    I have been working with Ben for the best part of a year now. From the very beginning Ben has been incredibly understanding and professional in respect to my training goals. I considered myself a gym veteran before I started the PT sessions, nevertheless I have learnt a great deal, improving my form and adding exercises I previously would not have considered into my sessions. Ben has great people skills and knows how to balance friendly chats and motivational aspects. It speaks volumes that I don't just consider Ben my trainer but my friend as well, I can't recommend him enough!

There's a theory I adhere to that goes, 'Never work with someone you wouldn't work with for a lifetime.' While it's originally a business concept, I apply it to all aspects of my life, including fitness trainers, private yoga instructors, teachers, therapists, and more.     To say working with Ben has been transformative would be an understatement. Prior to, I had been a semi regular gym goer for 12 years, but had few results. A combination of a low protein diet and a fear of lifting heavy enough had held me back significantly. Now, after 6 months with Ben I’ve turned the corner, feeling stronger, more confident and pain free (i have a history of joint dislocations). Ben is a premium trainer and looks at fitness from a holistic perspective: training, nutrition & sleep. Thats not unique, however what sets Ben apart is his understanding of anatomy and sports science, this gives full trust in the advice and exercises he programmes.

    Ben has trained me for a couple of years and I have to say that I’ve loved it. He tailors the session to what I need be it golf, skiing or general fitness. It’s all done with a smile and I’m pushed no matter how hard I moan. Can’t recommend h more highly.

    I have been training with Ben for over a year and his tailored programmes have certainly helped with all aspects of my fitness. The targeted exercises on his golf programme have improved both my flexibility and strength and have contributed towards increasing my distance and consistency. The advice on how to rehab my forearm (‘golfers elbow’) has also meant less pain following regular workouts and golf rounds. I would highly recommend Ben to anyone seeking either a regular fitness plan or tailored golf programme.

    Ben is excellent! His expertise and interest in all things training and nutrition is on another level and he's been great at tailoring it to what I've needed as an individual. For someone like me, who's been up and down with fitness over recent years and now has a job that makes it hard to prioritise it, Ben's really helped me keep my focus on my health and move it forward. Sessions are challenging so that you know you're making progress but also enjoyable and motivating. I also find the weekly check-ins and feedback on what I'm eating so helpful. Whether you're looking for high level technical expertise or just guidance and motivation I'd highly recommend Ben... definitely worth it - thanks Ben!

    Ben is a hugely knowledgeable, personable and motivating PT. I was recommended him by a friend and I can see why. His passion and energy is what I find put him above any other PT I know; from that you see results, which in turn motivates you to work hard and get the body you want. You will always have 7 days a week support from him, and my knowledge about nutrition and fitness has truly transformed my life- I am happier with my physique, I have goals to work towards, which in turn help with my mental side of things, plus he teaches you the foundations and techniques to working out effectively, which I had truly taken for granted before. Ben will push you and test you, but support you along the way. So I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking at a personal trainer.

    The most important and unique thing to note about Ben is that he cares deeply about his clients and their success. If you add this on top of his years of expert training knowledge which is utilized to build tailored and effective training programs for clients, then you have a winning formula for a PT. I highly recommend to anyone serious about training.

    I’ve been training with Ben over a year now after many years away from the gym. Ben is a very positive and motivating trainer providing creative and individualised training programmes to tackle the sins of the past and few of the present! He provides great detail in his feedback on nutrition and progress etc. whilst working on specific needs. Always in top form his sessions fly by. Would highly recommend Ben. :)

    Ben is a great PT. I’ve been training with him for over a year now and truly seeing some great results. He knows his stuff, and can easily explain things in a way that gets through to me. I have every confidence in his methods and programming. Definitely recommend.

    I’ve just finished Ben’s 4 week body blitz programme and so happy with the results. Ben’s attention to detail and dedication to each individual client is outstanding. He really is a well of useful knowledge in regards to everything from training to nutrition. I’m lucky enough to train at the same gym and he’s always around to give you pointers and make adjustments to your technique to make sure your getting the most out of the sessions. Value for money is phenomenal, there was a programme designed for both the gym and home workouts, nutritional analysis and endless advice/motivation and was only the other end of the phone if I needs anything. I’ve ordered more products too including the conditioning ebook which again is a great addition to my training, keeping things fresh and fun. Would highly recommend Ben and LDN Performance!!

    Ben is incredibly passionate about his job and it shows in the way he coaches. Always on the lookout for the most effective training methods, he's making sure I am on track to achieve my fitness goal of becoming an absolute beast. Ben goes the extra mile in providing professional coaching and even during lockdown when gyms were off-limits he made sure that I stayed on track with my training. I also chose Ben as a PT because I am dealing with a knee injury and he is really competent in the realms of injury rehab. His coaching perfectly complements my rehab programme. Ben's approach to training is thorough and does not only cover the time spent at the gym but also nutrition and other aspects affecting performance. Not least, his friendly and kind personality make our gym sessions a fun experience all the while pushing me to the max.

    Ben is the best of the best when it comes to personal trainers! He tailors the workouts to address concerns, skills and abilities. He’s extremely knowledgeable about full wellbeing from sleep, to nutrition, in addition to exercise, and cares to fully know and understand his clients to understand stressors and pressures outside of the gym. Since working with Ben I’ve seen a complete body transformation and have been amazingly grateful for his coaching and expertise throughout the way. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

    Ben has been absolutely brilliant and has completely changed my approach to getting fit and healthy. I have tried numerous different fitness programmes - this one actually works. It is easy to follow, tailored and the 1-2-1 support from Ben is absolutely brilliant. Ben is always on hand to answer any question or tweak your programme. I'm now a week on from having completed his 28 day shred and I am still following the basis of the programme so it is a sustainable change to my lifestyle which is definitely showing great results!     I really didn't know how to choose a gym instructor a class above the rest when there are so many out there. After working with Ben I now understand the difference, and that is adaptability and knowing your clients. Ben didn't look to give me a one size fits all programme or nutrition plan and hope it stuck. He took time to get to know me, my habits, my current diet, my goals. As a result he created a programme that not only gave me the results I wanted, but I had fun doing it, and as a result have made a lifestyle change. Ben, I will be back for more at some point!

    I cannot recommend Ben highly enough. If you are looking to improve not just your fitness but your lifestyle then Ben is the PT you need. I have been going the gym for 9 years and thought I had perfect form, turns out I didn’t! With Ben’s help and expert guidance I am now squatting and deadlifting double what I did previously. His workout plans are challenging, fun and personal to my goals. Ben has also worked with me to make improvements to my overall lifestyle. His knowledge on nutrition, supplements and even sleep is impressive. He is always available on WhatsApp if I have a question.
