly cute. Also surprised to see they had a gerbil as I don't see those often at pet stores. All the animals seemed very sleepy.

My visits here are always fun. Just sharing with shop with the numerous dogs that attend with their owners is fun. 😀 they always have what I need and the prices are comparable to online. The only reason 4 rather than 5 stars is due to the unnecessary queue. All they needed to do was have another member of staff hop on the till.

I love this place. All the staff there are really friendly and helpful. The one thing I’d like to see is more toys for rabbits.

From my personal experience the staff here have a poor attitude. The click and collect system is awful - two members of staff just standing at the till chatting away but they have to ring the bell and then wait for another member of staff to slowly wander over 10 minutes later to ask for your details and then go and retrieve the order. Surely there’s a more efficient way! To be fair, Pets at Home offer another option, to fill out a lengthy form when you arrive at the car park and someone will bring your order to the car. However, one can only imagine how long that would take.

The place has a good range of products for your animal needs. The staff are mostly well mannered. The problems with this shop is that they are not good a getting extra staff on the checkouts when it gets busy. As a result, queing and paying for stuff can be a long and tedious process. Better management and increase in the urgency of staff members is required.

It’s a pet store. Got a few bits in there, got what I needed for my pets so not to bad, although they no longer seem to stock certain items since COVID.

Good range of products for a wide range of pets. Usually well stocked and fairly priced for the high street. Plenty of parking which is handy. Complete with Vets4Pets and Groom Room. Helpful staff.

The staff were very helpful and assisted me to find suitable dog food for my pooch. The lovely person at the till informed me about the 10% discount for the VIP app. And even held my stuff back whilst I downloaded the app. The first time I have ever been in this shop and what a pleasant experience.

Went in to get some bits for our new kitten, staff where very helpful giving useful information and not just trying to sell you the most expensive items, highly recommended.

Nice store with vet upstairs. Friendly staff. Fully stocked and clean but doesn't always have "jn store" items listed online where other stores do.

The staff was very friendly as she advised me to sign up for the membership to receive a 20% discount. The bill was finally reduced by £26!

I love this store! The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. There is always a good selection on the shelves (su kept to deliveries which are out of their control). I love that I can buy online and either pick it up or have it delivered for a reasonable price

Great place for all your pet needs. Parking is easy, bus route goes nearby and there are all manner of other stores nearby; Aldi, PC World, B&Q, Sainsbury’s, etc. The staff there have been nothing but friendly and nice. They allow you to bring pets in, which is fun. My dog loves to sniff around in the dog food aisle! It could be quite useful if your dog is picky about what they eat because they can inspect it before you buy! Click and Collect is also a very simple and streamlined process. Best of all, it isn’t usually very crowded, and at the busiest of times the queue is only a few minutes waiting.

We needed some bits and advice for our new kitten and the staff at the store couldn’t of been more helpful. Will definitely be returning :)

The staff here were super friendly, especially Chloe (working this evening, Fri 12th Aug). Whilst we were at the cashpoint she got us to download the VIP app so that we could save on our shop, and we ended up saving £36!! She was super friendly and helpful and seemed happy to take her time to help us. Not a lot of people like Chloe! Would 100% return, just for Chloe’s service!

Animal pens for rabbits etc kept clean and plenty of toys, harnesses, food, beds and accessories to choose from for a large number of pets. Also has a vet and grooming cebtre upstairs in case you need your little one looked at.

This is the best place if you have pets obviously. I'm a regular and happy customer, the staff are friendly and helpful, last time I been there coz my dog had an infection on her eye, the lady who helped me she recommended 2 great products as well she recommended to visited the vet that is upstairs so I had a full service, the vet guided me about the medicine I have to put to my dog so I can say in this place are doing an excellent job. The other thing I would like to mention, this shop is perfect for families and I you want to bring your pet you should go. I can say this is the best pet shop in the area. I'm a happy customer and every time when I'm going with my doggies ( Daisy & Santiago ) both they have a lovely services, the staff give treats to my doggies, so I can say my pets and I are happy in this shop 😊 🐕🐶

I would give it 5 stars because it is a nice store but the customer service is so bad that I put 1 instead! I sent an email regarding my kitten vaccination, with all my details (stating that I was a new customer) they answered back saying their next available date was the 8th of September and also that I needed to call the number to proceed with the appointment. I called them and the lady told me they didn’t have that date but another one even further so I told her it was fine, when she asked my details, she said I wasn’t registered and also told me that I needed to call someone else to do it (I registered online) so I told her and she insisted that I wasn’t on the system and that there were not availability for new customers. Then I asked if she could tell me the number I needed to call to register and she said she didn’t know it and told me to look online??? It was obvious that she wasn’t on the mood to help a new customer and had an attitude that left me spechless! If you have a receptionist make sure she doesn’t scare new customers away! Never going there again! And avoid if you need a vet! There are many more vets in the area ready to help with your enquiries. It is such a shame for such a nice store. I think the name of this rude receptionist is REBECCA SAVILL.

👍👍 Lovely garden centre, everything you need and lovely gift shop. Had lunch here with family and friends, food and service were good. Some items were missing and we had to ask for them. When booking we asked for a round table with the cushioned chairs but it wasn't reserved for us, which was a bit...
