AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE I have been Missold a ticket by Isango.i paid for 2 tickets to the colosseum today, and entry is free on the first sunday of every month I rang customer services who hung up on me 3 times and told me once tickets are issued; they cannot be refunded. There are NO tickets for entry on The first sunday of every month. I told them i would be going to the tour guide comissioners office, as this is a clear missale. Furthermore, isango have told me they sell the tickets regardless of the fact that it is free on sunday. I said i wanted a refund. They said i would have to email, i have done, no response. Rang, hung up on me 5 times! Update: they rang me 3 days later, and asked me to remove my google review. Said if i did, they would give me my money back and tickets to the vatican. I agreed, they sent me ANOTHER fake ticket, and cost me another day of my holiday, i reported to Actionfraud, and was given a crime reference number, when i rang them and TOLD them i had reported them, they sent me another fake .pdf that wouldnt open, and after 5more hours of waiting, they FINALLY sent me a valid ticket that showed it had JUST been purchased (while i was on hold to them!), and asked that i take back my report to actionfraud Honestly, dont go anywhere near this company, and check the other reviews EVERYWHERE (google, tripadvisor, facebook), everyone is saying the same, they have been scammed by Isango. I consider myself lucky in that i kept ringing and ringing and finally reported them as a scam operator, otherwise i would never have gotten my money back or my vatican entry. Book your tours through a reputable company guys!

I booked a tour at Isango. Once my money was transferred to their accounts, I was informed that this product is no longer available. I find this over/double booking policy of this company outrageous. Now I am not able to do the planed trip with my family and also have to take care of getting my money back! I would strongly discourage to book with this company.

Very poor service and customer experience. Will seek another supplier I organized an Eiffel Tower and Seine River cruise via Isango for my wife's birthday. It was a surprise gift for her, however, both of us were hugely disappointed by the lack of up to date information from Isango, their third party's website, and office sites. I booked the tickets knowing all matters were good via Isango's webpage (since there was no publication of alerts to be aware in Paris. Until we arrived on site in Paris, to be informed of late notice that the river cruise will not happen due to flooding. I understand, they or any company are powerless against unexpected natural events but these companies can alert customers in advance to let them know some services will be disrupted - Isango did not let me know of this issue nor did they advertised it on their webpage. Customers were convinced to continue with booking despite the Paris Seine River flooding issue - which has been continuing since the month of January (and at the time of writing this, in February). To add fuel to more fire, their partner site in Paris, agreed to reimburse a mutually agreed value in euros back to us. However, after several disappointing and futile communications via email with several members of Isango's customer service team, Isango decided to pay us a small percentage of the reimbursement. This seemed unprofessional, dishonest, reflecting poor company standards and showcased very poor levels of customer valuation. They failed to adequately inform and value their customer and in addition, they fail to value their third-party suppliers. We will never embark on any excursions with Isango and we will be forwarding our impressions and experiences to our networks. Overall rating - no star Value for money - no star Fun - no star, disgraceful service.

Most horrible experience ever! I booked a gondola ride with serenade for myself and my partner during our trip in Venice. What we got is the most dissapointing experience ever! 1) There wasn't a serande at all. We were put in a gondola with a few other people (it was said up to 6 people). And there were about 12-14 gondola's with us. The very first gondola had a singer and musian with them, but of course we were in the very last gondola and didn't hear or see anything of the serande. 2) We were promised a 30 min ride through the small canals that can't be reached by foot. Again a big lie. We first hung out in the grand canal for 1-15 min. Followed by a quick ride around the block circling our hotel. No small narrow canals at all! 3) I didn't even get to sit with my partner! This was supposed to be a romantic experience. Let me tell you it was everything BUT that. We even paid more to have the serenade, but never got to enjoy any of it. It was more a ride of hell! I expect my money back as this has ruined our day!

Zero Stars - Stay away from this company. Scammers... and they have no desire to work with you. Pick any other company and you will have a better experience.

Absolute disgrace! Randomly debited over $300.00 AUD whilst sitting in my living room. Never heard of ISANGO until then. Steer clear of ISANGO. From what I've read there are countless amounts of people that are very unhappy. I'm one of them!!

This company is so unprofessional, worst company to book with. I called twice and it was as horrible experience, the first guy called me neglectful as he argued that I didn't read my email to check the viewing time for the burj khalifa I booked even though the website states 7 to 11 and it doesn't allow you to pick a specific time. I was denied entry in Dubai as my ticket specified 7pm but the website doesn't illustrate that. The second time I rang, the "manager" he claims he was hung up on me when I requested a refund. Never book with them, if I could give them a rating of 0 I would, they take peoples money and don't provide them with the correct information, they don't sympathize with customers and don't have any customer service skills... SCAMMERS STAY AWAY FROM THEM! ..

Following the experience of my superior i would like to touch on few points which made the experience horrible and not as described on the brochure. It all started right from the beginning when the service was delayed by nearly an hour.. The weather was hot, there was a massive amount of people standing and waiting for the service we all payed for to be executed. On top of that there was nowhere to sit down, just 1 small bench which was obviously occupied. So taking in consideration that my superior was with the child you can only imagine how bad it felt and how awful their experience started right from the beginning. The QR code which should be apparently downloadable to all phones only 3 of 5 of people were able to do it. And even after downloading it, the way it is structured is just funny. The message repeats itself several times, when in description it should have been structured and matching the places which were passed by, not really the way it was in reality. The third point is, that all this experience is taken by people to dive into the culture and heritage of Venice therefore i would assume that the uniform of the gondoliers should be somewhere at least near reflection of that. In reality they are wearing some strange t-shirts and not even striped ones and none of them was wearing any headdresses. Not such a big deal, but something perhaps to think about when accommodating the tourists who came to Venice to feel it through. Fourth point is the singer. Well, there was a "singer" but it is really hard to call it singing as he was the only one, singing for 10 gondolas, therefore his singing was more like shouting. It would be better to have no one or to put some local- signature music on some sort of speakers, rather than having the man shouting and breaking his voice. On our way back, just to finish off the "amazing" experience, none of the workers even bothered themselves to help people out of gondolas, not even talking about service which is clearly not the main thing of your company, but just simple manners to help out the lady with a baby out- is it that hard? And lastly would like to mention that in general the cleanliness of the boats could be way better and the amount of people in the boat should reconsidered too as you sit really tight to each other so you are scared to make a wrong move. Conclusion: after such an experience it is not just leaving a bad mark on your company, that is nothing, the whole Venice seems worst than it is despite the thing lasting only for 40 minutes.

We booked a private tour of the island through Isango, with HotelBeds as the "local operator". The tour was plagues with disasters from one end to the the other. We were told we couldn't go on the tour if we didn't print out our tickets, even though we bought them electronically, were traveling, and everyone had our verified info. We were told that even though we couldn't print our tickets and told them that within an hour, that we couldn't have a refund. We were told our hotel could help us with printing the tickets, even though we told them a half dozen times we were staying in apartments. We were told that our private tour, which was going to take 6 of us in a van around the island, couldn't pick us up at our apartment, even though they could take us to anywhere on the island. We were told that our tour had been cancelled because we put an apartment address in the pickup location, rather than a hotel. Even though it seems like you should be able to put any address in for a private tour. After hours on the phone with a collection of very rude people, we were eventually able to reschedule the tour for the following day. They work really hard to make sure you never communicate directly with your local tour company, but when we finally did learn who the local tour company was, we gave them a call and did verify that our tour the next day was happening. They were perfectly happy to pick us up at our apartment and never once asked for the required printed ticket. Interacting with Isango and HotelBeds was one of the singular worst vacation experiences we have collectively all had. And that's 6 people with 200 years of combined travel experiences. Congratulations! The main lesson I learned is don't get fooled into booking through a tourist company who is fronting for a local company. Just track down that locals directly. Shame on HotelBeds and Isango for having some of the least helpful and rudest customer service people on the planet.

They are a scam and I will warm all travellers using their service in Europe. I booked tickets for a trip the next day and was told to wait 72hours after the website confirmed. I was told tickets were available and we once again confirmed. Now I am getting no feedback. Be warned of this dubious unprofessional company!!

We booked and paid for 7 tickets to celebrate our little girl's birthday at Disneyland Paris. They promised the tickets sent by email within 72 h. Unfortunately they couldn't deliver the tickets within 72 h. They said that the tickets will be available 7-10 days prior to our trip in June. That was way too late for us, and not stated in the booking terms. As we wanted to be sure that everything was ok with our trip, I asked for booking cancellation and full refund according to the booking rules. It was provided within 5 business days. Some comments to Isango: Plus: You have a nice and appealing web site. You have fast support via email and also try to help via phone. Minus: You need to keep what you promise. When you say that tickets will be sent within 72h you need to honor that; that means the ticket need to be sent to the buyer within 72h, not weeks or even moths later. As it is very important for travellers to have everything in place as soon as possible.

Do not book anything with this company! We accidentally booked with them for a two-day HoHo bus in London. They use Tootbus. The first day of our trip went well. However, on the second day, we were left stranded waiting for a bus for over 3 hours in pouring rain and no bus ever came. Yet, Big City Bus company had vehicles running regularly. We eventually had no other choice but to take a cab back to our hotel. The day was ruined. We wrote to them that same evening, August 17,2022 asking for a partial refund and have been exchanging numerous emails with them ever since. They are politely asking us to be patient. They repeatedly claim they have not yet heard from their local activity partner. It is now over 11 weeks. In the future we will make sure to check the name of the company providing the tours and will stick to โ€œGet Your Guideโ€, โ€œViatorโ€ or โ€œTripAdvisorโ€.

PLEASE NEVER USE ISANGO! THEY ARE A SCAM!!!! I used ISANGO for the Milan pass. This company was absolute shambles! Firstly, no staff in Malpensa airport knew of the company and no one in Milan central knew of their company or of the package! After spending hours trying to find the tourist information centre (2 hours) we were told the pass had to be used immediately and all vouchers included would expire within 48hours! They refused to refund even though we had not collected the 2 purchased passes which had only been paid for 2 hours previous. They have a terrible attitude, lack of clarity, inconsiderate and spiteful approach to costumer service ! PLEASE NEVER USE ISANGO! THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!
