    Red Pill Fitness is a great place. Intimate, focused and friendly, it's the place to go if you're starting out strength training or just looking to rehone your skills. Sal (the man behind RPF) is awesome. He knows exactly how to push you to get better in the right way: technique, technique, technique! I was a little nervous about strength training but now I'm feeling more confident every time I go. Seriously recommended!

    This gym changed my opinion of gyms! I could never stick to them before. Sal changed my workout life and has really motivated me to reach new heights. I highly recommend you check it out!!!

    I really hated going to the gym before I started working out with Sal. He is knowledgeable and has helped me gain confidence to do more. Love the vibe and always look forward to my sessions with him.

    Red Pill Fitness has proven to be everything I expected and more! Having just reached 60 years old (and suffering the aches and pains to show for it), I knew I had to do something before it got too late! Sal is an experienced trainer, acutely aware of the importance of understanding my needs and expectations - then providing a tailored exercise regime to suit. Over the past 8 weeks I’ve been a member, my strength is increasing, the aches and pains have reduced substantially and my energy levels are excellent! For anyone interested in having expert, personal service with a focus on You and Your needs - give Red Pill Fitness a call! You won’t be disappointed! David

    I have trained with Sal for 6 weeks, genuinely loved it and saw results such as muscle mass and strength went up, visually a clear difference can be seen in my muscle growth. Sal has been spot on with his advice, follow ups with nutritional advice and delivers results. I could not recommended him more and I am hoping to return back for a second stint end of the year.

    I have been listening to Sal on Tik Tok and I wish I could get to his gym more often. I am 68 and had a heart attack when I was 61. Sal's no B.S. advice and coaching skills have been a huge benefit to my program. He gets me. I want to live long and healthy and Sal will tell you how to get it done. Thanks Sal!

    Sal has been firm but patient with this old unfit ruin. After a month of session I can get up from a low stool without using my arms or asking for help. I also walked for 15 mins without any muscular pain. Small but very important achievements

    Superb training: Sal takes the science of weight training to another level which ensures maximum benefits but minimises the risk of injury to even the most out of condition individuals.     Had a fantastic experience building strength, putting on some size and taking my lifts to a new level. Amazing trainer with fantastic technique coaching and attention to detail to help maximise potential. Also a lovely environment with other clients and lots of laughs along the way. Would highly recommend.

    Joining Red Pill Fitness has been a great experience. The head trainer is thoughtful about each person's capabilities and customizes a strength program that can work around injuries and limitations. It's gotten me moving and lifting again in a way I thought was no longer possible. Happy to recommend.

    I cannot recommend working with Red Pill Fitness enough. I saw noticeable results within weeks of starting my programme both physically and mentally. Sal gave me the knowledge and confidence I have always wanted to push myself in an area that I have always avoided. Working around my strengths and weaknesses, he helped me enormously on the path to my fitness goals.

    Red Pill has been a godsend to me. It is a small private gym conveniently close to the Barbican and the City and specialises in helping the over 50s improve their mobility, health and lifestyle. I have avoided going to the gym for many years but in particular found that in the past few months my mobility has got significantly worse including tripping up on the pavement. Whilst I was fearful of the gym experience, in actual fact it has proved to be worthwhile and not so terrifying after all. Sal is a brilliant personal trainer who provides an individually tailored personal plan, carefully monitors progress and on the one hand encourages you to go the extra mile but at the same time is cautious not to overdo things. In a few short weeks I have been able to carry out basic exercises and basic movements that were lost to me for some months and I feel that I can now progress further with the sort of support that Sal.provides. I am grateful to Sal for all he has done and am already feeling the benefits after a few short weeks.

    Goal orientated, Good Demeanour, brings out the best in you!!! A phenomenal learning experience at Red Pill fitness. Sal, works with you to bring the best out from you at every session.     I do find training with Sal helping me to re-shape my body. He understands my body’s short comings as I suffer from scoliosis and hyper-mobility. He helped me strengthen my core muscles, working around my problems without causing any damage. I have been through many different personal trainers but I am amazed how Sal knows and understand my body I am glad finally I found the right trainer and I am going to carry on working with him and recommend him to everyone I know.

    Red Pill fitness is an excellent exercise class with food/nutrition advise key for helping weight, muscle and general feel good. Sal the owner was brilliant at giving me the exact routine needed. I highly recommend. Price is very reasonable considering the gym is in the city.

    Regular client until geography made it impractical. Great instruction in an enjoyable environment with those in team sessions supporting each other. Benefited physical and mental health significantly.

    I have always struggled with my weight and have had body image issues. The only thing that has ever helped me keep the weight off has been weight training, but whenever I have stopped, the weight came back on and I ended up heavier than I started. I started training with Sal back in Nov'20. He introduced me to tools that helped me make better lifestyle choices by understanding daily food routines, ways to enjoy without feeling like I tanked. Sal has consistently monitored my schedule, gradually built up my exercise regime to include more intensive workouts. Initially I was frustrated at not losing any weight but then in the last two months, the weight has started to come down every week and I feel a change in my body as I feel stronger each time I exercise. Even though it is a long journey, I finally feel like something has clicked and Sal has played a huge part in keeping my motivation running high. I highly recommend this place.
