People very helpful. It’s a new site and very well organised. Even if it’s traffic it’s easygoing. A bit far from our area but that’s the situation. We’re welcome such place. I hope in a professional recycling and a minimal pollution.

We couldn't find the exit.... Arrows would help. Otherwise, the assistants were helpful at the entrance. There was a man who looked pretty miserable just standing around in the rain. Maybe shelters could be put up for the workers?

The new booking system worked well and social distancing was well maintained at Lamby Way today. For the most part everything is running as usual up there, but expect to queue if it is fully booked. I turned up just about on time and was allowed straight on site after confirming my booking.

Modern , large recycling facility. Tip: Oils, paints, batteries, rubble etc are downstairs. Most other stuff is up the ramp. Make sure you do the downstairs stuff first else you'll need to go.out turn left and back into the site again.. Ask the staff at the gate. All staff there were very helpful.

My wife and I visited Lamby Way tip today, the first time for several years. The check in man was extremely pleasant and polite. I didn’t expect the service we experienced, the 2 gentlemen we had contact with can only be described as fantastic. They were very polite and immediately started unloading the varied refuse from the car. Certainly way beyond what we expected. I didn’t take their names but it was around 2.30. Pm.Tuesday afternoon. Thank you for your help we were very grateful and impressed.

Helpful and friendly staff always willing to guide you or help lift things. Well thought out lay out. The charity shop on site is a great addition to prevent stuff going to landfill and to help those that can't afford new. The booking function means you know you won't wait ages when you get there.

The people who work here are top quality gents. Love coming here for an afternoon out even if I only have one thing to recycle.

Really impressed with how efficiently everything was set out, and the staff were really courteous and professional. No queing, allocated my own bay (just remember to reverse in), with plenty of skips for the allocated items. All in all, my visit took less than 10 minutes, so extremely happy!

I attended the recycling part today and 3 helpers appeared and sorted my stuff out within minutes. Excellent service 5 star !! I then took stuff to the Cabin and again excellent service and my donations were sorted out in a very short time, again 5 Star service. Brilliant work to Lamby Way .. 5star from me twice over.

Superb tip. The guys here are helpful and honest, and it is so well organised. Really impressed.

Well managed with booked time slots. The new reverse-in parking is a bit of a struggle for the uninitiated. Look out for the "Grab a bargain" shop near the entrance which accepts and sells articles too good for the tip.

Staff were friendly and happy to direct. Open late on a Sunday.

Friendly welcome, even though I was early. Lots of space and good directions. Interesting the way they encourage re-use as well as recycling.

Wish they had waste fabric recycling. Otherwise professional, and the little shop at the end is great

Always use this site and went there at 10am this morning with 2 drums of waste oil and was told by the guy on the entrance sorry you can only tip one as its classed as commercial waste he was rude and not nice I always take 2 drums at a time it's not like I dump it on the side of a road or down a drain and I can't see the problem if I had 20 drums fair enough but this is the 1st time I knew about this be careful guys what u take next time

Staff were brilliant there today, with helping me sort different items. Very friendly and clear with giving instructions. Can't fault the guys, thank you!
