Had booked for a group of 4 ladies (all over 30) to celebrate a friends hen party. We had no plan to celebrate the party at the accommodation, we had booked Buddha bar for dinner and be at one bar for the evening out. The accommodation was purely to get ready and then to have somewhere to stay following the night out. On arrival to check in was guided to call a number. The male at the end of the phone was very abrupt and passive aggressive to any query we had. Eventually he said “do not come to the property and watch if you do”. His behaviour was very shocking, scary, unprofessional and unhelpful. I have never experienced anything like this, locally or abroad. Being 20 weeks pregnant myself and being a group of ladies, we did not respond well to this threat this subsequently we did not arrive to the property thus lost £300 we had paid. In addition, we had to arrange alternative accommodation at a local hotel which resulted in additional cost. Moreover, ultimately ruined the hen party. Very disappointed. Could only advise to stay away and book somewhere else !!!

It is a scam!!! Charged £750 deposit on the first day. No deposit no check-in! On the last day, they deducted £80 from the deposit for cleaning fee while we cleaned up everythinng before we left. Really rude and poor service, always did not receive phone call and reply messages, no reception and you have to stand outside until they receive the phone call! Big scam!

They charge a £750 deposit without warning on their advertisement, despite offering cheap accommodation in one of London’s deprived areas therefore making their accommodation cost more than a 5* hotel in an affluent area. Refused to refund so essentially just stole my money and left me with nowhere to stay.

Do NOT stay. This has been an absolutely horrendous experience, far from professional, and it's clear that our sentiments are echoed in the reviews. My partner and I were subjected to deplorable treatment by the property host, leaving us without a place to stay until the early hours of the morning when I finally secured another hotel. I am fully committed to taking every possible action to ensure that this property is no longer allowed to operate and that its business is shut down. Which caused me and my 2 foreign mates to basically be out on the streets of an area we were completely unaware of. After calling customer service a few times to figure it out what was going on. I was getting just put on hold until I got screamed and threatened that I’ll be simply blocked. Which did happen ! Now nearly 2 months and I still can’t get my refund for the property I paid for and didn’t get to stay in…. ONCE AGAIN DO NOT EVER BOOK ACCOMMODATIONS WITH THESE SCAMMERS !!!

Around 11pm on the day you were supposed to be in the apartment, they reply: saying that only UK credit cards are accepted. If you have a UK card you lose one day. If you don't have a UK card they offer you a cancellation, they lie and say it's refundable. IT IS NOT REFUNDABLE ! So I lost 650£ !

I booked the apartment for 2 nights, months in advance. A week before the booking, I was asked to supply passports of all guests. I was staying two nights, and my friend (who is 22) was supposed to arrive on the 2nd night. The owners received the passports and emailed me and told me no further information is required and they will be in touch. When my plane landed in London I received an email saying I have broken policy and will not receive a refund. I asked for clarification and they replied that all guests must be over 25. I said there was nothing in the description that mentioned this and to please inform me where it said this. I received no explanation. I then asked if I could stay there alone and my friend (who was supposed to arrive the following day) can find somewhere else to stay. They did not reply. I tried to phone the number listed and it did not work. I then received a message from the website I booked the apartment through, who said they had been informed that I was a no show, and because of their no-show policy, I would not receive a refund. I then explained that I had every intention of showing up, but was told not to. Never got my money back. Very upsetting.

Brand new comfortable apartments, located on main road close to bus, tube, bike hire and shops/restaurants, about 4 miles from central London. Good security, well equipped, including dishwasher and washer/drier. Located on lively, rather noisy main road, but good double glazing!

This place is a SCAM we paid upfront we turned up and they asked for a further £750 deposit which we were not told about, we had to go back home which was a 3 hour journey very poor service will be reporting to trading standards!

This place should increase transparency. To be clear: you have to do a deposit via Credit Card (German one worked, money is not captured, just reserverd), you have to be 25, Check In process forsees submission of ID/Passport and deposit (everything went smooth) I booked on short notice, and the prize was good for London. No reception, getting in was okay. After the remote Check In (3 steps, by the way everything via E-Mail which I preferred, especially to re-read how to get in the house and the keys) you can get in whenever you want. The appartement was clean and big enough. Tiny things like missing lamps (only bulbs on the ceiling), no answer to one of my mails lead to a star reduction. The surrounding area is not the best, but okay (I was not in fear walking there at night). Tube is about 10min walk. WiFi worked for me good, streaming worked. I got the invoice in the manner I asked for (reimbursement reasons). All in all: it is a rather low price place, I got what I expected, and would book again.

Never pay deposit, you will never get it back. For your safety and security never book to stay at this apartment.

We recently stayed here for 1 week. The apartment was very clean and modern. The location is great with the bus stop number 15 right outside that allowed for convient transportation to many attractions in the city center. There is a sainsbury express a few doors down for all of your grocery needs. We had no problems with communication with the staff. The residents/business of this area are very friendly and helpful with directions. Would definitely stay here again.

Really close to Shadwell dlr and great links to Bank tube station so a great location to get about the city. Apartment was clean and well furnished. There was a lack of cutlery and crockery but the beds were very comfortable. Very easy access to the apartment and felt safe and secure. There were some finishing touches that could have made it better such as lamp shades and the taps spilled water on the floor if you turn the taps on full The neighbourhood is busy and there are lots of nice food places nearby and plenty of convenience shops immediately close to the apartment. The 10am check out is a bit of a shame but not the end of the world. Would be nicer to have a bit more time. The hosts are responsive and probably best described as direct. Overall a good stay for a London getaway weekend Would definitely book again

We arrived to a room that had been lived in. I was terrified the tenants were going to come in. When I called the emergency line, they were so bothered by my concerns. This was an incredible scam. Terrifying, unsafe, & unprofessional.
