Very nicely decorated bar. The cocktails were good, and the selection is excellent. The atmosphere in the bar is strange, the bar is completely empty, and the two waiters behind the bar are completely uninterested in the four guests who are in the bar. We only saw the waiter when he gave us the menu and when he left us the drinks.  At no time did he ask if everything was okay or if we wanted anything else. We waited 20 minutes to try to order another cocktail, but since the waiter did not appear, we decided to pay and leave. On top of all that, we were charged a service charge of 12.5% (for that the waiter gave us the menu and left the drinks on the table 🤣) Definitely not coming here again.

We had a booking for this bar and when we arrived we couldn't enter the bar through the entrance so we proceeded to enter through the hotel. When we got into the bar a male waiter informed us it was booked out for a party and our booking was not possible. At first he was extremely unhelpful and dissappeared saying we didn't have a booking. When he came back he just shrugged said it was impossible and said what can I do in a very flippant tone. I then had to make it clear we should have been informed the booking had been cancelled, to which he then offered to show us to the terrace. Once at the terrace we're offered no compensation considering the price difference between the two bars. The waiter then returned and claimed we had an email informing us of the cancellation. When said I had not received an email and could get my emails out to prove it he ran off and never returned. Not only did I not receive the email, I had received a confirmation email from open table the day before that I had confirmed. A week later they emailed and claimed they had left a voicmeail which I checked my inbox for and couldn't find. This just felt like an attempt to try and shift the blame onto me when clearly they forgot to send an email confirming.

The staff decided to engage in an argument with us. Every single staff member had come to our table for that sole purpose We heard racist comments being passed around the staff in another language. We had a variety of different nationalities at the table, so we can only assume they did not know some of us could speak that language. The best part is after all that they asked us to pay the service charge. No wonder the place was empty

Beautifully designed bar with a 1920s theme. Came here on Christmas eve, it was nice and quiet and perfect for a date or hanging out as a group. Good choice of cocktails and there's happy hour between 5-7PM.

Lovely speakeasy bar in the City. Was not too busy on a Saturday night and the three of us got a table without booking. The menu offers a wide range of classic and original cocktails. The alcoholic cocktails were very good. The non alcoholic cocktails could be improved - one of them was too sweet and syrupy whilst another was bland. We enjoyed and will hopefully return soon.

If you have a lot of money to spend, and wish to visit a quiet bar for a drink date, this is an excellent place to go for that. Way too expensive for my tastes, though.

Excellently creative cocktails in a central yet quiet location. Unobtrusively brilliant lighting throughout. Absolute hidden gem.

Nice venue although was a little quite at 10pm on a Saturday night. Had the Candy drink. I asked for a sweet drink but this wasn't sweet at all - not sure if the waiter had tried this before or if the barman made it differently but I ended up changing drinks with my friend.

The drinks were fine, didn't really justify the prices of £14 and £16 plus service charge though so we left disappointed. The olives were far too salty but that is the only food we had. We went very early and it was quite empty so I can't reasonably comment on atmosphere. I think I can conclude speakeasy style is not for me.

Nice bar, nice drinks, although not enough people to create an atmosphere. But if you want a nice quiet place to go to....this is it.

Great 2 for 1 happy hour which makes the drinks more affordable, 5 to 7pm. Dark and romantic atmosphere, great for a first date. Loved the speakeasy decor. Would recommend!

Great drinks

Wasn't sure what to expect when we went in, but we found a cool Vive and great diversity of drinks made with some tasty house made syrups. Our bartender Pablo helped make sure our drinks were catered exactly to what we were interested in. Definitely worth the visit!
