    I have been training outdoors with Georgia W from West London Fitness for nearly a year now, and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. The sessions are hard, but great fun and have improved my fitness but also my broader health enormously. Would not hesitate to recommend - as I did to my parents, both of whom now train with Georgia.

    West London Fitness is the place to train. Georgia W has had nothing but a positive impact on my life since I started training with her some months ago now. As a new Mum, I found it hard to carve out space for myself and to do something positive for both my physical and mental health. Georgia has designed my training to be appropriate for my current level of fitness but with enough stretch to push me. I look forward to my sessions with her every week!

    Georgia W is the best trainer I've had in my life, no doubt. Aside from being a funny, friendly, fabulous person, she pays very strong and careful attention to me and the workouts I go through with her. She observes me performing different routines and is able to help me do them better for my body. She noticed that I have hypermobility straight away (other trainers haven't) and my nine months with her so far have made me a lot fitter and stronger than since my uni days. We have also talked though things like my diet, minor strains I've done to my legs away from her, and her knowledge is breathtaking. I cannot recommend Georgia W enough and guarantee she is worth everything.

    Two years ago I made the decision to finally address my chronic lower back problem through personal focused core exercise. I have never looked back. Jamie is the supreme professional who somehow manages to combine his deep understanding of the human body and a compassionate nature, in his approach to exercise. I am stronger than I have ever been, in spite of years of trying to keep fit. I could not recommend him highly enough.

    Karl has been brilliant - he is an expert who makes exercise fun. My sonā€™s aims for his physique and fitness are noticeably being achieved after just 10 sessions with Karl. And itā€™s an attitude that he can now carry with him for life, as Karlā€™s such a great role model. Thank you!

    Georgia at West London Fitness, Ealing was exactly what I needed. She helped me identify areas in my life that were holding me back from reaching my goals and helped me find ways to improve that suited my lifestyle and my goals. She helped me build a long term sustainable routine that Iā€™ve been able to implement in my daily life even after I finished my sessions. Iā€™m still reeling the benefits, months after my last session. Definitely worth making an investment in yourself and getting a sessions pack with Georgia! She was also very flexible with training slots which was perfect for me.

    This is the best personal training gym in Ealing. I have been training with Karl Gibson for over 8 years and I have never felt stronger or fitter. Karl is a former professional rugby player and his knowledge of training all ages and abilities of clients is second to none. He has the instinctive ability to understand each client and tailor their training to suit the individual. He is also excellent at training you around any injuries or health issues which might arise. You will never feel uncomfortable or out of place in this studio which we call home. West London Fitness is a true community.

    I've been going to the gym at West London Fitness in Ealing for about the last 3 years, where I have been working with a Personal trainer called Jamie Lea. I have really enjoyed working with Jamie. He understands my goals and our sessions are tailored with those goals in mind. They are always demanding and hard work but never too much so. In the last 3 years I have gone from someone who could barely run a bath to running 10k's in reasonable times. As well as improving my fitness Jamie advises on diet and nutrition and this year I lost around 11kg. Most importantly my fitness sessions are always fun and enjoyable. Other members of the family go to West London and use other trainers there and are equally impressed. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to improve aspects of their fitness and well being.

    Iā€™ve been training with Jay for over two years and I must say Iā€™ve seen significant improvements in my overall health. Not only have I lost the weight that I wanted but the pain in my knee has reduced significantly. I had a personal trainer before Jay but Iā€™m now progressing in the way that Iā€™d like.

    I'm very much enjoying my training sessions with Carol at West London Fitness (I've had about 14 so far) - the gym is small but very functional, the trainers are friendly, and provide good workouts in a nice atmosphere. Would recommend!

    Iā€™m probably quite typical of many women my age (40): Iā€™m a mummy and have a busy but rewarding job, and those two things are my prioritiesā€¦. meaning fitness is a lower down the list and itā€™s very easy to let it drop off completely. Cue Georgia at West London Fitness, who has made it achievable and enjoyable to stick to a once-a-week training session, and just that small thing ā€“ routine and accountability to a trainer ā€“ gives me a baseline from which physical activity becomes part of my lifestyle, making it so much easier not to make excuses or simply forget to exercise. I now also run (ok not far as yet, but I do get off my bum!), do yoga, and do other home workouts regularly, all because exercise is much more a part of my mindset, and I know itā€™s not ā€œdifficultā€. And importantly, through Georgiaā€™s patient advice, I know how do all those things properly to get the best out of them. The set-up at West London Fitness, and specifically Georgiaā€™s approach, works really well for me. The workouts are varied each week so itā€™s never boring or monotonous. We focus on what my body needs and can manage ā€“ so itā€™s challenging but achievable, and itā€™s about ā€œcontinuous progress, not perfectionā€. The studio is small, really friendly, and never ever intimidating. And Georgia understands and makes it ok if, for example, childcare issues mean missing a week: having that weekly scheduled time means we just pick up again next time rather than falling out of the routine completely. It's an investment in myself that I wish Iā€™d started years and years ago!

    West London Fitness makes you feel at ease when personal training at their gym, the team are friendly, supportive and motivate you to achieve your full potential. The atmosphere is positive and their is a great balance of work hard, play hard and have a good laugh! Personal trainer Jay Oxley PT has a friendly nature and a real focus on training and achieving your goals. Jay is professional, personable, knowledgeable and really cares about your progress! I have really enjoyed my experience training with Jay! I would highly recommend West London Fitness and my personal trainer!

Iā€™ve been training with Jamie Lee for a while now and cannot recommend him highly enough.     I started training with Jamie at West London Fitness after a hospital stay left me with low energy and rapidly diminishing muscle strength. A good friend highly recommended him and Iā€™m so glad I listened to her. Itā€™s no exaggeration to say he has massively helped my physical and mental health. The gym is small and welcoming to everyone whatever their age, fitness level and aims. Highly recommend.

    I was looking for a personal trainer in Ealing for a while, and after reading such positive reviews for West London Fitness I decided to build up the courage and make the call to discuss having training sessions. From the moment I met Jamie Lea he made me feel completely at ease.. going through all elements of fitness, not just exercise (I thought this guy clearly knows what he's talking about). I immediately signed up for ten sessions, that was 3 years ago, and have been having personal training sessions ever since. I found gyms quite daunting, but West London Fitness is friendly, non judgemental, encouraging, safe, clean and the banter is brilliant... Really gets you through. Since covid Jamie has been training me remotely, which is fantastic, the time flies by and I always feel so motivated and encouraged by him. I've seen fantastic results through my training with Jamie and dietary advise he has given me. Who would've ever thought I would be excited to work out, but I really am and it's all down to West London Fitness and Jamie Lea's personal training. Thank you so much Jamie, you got me in my wedding dress and my post pregnancy body back, I always feel encouraged.

    I started seeing Jay at West London Fitness after I was diagnosed with heart failure and my cardiologist recommend a specialist personal trainer to assist my recovery and weight loss. My wife and I found Jay via Google and the location in Ealing/Greenford is really convenient for us. Six months on working with Jay as my personal trainer has been like winning a small fortune and has given me a new lease of life, literally! I used to struggle with walking, had almost constant joint pain and shortness of breath. Since seeing Jay I have reduced all of the above and continue to see him now to improve even more. Jay is qualified to work with persons with health issues and very personable, super friendly and motivating. I canā€™t recommend him and West London Fitness enough. Thank you Jay!

    If you're looking for a personal trainer in Ealing, please get in touch with West London Fitness. They're a friendly, unpretentious bunch, and genuinely care about their clients. I've been having training sessions with Jamie for 4 years now and can't imagine my life without him putting me through my paces each week! Challenging, but fun, and good for my mental as well as physical health. Highly recommend.

    Iā€™ve been training with Georgia W. since seven months now and since weā€™ve started I feel a lot fitter, stronger and as a bonus lost quite some weight. Not only has Georgia W. given me some dietary guidance but also adapts the training according to my needs. When we started I had a lot of problems with my knees however this has become much better now. Georgia W. is such a positive, funny, friendly and motivating person (donā€™t even try to argue with her though šŸ˜‰). I canā€™t recommend her enough.
