I used Scott this year and I have to say he is a very nice guy, as many reviews say. What he does not explain that he is giving you a fraction of the value for your items. Thankfully I have sold a pair of earrings on ebay (against his better judgement I wonder why!) Not happy please do not use him especially if you have diamond or stone jewellery he will give you zero value for them giving you some story about how diamond and stone values have changed etc etc just a con now I realise
