Nick our tour guide is a legend his service was the best we’ve had in Europe my expectations were a taxi ride to the landmarks around London but it was so much more, he asked us what we were interested in and took us to all the spots we wouldn’t think about visiting like streets movies and shows were filmed on such as Harry Potter, peaky blinders and more, some places of the history of the Beatles, royal family landmarks and then dropped us off at an old pub in the heart of London he’s knowledge about every building that we’d never even heard of was phenomenal, turned out to be the highlight of our holiday, the experience will be worth every cent and more if you love a classic car and history of London, it’s a must do for first time London visitors thanks again smallcarBIGCITY I’d give 10 stars if I could and if I ever visit london again I’ll be booking another tour that was too much fun

Fantastic, couldn’t think of a better way to explore London in easily the coolest cars whilst wearing racing overalls and flat caps. The challenges were brilliant, especially trying to locate a “Coke hat” to befriending the local constabulary. All the drivers were very friendly and engaging throughout the 2 hour experience. Big thanks to Robert for ensuring the day went smoothly. Thanks again.

This was the absolute highlight of our trip. We were only in town for 4 days and it is a must if you want to see the highlights and some hidden gems that you just wouldn’t see if you stuck to the regular tourist spots. Our guide (Tom?) was fantastic. Enthusiastic and knowledgeable, a two hour stream of information and entertainment.

Best London experience! Do it first day because you see so much then you know what you want to explore further. By the time Jaimie was finished with our tour we knew London. Jaimie was amazing! He brought everything to life and showed us a london we would not have experienced on our own. This is a must do on your trip. We did the 4 hour tour..loved whipping through the streets of London in Agnes...she gets you into spots cabbies can't get you. Book this trip you will not be sorry

SO MUCH FUN! Wonderful to be a tourist as well as an attraction as people point, wave and take photos as you're whisked around in the classic (but extremely well maintained) Mini Cooper. More room than you think and the sunroof allows extra vistas. Worried about spending so long with guide? You're dropped off in wonderful areas to explore on your own with all the time you want to meet back up and continue the journey. I couldn't have asked for a better way to be introduced in London. Highly recommend.

This has been one of my favorite parts of London so far. It's my first time to the UK (from Canada) and this was an amazing way to see the city and learn about all the hot spots and hidden jems. I'm a huge mini fan so driving around in London in Agnes was absolutely epic!! Rhiannon was also spectacular, I loved how knowledgeable she was about the city, and how friendly and personable she was. We stopped at lots of places to take pictures and walk around to explore. I couldn't write down all the stuff she was telling me fast enough! I highly recommend this tour (and Rhiannon!) for any one looking to learn about the city, and in way more style than the hop on bus. 😉

Fun way to see the city. Driver is witty and knows how to maneuver his way around to make you feel excited but safe! Highly recommend!

This experience was just delightful! We had the most splendid time with Thom and Agnes (she's a beautiful mini), crusing the streets of London and taking in all the sights. We chose to see London by night, which had a beautiful charm to it. Thom was very knowledgeable, charismatic and hilarious to boot. In this big city, the small car won the hearts of all - locals, tourists and even the authorities - so expect lots of attention and excitement! Highly recommend it to see the city and learn its history, while having a jolly good time.

What a fantastic experience touring around the streets of London with our driver and tour guide par excellence, Thom! He took us in Agnes, the classic Mini to see many interesting sights about town. Thom is very knowledgeable, charming and funny. We laughed for 2 hours straight -absolutely loved it! Highly recommend booking a tour, whether you are are new to London, or think you already know it, this tour will offer surprises and great views from the windows and rooftop, and vintage coolness to boot. Great company to work with! Enthusiastic people that communicate well and are able to be flexible & tailor make a booking. In my case a surprise trip for my girlfriend through London to Highclere Castle. They were well in time on the spot we agreed to meet and the car looked fabulous! I absolutely recommend this company. Riding around in London in a vintage Mini Cooper was an amazing experience for two reasons, The main reason is because I've not sat in a vintage Mini Cooper before. It's always been a dream of mine to sit in one. Secondly, you get to learn about the history of London. Customer service was great too but maybe a little slow in responding to customers' emails. There were no slots that Saturday, I asked for a call back if there were a cancellation. There so happen to be one and I received a call back within an hour or so. I paid by card and asked for a receipt to be emailed over. This took a couple of days which I thought would have been sent straight away as it is an important document for customers. Other than that everything else was an pleasant experience. If you're looking to learn about London, this is one of the excellent ways to do so!

Just a great experience and unique way to see London....Jamie my drive and guide was a good driver, new the city and many hidden gems and was a pleasure to be with...but the star was the Mini car...the reaction by people everywhere was just great....its a must do when visiting this beautiful city

Myself and 2 friends went on a Gin Tour of London with Lee from SCBC and it was fantastic! Lee was the best guide showing us different parts of London that we hadn't seen before and so knowledgeable of the history of London. We went to 3 fantastic Gin Bars - all super different, very friendly and with fantastic drinks. I wouldn't hesitate to reccomend this activity to anyone - you won't be disappointed.

We toured with Small Car Big City 2 days--one in the city of London and the next around the English countryside. We communicated with Tony, who booked us effortlessly and with great care. Tom was our guide for the two days (wherein we enjoyed the company of two cars: Agnes and Maggie)--he was an absolutely incredible and thoughtful guide! He turned our stay in England into one of the absolute best possible. I cannot say enough positive things about Small Car Big City; if you want an incredible and thoughtful experience, look no further. This company gets my highest rating.

What an unforgettable experience! Jamie was an excellent guide, made me very relaxed in what is a small environment (as a huge introvert this isn't always easy!), very knowledgeable with not only facts and information but locations, side streets, etc ideal for the Mini. Pickup and drop off from our chosen were locations we're prompt and on time. Offering a separate pickup and drop off location is a brilliant addition if you're planning as part of an evening in London and the fact that the timings were spot on meant we were easily able to plan other activities around it. We did the evening tour which ended up lasting around 1hr 45mins and was thoroughly enjoyable. Few stops where we got out of the car for a walk around and a couple of photo opportunities. It's small but a big addition to just sitting in the back of a car for nearly 2 hours. All in all this was well worth the money and I couldn't recommend enough!

SO MUCH FUN! The cars are vintage, the drivers entertaining and knowledgeable, and you get to see so many iconic places with a different view. Zipping by Big Ben with top open, listening to Beatles—so cool! Highly recommend. Fun tip—the cars will pick you up most anywhere in Zone 1–so we toured Tower of London in the morning, and then the drivers picked us up near there and gave us tour of city, ending at our hotel in Mayfair — so it was also an efficient way to get home! 🙂

Had an amazing "Gin Experience " our host driver was Tony. His knowledge of all things London and Gin was amazing. We were picked up from our hotel in a lovely mini with open roof. Being driven "fast" but safe (I am a scaredy cat lol) I felt comfortable with his ability. This is pretty amazing for me to make that statement. Visited a great selection of drinking establishments and found some new places to visit thanks to Tony. Everything from initial contact to after sales was FANTASTIC. Highly recommend this company and their services /tours

Excellent two hour tour of London in a gorgeous retro mini, even as Londoners we discovered new places and fascinating facts as we zipped along. The customer service is amazing and they really went out of their way to make this birthday gift extra special. I’d highly recommend this company and tours as a treat for both locals and visitors to London.

Hands down the best experience I've ever booked. Booked the best bits with added street art tour as a present for my husband who is crazy about minis.
