This was my first time ever going to a Five Guys restaurant, and i was not dissapointed! Hands down the best burger and fries i have ever had the pleasure to eat. I had the bacon cheeseburger, with regular fries, and Oreo milkshake. It was truly beyond all expectation i have ever had for a fast food restaurant. Ended up eating here more than once during my 5day trip to London. Staff were also very friendly, it was clean and all over a pleasant atmosphere.

Only my second ever Five Guys visit. I have never had anything more salty than their fries. You will need a gallon of fluids to wash it down so it is good they have a free refill drink option albeit expensive. Positives were that it was a good location, food service was swift and the seating area was clean and quiet. Think it will be my last visit and wouldn't recommend it to others.

No nonsense/frills. First visit burger and fries were delicious. The burgers are made from fresh minced meat, with a choice of 15 toppings to choose from.Would definitely go again and highly recommend 😋

A bit overpriced place, but you can add whatever you want in you burger. Their chips are delicious and you can get as much mayo & mustard you want. Bottomless (any kind you want) sodas is a plus. A bit slow service.

Usual Five Guys fare, music overhead, swift service and delicious food. Never had a bad meal yet, all branches offer a decent meal and the staff are friendly. Window seating offers a excellent view of Kings Cross so you can see life go by.

First!!! The staff are very nice! We were first time in "Five Guys", and they explained everything... The meal was delicious and enough. French fries with peel was very interesting to me... :)

The burger was expensive but was very juicy and filling indeed and the fries were not too bad either...it's decor is very basic but it was very clean and tidy so that worked for me 🙂 would definitely go again. You get unlimited refills on your drink so of course the big kid that I am, I mixed mine but I only went up once.😉

My second time in Five Guys (this week) and still great. Definitely my favorite food chain. Find it more unique and refreshing than the usual big chains. Let me know when you are opening franchise in Hungary as well.

Sad Times, been waiting a long time to try Five Guys, should have went to Burger King. Greeting was not great, they looked confused I was a customer asking for a burger. 24 quid, cheese burger fries and a drink. Paid and then got moved to the waiting area. Lots of people….worlds slowest burger making team I think….stood waiting for about 30 minutes. Was about 6 people behind the counter….looked like us customers were bothering them. Food … burger was cooked, but to be honest no flavour…fries were coated which I asked for but really powdery … nice like I’d expect peri flavour fries. I can tick it off my list at least.

First timer of the Five Guys customer. Grab a nice and tasty food for lunch. Didn't expect the size of it! Really big portion for the hamburger. Located quite near the King's Cross Station, it can be your best option to have a meal while waiting for your train or if you just arrived from the station.

A generous amount of chips were given but they were slightly salty for my taste. The free peanuts were a good snack whilst we waited for our food. Though the wait was not too long considering the lunch rush on a weekday. The staff were nice and friendly.

An alternative to kebab after a great night out. I went there after a gig and had a cheeseburger which was absolutely delicious!

It was my first time visiting Five Guys as I’m not very often allowing myself to have something I call “cheat” meals. My experience was absolutely amazing. Greg looked after me perfectly! His recommendations were spot on and his caring nature and friendly personality really made my first experience a memorable one at Five Guys! Greg is a real credit to your business! Fantastic guy! Thank you 😊

Visited on a busy Friday night and the atmosphere and service provided was top tier. The manager was at the front of the store welcoming customers and helping to get them served promptly. The food was great as always. Definitely a fun vibe inside and I will be visiting again soon.

Nice place to eat. Fresh burger, fresh fries. Not busy at that time. Also a very nice view. I can swear that i saw a broom in the air, maybe harry potter was going to Hogwarts.

Way better than SS. Everything is cleaner. Burger and fries are fresher. Staff are friendly and initiative. Always add grilled mushrooms and grilled onions. Simply delicious!!

Great location just outside of King's Cross. It's good for watching the world go by whilst enjoying a tasty meal. Bit on the expensive side, but free refills on drinks and huge portions!

The staff was friendly and quick, the restaurant was clean and the sauces were properly topped up, one of the drink machines wasn't working and am not sure if they no longer offer peanuts while waiting, but overall a really good branch for this lively burgers

Really good five guys. It was the first place we visited in London 🤣 You can see king Cross and St pancreas. Just can get really busy. Glad the service is very quick and efficient. We got our burgers in under 15 minutes 😋

Second five guys I've had recently following a positive experience in the Fulham branch. Seems that five guys are winning me over! Good juicy burger, Cajun fries, and bottomless Dr pepper, all made quickly and very delicious. The staff were very friendly too. Just a stone's throw from Kings Cross Station/St Pancreas International so good for a bite while you wait for your train. Prices are a bit more expensive than other fast food burger chains, but I'm starting to think it's worth it!

Friendly staff, yummy food. Relatively clean restrooms. Free refills on drinks as usual and free mayonaise and ketchup, also as usual with Five Guys. Bit on the pricey side but way different experience than McDonalds.

Very nice experience, food tasty, great customer service. As soon I get inside somebody call me trying to help, she was very kind. A little pricey but the burger and fries were amazing!! I couldn’t finish all portion of fries as it was very big.

It was late night, and full of the weird and esoteric. We've never been to this branch before so perhaps this was a one off, but really not a great experience!!! The food was overcooked and the queues were ridiculously long, with random drunks wandering back and forth. As a whole Five Guys is usually better than this, but this particular branch was way below par and left us feeling like we needed to have a good bath after visiting!!! The toilets were soaked in urine and unusable!!! Awful experience!!! Never Again!!!

Yes had a burger with chips & strawberry & cheese cake milkshake... Burger was on point chips were tasty... didn't think much of the milkshake i should have just had strawberry.. without the cheese cake 🎂

This place is awesome. I visit every time I am in London. There is five guys every where but this has to be the best. Food is awesome but what's even better is the staff. I am sure they are told to be polite and happy to customers but you can tell when someone means it and not doing it because they have to and this is what you get here. Real passion to help and serve. Well done guys five star from me.

Great food! However, I do wish there were more veggie options. The customer service could have been a bit better since they did seem a little dismissive. But otherwise, a good experience.

A little busy and noisy, but yeah it's the real American experience wright? The meat paddy's were one of the best I've tasted in a fast food burger place like this, the fries we're also very good. Burger, fries and a Budweiser for about 18£, worth the price.

Amazing burgers, try the spicy fries too. Not cheap, but then these are first class burgers!
