My
recent
visit
to
Muskaan
turned
out
to
be
an
incredibly
disappointing
and
frustrating
experience,
largely
due
to
the
rude
and
unprofessional
behavior
displayed
by
the
salon
staff.
I
was
shocked
and
appalled
by
the
lack
of
courtesy
and
respect
I
encountered
during
my
time
there.
From
the
moment
I
stepped
into
the
salon,
I
was
met
with
an
unwelcoming
attitude
from
the
staff.
The
receptionist
seemed
disinterested
in
assisting
me
and
barely
acknowledged
my
presence.
It
was
clear
that
they
lacked
basic
customer
service
skills
and
had
no
interest
in
ensuring
a
positive
experience
for
their
clients.
Throughout
my
visit,
the
staff
members
continued
to
demonstrate
a
complete
disregard
for
professionalism.
They
engaged
in
conversations
among
themselves,
seemingly
oblivious
to
the
fact
that
they
were
in
a
customer
service
environment.
This
created
a
noisy
and
chaotic
atmosphere,
making
it
impossible
to
relax
and
enjoy
the
services
I
had
come
for.
Furthermore,
when
I
attempted
to
communicate
my
preferences
and
concerns
to
the
therapist,
I
was
met
with
dismissive
and
condescending
responses.
They
exhibited
a
lack
of
patience
and
seemed
annoyed
by
my
inquiries.
Instead
of
addressing
my
questions
or
providing
guidance,
they
rushed
through
the
process,
leaving
me
feeling
unheard
and
undervalued
as
a
customer.
The
most
disheartening
aspect
of
the
experience
was
the
outright
rudeness
displayed
by
one
of
the
therapist.
They
made
snide
remarks
and
displayed
a
disrespectful
attitude
throughout
my
appointment.
It
was
clear
that
they
had
no
regard
for
providing
a
pleasant
and
professional
environment
for
their
clients.
Their
behavior
was
completely
unacceptable
and
tarnished
the
entire
salon's
reputation
in
my
eyes.
Furthermore,
the
hygiene
standards
at
muskaan
were
shockingly
poor.
The
equipment
used
during
my
treatment
appeared
unclean
and
unsanitary.
I
found
this
extremely
concerning,
as
proper
hygiene
is
crucial
in
a
salon
environment
to
ensure
the
safety
and
well-being
of
customers.
To
make
matters
worse,
the
pricing
at
muskaan
was
exorbitant
considering
the
quality
of
service
provided.
I
expected
to
receive
value
for
my
money,
but
instead,
I
received
substandard
service
that
did
not
meet
even
the
most
basic
expectations.
The
lack
of
professionalism,
poor
ambiance,
unskilled
staff,
and
subpar
hygiene
practices
left
me
feeling
extremely
dissatisfied.
I
strongly
advise
anyone
considering
a
visit
to
this
salon
to
reconsider
their
decision.
There
are
numerous
other
establishments
in
the
area
that
prioritize
customer
satisfaction
and
offer
a
superior
salon
experience.
There’s
another
salon
in
Hither
Green
called
Body
Silk
Clinic
for
ladies
who
are
interested
for
better
and
respectable
service,
and
for
ladies
who
are
new
please
don’t
go
to
Muskaan.
In
conclusion,
the
staff
at
muskaan
exhibited
a
shocking
level
of
rudeness
and
unprofessionalism,
making
my
visit
an
extremely
unpleasant
one.
The
lack
of
courtesy,
dismissive
attitudes,
and
condescending
behavior
demonstrated
by
the
staff
members
were
completely
unacceptable.
As
a
paying
customer,
I
expected
to
be
treated
with
respect
and
dignity,
which
was
clearly
lacking
in
this
establishment.
I
would
strongly
advise
potential
customers
to
seek
services
elsewhere,
as
there
are
plenty
of
salons
that
prioritise
customer
satisfaction
and
employ
staff
who
understand
the
importance
of
professionalism
and
basic
manners.
I
would
give
zero
stars
if
I
could.
I
was
left
with
horrible
cluster
lashes
with
gaps,
thin
and
wonky
eyebrows
with
nails
that
chipped
a
day
later.
