I am so pleased that my new ophthalmic director not only provide me with unlimited support to my post graduate study but also plan my career development. Nothing short of amazing!!! Bradley is an absolute credit to the company, and honestly, I feel as though we've known each other a lifetime within the short space of time that we communicated. He got to know me on a personal level, spoke about my needs and aspirations, lifestyle and work balance and provided me with great insight and immeasurable amounts of advice and guidance. As an employer working with Vivid in at the beginning of my interaction was great. Communication was frequent and they were certainly keen. However since then it has come to light that they are only really concerned with getting a deal over the line to secure their fee rather than the longevity of filling the vacancy. It seems before taking on their candidate, all the right things were said but just a matter of weeks into it there were alarm bells, to which I was given many assurances however this unfortunately did not work out. I understand circumstances change and things can be beyond control however, Vivid had an opportunity to make things right, not only because it would have been the right thing to do, but also to maintain a long lasting business relationship. Unfortunately, this was not the case and they chose to take the bureaucratic route over providing good service and maintaining a long lasting client.

The best experience with Owen Thacker helping me secure a job that is right for me. He's keen to get to know you in order to understand what is going to be good for you not only now but in the long run. 100% would recommend him in particular to friends when looking for career changes in the future.
