Had a smashing time at tool station today, plenty of tools. This jolly good fellow by the name of Micheal served me (smashing bloke i must add). He knows what a man wants. The team would go above and beyond to satisfy my needs. I must say, i shall be visiting these lovely bunch of chaps again. Even when i said i would “two foot the lot of them”, they stayed professional and friendly.

Both ladies were great one even cooled me down with the fan 🤣

Just called in today to the Solihull branch following placing my order on click and collect.. it was a great shopping experience from how easy it was to placing my order to receiving my text to say my items were ready for pick up. It was also very well organised considering the social distancing. Beats all the competition. Hands down and great on price too. Big thanks to all the friendly staff.

When I arrived at toolstation I was greeted by liv who was amazingly helpful, as I was unsure which type of paint I needed for my bathroom. Not knowing what I needed she stayed with me until I was satisfied with the paint she had selected. My experience here was great and I'm very happy to say that I'll be returning more in the future. A lady called Kayleigh was so friendly and greeted me with a smile. When I left she also told to have a great day and to stay safe which is a lovely thing to hear from strangers. Wonderful staff and great atmosphere.

Came into store on an off chance im new to diy was served by daniel who helped me with my query both members of staff had qood product knowledge and where both very friendly wil definatly use this store again

So the reason I gave one star is simple they would not except the cash I had. Yes it was a Scottish £20 note, however last time I checked these are legal tender and welcome in every other shop I’ve used. No reason given just no. Disgusting

Had fantastic service in store. Stacey helped me find what I was looking for. She was very helpful and friendly.

Nice option for click and collect of supply's and tools. Usually a quick turnaround for orders placed online. Large range at a reasonable price. Occasionally, customers who turn up to buy over the counter can slow the staff down, doesn't happen too often.

Visited the store today for a click and collect was very happy with the service quick and easy. Friendly staff and covid measures were in place well monitored.
