    The UP experience truely is different from other gyms. My trainer is very client centric and has adapted his style to help me reach my full potential. It is more than just getting in shape, he has helped me build confidence in the gym, factored my cycle into how best to train (which no other trainer has ever done before), kept me accountable to my goals and has been the cheerleader I needed when itā€™s been really tough. Big thanks to my trainer, youā€™re a Legend!

    Joining UP has taken me nearly 2 years. I was not to sure about walking into a gym full of fit people and getting the dreaded LOOK. From the first email it was a dream. No pushy sales talk or people chasing. On my interview I briefly met MATT and then spent an hour with WILL. once again it was so nice. Very very professional but very very welcoming. So of course I bit the bullet. From the first day I felt like part of a family. Everyone knew me and welcomed me. No judgment or pressure. Iā€™m doing great with my personal trainer and hopefully new friend CHRIS. I must say each and every trainer feels just the same. Whoever is working when Iā€™m there,be it ALI or Jonny or Dave. Itā€™s the same great feeling. These people are SIMPLY THE BEST. they have changed my body and mind forever. 60 with a six pack.

    My experience at UP St. Paul's has been an amazing and fulfilling experience. As soon as i walked in i knew i was in the right place to restart my journey to a healthier me, after i had taken time off due to a serious medical condition. The staff have been amazing and my trainer has been right there with me throughout my journey. My trainer has pushed me beyond even what i thought possible mentally and physically. If you want to kick start or just become healthier and more fit UP St. Paul's is a great place to go.

    I have been at UP for 6 weeks and itā€™s a bit an amazing journey so far. I have been in and out the gym for the last 20 years but progress has been hit and miss. However, after a few weeks at UP I realised how wrong I was getting my training and diet and all the other things my trainer (whose knowledge is second to none) has advised me on and improved. I canā€™t recommend this place enough if you want to see daily changes in your body and really learn what works for you and your body, then just sign up

    I have been going to UP St. Paul's for nearly three months and have had an excellent experience. The gym sessions are enjoyable and not too repetitive, as there is a wide range of exercises in each session. The trainers push you hard in training, as they have specific goals in mind for each exercise. The gym is never too busy with all users on 1-2-1 programs. There is no waiting for equipment and the trainers ensure all equipment is cleaned and cleansed. The staff are very knowledgeable and will ensure all exercises are performed with correct form. The advice on diet and nutrition is really helpful an the tracking app and meal planning is really helpful. This has helped me change body weight and structure. The UP app tracks your diet, sleep, energy levels and training sessions and is really key to ensuring consistency each day and holding you accountable. This is the key to hitting your targets and I am sure that the team at U.P. St Paul's will get you there! When my trainer was away on annual leave cover was provided, and both trainers were excellent, engaged and focus. Everybody seems focused on support to ensure success.

    Very positive experience with UP St. Paul's. Trainers are very knowledgeable and will ensure all exercises are performed with correct form and can offer excellent advice on diet and nutrition. I find the gym sessions to be very enjoyable as there is a wide range of exercises in each session and the trainers will push you hard but always with a specific goal in mind for each exercise. Your exercise program will be tailored to your individual circumstances and goals. The gym has a nice atmosphere and the fact that there are no regular gym members means it's never too busy. They have a great app which tracks your diet, sleep, energy levels and training sessions and is really key to ensuring consistency each day and holding you accountable. I initially signed up with UP for 12 weeks and having got such great results in that timeframe decided to extend so that I could work on other goals, highly recommend.

    I am reaching the end of my initial 12 weeks with UP St Paul and I cannot be more grateful to my trainer and the wider team at the St Paul branch for my physical (and mental) transformation. I have never been pushed as hard (but yet supported just as fiercely). From the beginning I have always felt very well looked after and cared for. It has definitely been more than just a physical journey. I have had game changing conversations with my trainer and have really improved my mental fortitude through the series of challenges and guidance provided. The site itself is very well equipped with state of the art equipment and is adequately spacious. The changing rooms are also well looked after, stocked and roomy. The team is superb. I have had the pleasure of working with a few other trainers while my main trainer was away and everyone there was focused, engaged and committed to the session and client at hand. Last hut certainly not least, I have had the pleasure of being coached, mentored and supported by a high quality trainer. Regular check-ins and great banger during sessions makes the journey that much more accountable and enjoyable. And from what I can see every trainer and client relationship at this site seem to enjoy the same camaraderie. I šŸ™Œ

    Having slipped into bad habits, I needed to shake things up. Building exercise into my routine, eating cleaner and losing weight was something I thought about multiple times a week but I never actually got around to. 5 months after starting with UP, I have lost A LOT of weight but more importantly I feel stronger, I have space in the week just for me AND I am having fun along the way. The app for tracking diet is invaluable; unlike in other gyms, there is never a bun-fight over the equipment; and the trainers are, to a man and woman, utterly delightful, exceedingly knowledgeable and clearly want nothing more than to see all the clients of the gym hit their goals. What you pay for though (and where you get the value for money) is the personal support, encouragement and guidance of the trainer assigned to you. I cannot speak highly enough of mine. He helps me spot where the challenges to my goals are before they arise (parties, holidays etc), makes a plan with me to manage them and then holds me to account (only one glass of wine it is thenā€¦). More importantly though, he takes pride in his trade and pride in doing it well - this is what makes UP stand out. Losing weight and changing habits is hard; UP does not change that. But doing it with UP means you are not doing it alone. Thank you.

    A mentor once told me if you pay peanuts you get monkeys. Having never visited a gym before and heard many friends complain about their personal training experiences l was somewhat reluctant to join UP. However, the number of positive reviews made me decide to give it a go. Seven weeks on and l can firmly say it was the best decision of my life. My trainer has been nothing but positive, supportive and informative throughout my journey. Couple this with the fact that we both have spinal injuries so "they get it" makes my experience even more positive as we both work around my limitations. From sleep advice, dietary education and getting you moving outside and in the gym itself, this is a holistic and well-thought-out program that really does what it says on the tin. I am almost 10kg down and have activated muscles that l could not previously feel due to nerve damage which in my book is far more than l expected in seven weeks. However let's get a bit more realistic for all the doubters...yes it's tough, probably the hardest thing l have ever done. Yes, you need discipline...you will only get out what you put in. Yes, it will change your life...from thinking about diet to getting enough sleep, through to eating out and should you really be having that glass of wine. If you are willing to commit in every aspect of your life 100% you will see results. Will it be easy...NO. Will you want to throw in the towel occasionally...YES. But will it make you a better person both physically and mentally...100% yes. Don't be a downer, don't think change is not possible. Move forward. Move UP!

    I highly recommend UP fitness for anyone willing to commit time, effort and maintain a healthy diet to massively improve their physical and mental wellness. Trainers constantly challenge and push you to achieve the maximum out of each session. Results are continuously monitored through body measurements and the excellent UP App that allows you to monitor food accurately and in real time. Iā€™ve been delighted with the support and feedback my trainer provides, we discuss nutrition (good or bad), training program and cardio at the start of each session and daily via the UP App. I initially signed up for 12 weeks, however after unbelievable results Iā€™ve signed up for another 12. Highly recommended, results genuinely speak for themselves. Excellent 5/5.

    I have been training at UP St Paul for 7weeks and I would highly recommend them. It's been an incredible experience and I am very happy with the results achieved so far. The trainer I am working with is great, a serious professional, knowledgeable and smart. The program is well tailored to my objectives and the support I have been receiving is amazing. The gym itself is new, very good machines, never crowded, practical and functional. The location in the middle of the city is also very convenient.

    I had done lots of research on UP, and i can say that it absolutely meets my expectations. The St Pauls UP is a good location, the equipment is excellent and it is never too busy. The service i have received has been truly tailored to me. I donā€™t feel like Iā€™m just pushed into a standard plan, and my trainer is attentive and listens to my feedback - and most importantly they take it into account in every session. There is flexibility in doing exercises which suit my body (and previous injuries), and the exercises change as needed to ensure they constantly pose a challenge. The other major benefit for me is that the trainers donā€™t see this as a short-term plan, they see it as embedding lifestyle changes so you can continue to be successful even after UP. This shows on the education you receive on your diet and the attention which is paid to your mindset and intentions. The trainers are nice and friendly too, and not intimidating like some places i have been before!

    I havenā€™t been working with Ultimate Performance for long but I have seen fantastic progress in both my physical performance/strength and also my mindset has improved so much! I feel ready to tackle the challenges that are set by my phenomenal, knowledgeable and friendly trainer and I canā€™t wait to continue this journey. The gym has top quality equipment and the atmosphere makes it a very inspiring place to train! Everyone there - be in the personal trainers or the clients- is there to work hard toward specific goals in a truly dedicated way. I love the fact that the whole picture of lifestyle, supplementation, training etc is all taken into account when working with my trainer and we adapt to life as needed. I would recommend it to anyone of any level of fitness who is determined to become their healthiest and fittest selves!

    This has been one of the best journeys in my life so far! I have now lost a whopping 13kg and this doesnā€™t stop here. I want to thank my trainer for everything, perfect coach and a friend! It was very hard in the beginning but my trainer helped me understand the importance and guided me perfectly to stick to my goals. Regular progress updates, listening, motivation, very professional and friendly too! The sheer enjoyment of spending money because my clothes wonā€™t fit me is amazing! It is not about just losing weight but ensuring everything else is good too, my coach looks after everything! Thank you trainer and UP, more to come but cannot thank enough- highly recommended if you want to be fit, incredible UP!

    Signing up to UP has been the best thing Iā€™ve ever done for myself. It really has changed my life in so many ways and re-educated me in how to prioritise the right exercise and diet. I canā€™t thank my trainer enough - so knowledgeable, professional, experienced, and with high emotional intelligence which I think is really important for a trainer overseeing a transformation journey. Every session is meticulous and efficient. I appreciate the 121 attention and accountability that UP provides. The proof is in the results, which I couldnā€™t be happier with. My only regret is that I wish I did this earlier.

    Iā€™ve only been going for six weeks, but it is no exaggeration to say that training at UP St Paulā€™s is changing my life for the better! Iā€™m still a ā€˜work in progressā€™, but I can see new achievements every day. The atmosphere from everyone, both staff & other clients, is so welcoming. I didnā€™t attend for a few days because I wasnā€™t well & on my return several people said theyā€™d missed seeing me & were glad I was back. My trainer is very knowledgeable & supportive both in the gym & via the app during the rest of the time. The level of tracking of food & activity is very detailed. Five star service. Canā€™t recommend highly enough!

    Having struggled with my weight for a number of years and having tried different weight loss strategies, I can say that U.P. is a personal training gym with a difference. I am so pleased with the results I have achieved so far thanks to my dedicated personal trainer who has been working with me with unwavering enthusiasm towards achieving the body transformation that I have long wished for. I canā€™t praise my personal trainer enough for her support and guidance. I also found the nutritional information and meal plans provided by U.P. throughout my training extremely useful and a great way of losing weight whilst reinforcing healthy eating habits. Ultimate Performance gym is a great environment to train in and I absolutely love it!

    Joining Ultimate Performance has been one of the best decisions. Through the tailored exercise program, informative nutritional guide, and knowledgeable personal trainer, I achieved my fitness target within the first 12 weeks of the program. Shout out to my trainer, Amanda, for all the guidance. After achieving my initial fitness goal, I have decided to continue the program to pursue my next goal.     Iā€™ve had PTs in the past but UP has made me rethink what my past training sessions could have been. My trainer challenges me, keeps me accountable/helps problem solve and is an overall great guy who I donā€™t mind chatting with at 7am (Iā€™m generally not a fan w chatting with anyone before 9.) Iā€™ve already made huge progress so far in the month Iā€™ve been there and canā€™t wait to see how it ends up. Also props to the general manager here who listens to your needs. Excellent facilities, great environment, nice trainers. Highly recommend.

    I have been training at UP for the last few months and canā€™t believe the positive impact it has had in this short time. My trainer has been extremely motivating in the process, making it a really enjoyable experience, on top of getting amazing results. My trainer not only focuses on ensuring I am pushing myself physically, but also spends a lot of time discussing my diet and making recommendations to suit my plans, such as meals out. When Iā€™m not at the gym my trainer is contacting me regularly, keeping me motivated along the journey. I have achieved much better results than I would have ever expected, losing 10kg in 3 months and finally gaining some muscle definition! Iā€™ve never lost weight before without feeling restricted, hungry and generally really unhappy, but this has not felt like that at all. My stress and anxiety levels have reduced so much. I canā€™t recommend UP enough, it will really change your life for the better! I just wish I had done this sooner.

    I have just completed a 6 week training session at U.P. St Paulā€™s. I have always plateaued with my personal training regime, never pushing myself hard enough to get the results I wanted. U.P. changed all that. Everyone at the gym is so welcoming and encouraging and my personal trainer helped me understand the right focus, techniques, weight and nutrition to progress on my own, motivating me throughout. Iā€™m amazed by the results Iā€™ve achieved with their guidance in just 6 weeks that I have decided to continue with weekly sessions to hit some specific goals like pull ups and 100kg hip thrusts! Highly recommend, wish Iā€™d started there sooner.

    I cannot sing the praises of the team at Ultimate Performance St Paul's enough. From my initial enquiry, throughout the consultation process and into the training itself, I found the team to be extraordinarily professional, friendly and driven to help me achieve the results I wanted. The gym itself is first-rate, with top-of-the-line equipment, huge amounts of space and fantastic facilities. Training in a private gym, with the best equipment, without a doubt contributed to the success I enjoyed during my course of personal training. As for my trainer, beyond designing a bespoke 12-week programme for my transformation, he provided support whenever I needed it, created tailored and interesting nutritional plan and showed incredible adaptability when the COVID pandemic forced the gym to close (designing a home workout programme around my equipment, doing a virtual consultation to ensure I was getting the most out of it and checking in regularly). I could not be happier with the service I received. In short, I can thoroughly recommend Ultimate Performance, and in particular the team at St Paul's. Signing up and completing my programme was the best decision of my life and has led to genuine, long-lasting positive changes to my lifestyle.

    Simply the best personal training company out there. As a previous review has stated - itā€™s like a family. Support comes from everywhere, everyone is rooting for you and no-one judges you. My trainer Kalvyn is extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of training and nutrition and is always available to help. The gym facilities are excellent too, clean and modern. This is the place to come if you want real results.

    An outstanding training facility with an excellent team implementing what is probably the world's best-proven body composition methodology. I have no hesitation in recommending the demanding programme to anyone seeking to make extraordinary progress in minimal time and am extremely grateful for my own experience there. The St Paul's location is comfortable and convenient with superbly maintained equipment and spacious, air-conditioned changing facilities.

    This is by far the best gym Iā€™ve come across in London. Superbly professional with all brand new equipment and plenty of space. Iā€™ve never made so much progress with my goals in such a short amount of time thanks to my trainer. He took me through every part of the process and every set is completely bespoke let alone every session! He is incredibly knowledgeable about the human body and exercise, but also about human psychology and motivation. I would highly recommend to any of my family and friends who need guidance in achieving or exceeding their health / body goals.

    My journey with UP has been life changing. My trainer has been incredibly motivating and helpful. I am now more than ever into my health and fitness. Not only does the program improve your body physically but it takes in consideration of your life outside the gym to help suggest improvements. I feel so much healthier and fitter since I've joined.     After 10 years of long distance triathlon, I was stuck in a fitness rut, low on motivation and unable to prevent or reverse weight gain despite considerable training hours. The UP fitness programme provided a completely new approach. My trainer is excellent, with a wealth of technical knowledge on how to gain strength and to manage weight through careful eating. I never enjoyed strength work outs in the past and I am delighted by the encouragement and challenge my trainer provides. The numbers in terms of weight lost and strength gained speak for themselves.

    I can't recommend UP St Paul's highly enough. I've been working with my trainer for about 3 months now and the journey has been amazing. My fitness has improved significantly and I'm well on the way to achieving the goals we have set. I've been fully supported both in the gym and outside it with regular messages from my trainer to keep me on track! The facilities are great and you feel as though you are part of a team when you turn up to train.

    I have been training at UP St Paulā€™s for almost 10 weeks now. The level of trainer guidance, accountability and nutritional tailoring to reach my goals is highly detailed, and is reflected in my progress (both fat loss and muscle definition). The trainers are very knowledgeable, and know the best approach to get you the results you desire. If you are ready to commit to making a change in your body and to also learn more about training/diet, I would definitely recommend UP.

    Having heard about UP through a number of publications in North America, when I arrived in London I decided to check them out for myself. My initial thought was how professional they are, both as a business and (more importantly) their team of trainers. I am consistently pushed to do my best when I am in the gym, and receive daily messages from my trainer to help keep me on track with my diet. There's a great sense of community with both the staff and clientele, and I am extremely happy with my results. Would highly recommend UP and the St. Paul's location!

    I have been training at Ultimate Performance for 16 weeks, and I could not recommend it enough ! The trainers are all extremely positive people, and make it as easy and convenient as possible to keep being motivated and follow through to your objectives. The process itself is completely transparent and scientific, with several body data points being tracked, and make you feel you are doing the right thing and not some random boot camp. This makes you learn a lot about how to live healthily even when outside of the training. The atmosphere is great, and I never felt any kind of judgement even though I never did any working out in my life prior to this, which is mostly due to my incredible trainer. Finally the installations are great and clean, and you always feel safe even when you're pushing yourself past your limits. If you can afford it, I would recommand you not to hesitate any longer ! Thanks again UP for your tremendous help in my fitness journey !!

    I cannot recommend the gym and program enough. My trainer has worked with me to tailor a program and lifestyle regime thatā€™s allowed me to really reset and holds me to account in a good way. I feel fitter, stronger, eat and sleep better than ever before and no longer have random aches and pains. The programs are built to be sustainable and achievable regardless of perceived fitness level.

    I can't recommend Ultimate Performance St Paulā€™s highly enough for anyone looking to commit to a bespoke fitness program and finally reach their goals. Having originally signed up for the 12 week transformation program, I decided to extend my program to focus on specific goals / results as agreed with my trainer. The level of support and guidance Iā€™ve received from my trainer has been incomparable to any other gym/program Iā€™ve tried and tested (and thereā€™s been many!) With my end fitness goals now in reaching distance for the first time in years, my only regret was not signing up earlier! Thanks Guys!

    I canā€™t recommend this gym and my trainer highly enough. I did a lot of research about weight training before signing on with Ultimate Performance. I had read inspiring examples of women in their 60ā€™s and above who had found it helped mobility and combat the effects of menopause. So, I went for it. St Paulā€™s is a great, super friendly gym. Everyone there is invested in your success ā€“ not just your personal trainer. I am six weeks in and already feeling the benefits. Aside from the weight loss I have better shoulder movement and posture and I can do a mean Romanian deadlift!
