Love this shop. Every card for every occasion. Many beautiful ballons to choose from. A treasure trove of lovely gifts. The staff are very welcoming and only to happy to help you.

Friendly and helpful! Wonderful selection on balloons, gift wrap, cards and gifts. This is now my 10th year of being a customer here, and I have never been disappointed or not found what I required!!

This local shop has so much choice when it comes to cards and nic nacs for any type of celebration. The ladies are very helpful. Definitely worth a visit and browse around the store. Always a good place for cards as they have such a wide range for all occasions

I found the manager incredibly rude and unhelpful, even though I spent a small fortune on my child’s 2nd birthday. She was very unprofessional and began talking about me to other staff complaining I had left it too late to plan my child’s birthday. I’m not sure why she felt the need to be so rude And what business it was if hers?! (she thought I’d left the shop and I hadn’t) I was so upset! I would say the stock is very dated and the prices are RIDICULOUSLY HIGH! You would pay a lot less even in somewhere like Hitchin or online. And get a much better service! I only ever go in if I’m really stuck!

A lovely local shop filled with anything you may need for gifts and cards, friendly staff and reasonably priced, what more could you want?

They have pretty much all that you need to celebrate the special events and very friendly.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. I needed 3 birthday cards for my nieces one for a 21st and two for an 18th the 18 cards are for twins so I wanted them to be different but very similar which is harder to get than you would think especially this close to Christmas. The lovely ladys looked through their stock that wasn't on display and found exactly what I needed. The service is outstanding and very much appreciated.

Always find what I need in here, and have so enjoyed watching the shop evolve over the years- clearly so much time & love put into it all. Everything from thoughtful gifts, unique gifts, to funny gifts. Definitely any card you could ever need too! The balloons are fab, so many choices and variations. Sarah & Belinda always go out of their way to help, thank you for helping me when I really needed it!

Wonderful shop with a fantastic array of gifts and buys. Unique and different. A quiet little secret in a beautiful location. The staff were really helpful and went out of their way to find us what we were looking for. Lots of parking too.

A bit disappointed as balloons deflated same day as purchase. The smaller helium balloons were okay however the more expensive ones deflated extremely quickly. Such a shame. (picture was taken less than 24 hours after purchase)
