I initially found the clinic online and was looking for a cure for my trapped ulnar nerve, worried that it was so severe that nothing would ever work. However, I found Rob to be extremely helpful, immediately able to diagnose where the nerve was trapped through our Zoom meeting, and able to recommend exercises which very rapidly began to have a positive impact. Over the course of the coming weeks, Rob and his colleagues provided me with all the exercises I needed to both untrap the nerve and strengthen surrounding muscles- with a brilliant set of personalised exercises saved on an app that I could access at any time. Today was my last session - and what I thought would never fix is now completely cured. So professional, friendly and accessible - cannot recommend highly enough. Fantastic value for money too - really felt looked after. So impressed that I have sent my daughter here too - thank you so much for giving me back my hand and wrist, Rob and team!!

Rob and the full team at Spectrum are brilliant. I went to see them after struggling with tendonitis for over a year with no improvement despite NHS physio. I saw Rob Foyster for some knee pain a few days out from running a marathon and it was the best decision I made! His treatment on the day and the rehab exercises he gave me ensured I was ready for the big run. So much care goes into his work - I felt like I was in very safe hands with Rob & his team (who also provided exceptional service) and the results really showed. Couldn't recommend Rob & the Spectrum physio team more - if you're looking for a physio in London (especially if you're a runner), book in with Rob! It's always difficult to find a good physio and Rob is one of the best. His professionalism and multiple prong approach to to injury rehabilitation delivers excellent results. In addition, he uniquely engages and follows through with your surgeon/sports doctor in an extremely efficient way to help getting to the core of the problem and sorting you out. There was a point where I thought my foot would never recover from my running injury. Rob's team are amazing, their rehabilitation and physio journey was faultless. I felt in very safe hands, they understood my injury and have got me back into the gym after a few months.

I HIGHLY recommend Spectrum physio ! These guys have been AMAZING and helped me so much. I got a disc hernia (L4-L5) that required emergency spine surgery. Ant has been my physio from day 1 and what a physio he is!! From pre-surgery to post-surgery, Ant has been a huge support as I was very anxious about the surgery and the recovery process. 6 months after my spine surgery, I am pain free :D and can move with confidence again. My life is back to normal and it wouldn't have been possible without Ant and his colleagues! Friendly and kind team, they are always in a good mood. You'll feel at home with them. I went there walking with a cane because of a L4/L5 disk bulge. I was looking for someone trained in McKenzie method and found Anthony. I was able to see improvements as soon as I started the physio sessions and even if it took months to recover, now I'm back at running, cycling and climbing. And all this without other more invasive treatments. From the bottom of my heart, thank you Ant & team.

Fantastic team of dedicated and highly qualified Physios! I have been seeing Ant and the rest of the team for 18 months. During this period he treated multiple injuries and post-op/accident rehabilitations including damaged sternum, toe, patellar tendonitis and piriformis syndrome (the latter two of which I've issues with for years). I'm incredibly grateful to him and the team for all the pain relief they have given me. Would highly recommend!

Today I graduated from Spectrum University with a masters degree in “Managing Chronic Lower Back Agony” learning under the expert tutelage of Professor Rob and team. My back pain got so bad that I had to give up running, I thought that “this is it, I’m old now” (aged 31) and was always sceptical about physios/chiropractors. A friend recommend Rob and I gave it a shot. Rob spent some time diagnosing the problem, sorted me out with massage therapy, acupuncture and a mean rehab programme in the gym/at home so that I could get the right muscles strong again and release the ones that have tightened up. For the first time in years I was relieved of constant lower back agony, I recently ran my first 5k and found it breezy with very little pain after, but I now have the tools to manage the pain and make it go away myself! Today was my last day and we agreed that I would only go back on an adhoc basis if I need extra support. Rob and the team have helped me achieve what seems like a miracle, super professional and I’ve always had a good laugh. I also love that the entire thing was designed to help me manage it myself so that I wouldn’t spend money on this forevermore. 10/10, would recommend 🤙🏽

Very impressed with the whole experience. Went in with a back spasm... Rob/Shannon were super friendly, immediately identified the issue, knew exactly how to fix it, and left feeling so much better. Went back for one more follow up session which made the spasm totally disappear. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using again if the spasm/pain resurfaces.
