Claire was great, asked about comfort and pressure and the salon was clean and provided a relaxing environment. I mentioned I had some tension in my neck and left shoulder and since the massage this has become a lot better. Very happy with my visit and will definitely be back soon.

This is my second time at Treat Beauty London, and my experience was just as good as the first. The beauticians are amazing - they do a thorough job and are lovely to chat to, no awkwardness what so ever. It's the best wax I've had in a while and the other treatments all look superb. Booked in for my first High Frequency – SOS Acne and Congested Skin Facial. I was a bit daunted by the experience especially since I’m a bit claustrophobic (goggles and lights placed closely around the face was intense), but Vaishali was very friendly and put me at ease talking me through each step, which I appreciated. I have booked recently 4+1 free sessions of RF Lift & Firm - Skin Tightening Facial. The treatment has been carried by Therapist Claire Lewis. I have found the treatment performed expertly with additional bonus of the very comfortable room and very soothing music. Claire is very skilled therapist with excellent manners and very pleasant demeanour. She also managed to carry one of the sessions in a such a way that it calmed my frayed nerves when I came very stressed due to some difficult personal circumstances. I have not finished the whole treatment yet, but I have already received one complement on my complexion. I hope very much that the results will be more prominent after the whole treatment. L. G.

Turned up for appointment to be told it’s cancelled due to broken machine. Apparently I was sent an email informing me this morning. First of all how impersonal and secondly it was never received. Sign on door saying due to staff shortages… makes me wonder if machine actually is broken. I should add, I had phone call confirming last night and also a message today at 11am to confirm the appointment that app had been cancelled… I travelled back across London for this appointment after also taken 1/2 day annual leave and paying for 2 hours parking whilst I waited for my slot. All in all costing me more than the treatment itself. I’m expecting very large GOGW upon receipt of this review.

I had a full leg and holly wood + manicure with Kamini - both were excellent! The wax was done very quickly but with close attention to detail, the manicure as well was done with lots of attention to detail and I have left a very happy customer. I would recommend Kamini to anyone, she was very patient with me and made me laugh :)

I had a lovely facial from Kamin. She was so thorough and could tell she is really passionate about her job. The previous customer showed up late, so they rang in advance to tell me they were running a bit behind so I didn't have to wait. My face was glowing afterwards, will definitely return.

Booked in for a hot stones massage through treat well. Got a text reminder and email to confirm the time 4 hours prior to the treatment. Turned up 5 mins early, and was told that I was an hour late to my appointment. I was confused as this was incorrect and was told by them that they moved my appointment to an hour earlier. I showed the the text reminder from 4 hours prior that i was early but they kept saying I couldn't get the treatment because I was an hour late. I showed my call log and told them I didn't receive a call that you moved my appointment. So you moved my appointment without confirming that I could come earlier before moving it. If you called I would have been happy to come an hour earlier. Although I got my refund, I was gutted I could get the treatment as really needed it, but am upset that I kept being told that I couldn't get the treatment done because I was late, when I am not to blame for this situation.

This is probably the worse booking experience I've had! I booked my facial appointment and have since received more than 6 calls to discuss/change my booking that apparently is not showing properly, and I was supposed to sort it out! I accepted the date change and was contacted again 2x after in a matter of 30min to validate which platform was used to book and the caller was relieved that frustrated I told him "should I cancel the appointment?" as apparently he couldn't deal with the error. This is absurd and a horrible customer experience I'm never booking with them again.

I had a facial Treatment done by Kamini. She is very through and make sure that I’m alright throughout the treatment. When I have doubt about what’s the product, she will explain nicely to me. There isn’t any hard sale after the treatment which i like it a lot. The skills is perfect too. Will consider to come back again for treatment when I come to London for a trip. :)

I attended treat beauty for the first time today for a Hollywood wax. I was really scared as I am bad with pain however Kamini really put me at ease. She did the wax within 10-15 mins it was super quick and virtually pain free. She is super lovely! I will definitely be coming again. I have been suffering from acne and discolouration for years and wanted to get rid of my skin concerns. Aneri has helped me through each step from getting a skin consultation to choosing the right treatments for my concerns. I am currently going through a mixture of treatments as I purchased a bundle of 4 chemical peels and 2 micro needling sessions. After my first chemical peel, I was given a tailored skin treatment plan which has been working extremely effectively on my skin. I have seen a massive reduction in breakouts and also increased fading of my acne scars. My main concern was my discolouration and after just the first micro-needling session, my dehydrated skin was much more plumper. My discolouration has had a noticeable reduction, which was seen through my before treatment photos and after treatment photos. I have completed my third treatment, which was a chemical peel and so far I am very happy with my results. I cannot wait to see my end results. I would 100% recommend Treat Beauty London.

My treatment was done by Kamini, I had an eyebrow and eyelash tint, she is very professional and knows exactly what she is doing. I was very pleased with the results and no tint left on my skin! Which in previous clinics Iv had to clean the tint off my skin myself. I’m definitely going to rebook Kamini for my future treatments.

I had several treatments but I have to say my 40 minutes massage with Shradha was heaven. She managed to help me drastically reduce a big neck pain I had for months. I had Manisha for lashlift/tint and brow shape. She really is amazing. So pro and talented! Facials here are very good value. And they do care for your skin. Ask for Davina or Vaishali. Manicure and Pedicure are a little pricy but Alexandra is wonderful. She's very gentle and patient. I'd recommend her.

Excellent service from the moment I booked my treatment. I went for the hydradelux facial 90mins. Usually £150 but got a 20% discount. Was amazed by the knowledge and expertise of Alessandra . Talked me through the facial steps as I like to know exactly what’s going on. My face looked thoroughly cleansed hydrated and sculpted.
