    Have been here once but hopefully I will not see them again. Epecially Mr Ahmed Kiyimba. He should learn how to treat a patient. His helper was much better than him at least she was kind and respectful.

    One of the worst organisations to work for, Mcdonalds treat their staff a thousand times better. Poor management Poor leadership skills Disgraceful lack of appreciation for the staff who constantly have to deal with their mistakes. I would not recommend working here for anyone.

    Showed up on time for appointment in windowless / overheated room - sat for 30 minutes - no one came out in that time. Wasn't seen. Departed without seeing anyone. Poor service. Will definitely avoid.

    Have an appointment today at 3pm, but I tested positive for COVID yesterday so can't attend. I've been trying to get through to their appointments line all morning to inform them. I have had several callbacks where no-one speaks on the other end of the line (to both my mobile and my wife's) I have held on their line for 45mins without answer. Really shocking service.

    My wife has been given an appointment we can't make. I've been trying to call to change it numerous times. They give you the option of getting a ring back, which I tried. My phone literally rang once, I answered immediately, but they hang up. This happened twice. Next I decided to wait, but after giving the option the line just disconnected. This service is useless. We can't make the appointment or cancel it. Guess who they'll blame.

    They always make mistakes in appointments. I have now been booked 3 appointments. Either the date mentioned was wrong, hospital had no record of appointment despite having a paper with the details of appointment or the doctor was changed without notice. Don’t book with or through this company. Change hospital/book elsewhere. Beware when you see their name.

    My referral was discharged and no reason given. How is possible to discharge a patient without even knowing what is the situation. Unbelievable...def this will be repoet to NHS!!!

    Referred in May 2022. Received call about referral in September 2023. Website says patients seen in less than 4 to 6 weeks. Not in my case.
