Mo Bilal at the Fleet Street store was very helpful, paid extreme detail to the issues on the phone and I am very pleased with the outcome. My phone was fixed to perfection. Very happy with results and would highly recommend!

Booked an appointment for a battery repair five days in advance. Had to pay a £5 deposit as the appointment required them to order in the correct battery which is fair enough. I turn up to my appointment on time and I'm told that they don't have the battery they need and can't help me. I got my £5 back but that was it. No apology. No explanation. What is the point of having a booking system if it is ignored? Recommend people avoid this business.

This is simply the best mobile phone shop I have ever used. Marshall and Gabriel truly demonstrate what great customer service looks like. They worked extremely hard to bring my dead iPhone back to life and were friendly, polite and respectful towards me at all times. I highly recommend them.

Happy with the service in the end, but when picking up the price didn’t reflect the discount offer I’d used and included a screen protecter which I’d clearly stated I did not want. Thankfully the lady was quick to remove these without fuss and honoured the price I’d expected, but still felt like a cheeky attempt at an upsell.

This shop replaced my Samsung 9 charger port recently and it failed again. Rather make good the job I was told it would take 40 minutes and I would have to pay again. I am not heavy handed and there was no external damage. Do NOT use this company as they tell you the repair will last 2 years and that is not true. Should have gone to Samsung. What is the saying "BUY CHEAP PAY TWICE"

They charged me £25 to diagnose to tell they couldn't fix my phone. Just be careful if you have water damage as it seemed an expensive way to find out.
