We came here to look at the fish and pick up some aquatic plants. We were given loads of useful advice. The manager was incredibly knowledgeable and happy to share advice. It makes a nice change as a lot of aquatic shops in the area seem to be only interested in selling you more products, rather than actually helping. The fish all looked in great condition, and they have a great stock if discus. We also picked up some bits and pieces for the dog. Everything seemed really good value. I would definately recomend this place.

An amazing pet shop and fish store for all your needs. The shop is very welcoming and clean, especially the aquatic department which is rare now days. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, they will offer honest, transparent information, wether you are a beginner or pro. They will never try and sell you stuff you dont need. They are also honest with fish compatibility, they obviously care highly for their live stock. Ive had fish, plants and shrimp here, all have flourished, they clearly have good suppliers.

We went to purchase some tropical fish and get the water tested. The young woman who served us was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about fish. My husband and I are complete novices when it comes to tropical fish and she took the time to explain what kind of fish we would be best starting with, food and how to feed them, ideal temperature etc. We brought along a sample of water from our tank which was tested for free. After having gone to other pet stores and being told to just buy some fish and "chuck them in" I would not go anywhere else. The fish I purchased are still swimming happily around and look perfectly healthy to me. We will definitely be going again to get more fish and other supplies. Excellent customer service, thank you.

Fantasic fish section. Got myself a Male Betts and only having a limited experience with these fish I was throughly advised with the correct way to maintain my tank and look after my new fishy boy. Thank you Ian. 10/10 would recommend !

Unfortunately now closed by the looks of things, the groomers “nutty about grooming” is still Open, but the pet shop and aquatics Centre is closed 😒

Ian & Claire have both been, knowledgeable, helpful and patient with the process of helping me setup my first aquarium. Always happy to listen my stupid, newbie questions and provide sincere and courteous feedback and advice. Honestly could not recommend them enough, 5 stars all round 👍🏻

We’re not allowed to cut the dogs hair. Quote from ‘groomer’. £30 for a wash, a brush and a nail job that left very sharp nails.

The young girl in there was brilliant she held the rabbits all the time so they are very friendly. Can get everything you could possibly need for you pets including duck food which is great as alot of pet shop don't do duck food.

I shop here regularly for my aquatics. Always really helpful, fish tanks are always clean. Always given good healthy advice, and I'm never pushed into buying anything that is not suitable for my tank. Ian is very knowledgeable. Nice friendly trustworthy staff. Highly recommend.

We had our elderly dog groomed today, she looked absolutely beautiful when we collected her. The lady who did her was so kind and careful with cannot recommend Nutty about Grooming enough.
