Update:
I
went
back
to
the
store
to
pick
up
my
plant
and
they
apologised
with
delivery
fee
refunded.

This
is
by
far
the
worst
shopping
experience
(in
many
years)
I
have
ever
had
-
irresponsible,
not
responsive
and
still
haven't
see
my
plant
after
chasing
for
4
days.
I
do
not
understand
why
there
are
so
many
good
reviews
on
this
website.
On
Saturday,
I
purchased
an
olive
tree
with
home
delivery
(£80
for
tree,
£20
delivery
fee).
The
guy
working
there
(clearly
not
the
owner)
told
me
it
would
be
same
day
delivery.
I
went
back
home
and
waited.
Nothing
was
delivered.
On
Sunday
morning,
I
phoned
the
guy.
The
guy
got
back
saying
everything
had
delivered
but
later
apologising
he
COMPLETELY
FORGOT
MY
DELIVERY.
He
then
**promised
to
give
me
delivery
update
by
2pm
and
deliver
same
day
by
3:30pm**.
I
dropped
the
guy
a
message
asking
if
things
were
as
planned
at
2pm
when
I
received
NO
UPDATES
(as
promised
earlier
in
the
call).
I
did
not
get
any
response
back.
At
4:40pm,
I
phoned
again.
He
apologised
again
saying
the
driver
could
not
deliver
my
item
by
5pm
as
he
was
doing
another
job
very
far
away.
He
then
**promised
to
deliver
by
5pm
on
Monday**.
On
Monday
afternoon
(around
4:30pm),
I
called
again
as
I
received
no
updates
and
no
delivery.
The
guy
apologise
saying
the
driver
has
a
dermatology
appointment
so
cannot
deliver
today.
He
**promised
to
deliver
next
day
between
9-12am**.
On
Tuesday
(today),
I
still
haven't
got
my
delivery.
The
guy
shut
down
his
phone
and
I
have
been
waiting
for
4
days
with
very
extensive
chasing
via
phone
and
messages.
I
CANNOT
THINK
OF
ANY
SHOPPING
EXPERIENCE
that
is
WORSE
THAN
THIS.
All
I
ask
for
is:
1.
tell
me
when
I
would
expect
my
delivery
2.
deliver
on
time
as
promised
I
understand
things
can
go
not
as
planned
some
times
but
at
least
drop
me
an
update
if
delivery
is
not
happening
so
I
do
not
need
to
waste
time
waiting
at
home
for
FOUR
DAYS.
Also,
please
do
not
make
PROMISES
and
later
not
following
what
has
been
promised.
Again,
very
disappointed
experience.
I
would
love
to
support
local
businesses
but
this
one
really
turned
me
down
for
its
poor
services.
For
the
owner
(I
assume
is
Alan),
if
you
see
this,
please
deliver
my
plant
or
give
me
a
refund.
