Having
a
personal
trainer
is
completely
different
to
what
I
imagined.
me
and
my
partner
started
couple
sessions
with
Jay
and
my
partner
was
definitely
more
keen
than
was
but
Jay
really
adapted
to
both
of
our
individual
personalities.
He
could
be
doing
yoga
with
me
while
doing
heavy
lifting
with
my
partner.
Having
a
personal
trainer
is
pivotal
to
your
motivation
because
whenever
you
feel
like
you’ve
had
enough
there’s
an
encouraging
voice
in
your
ear
telling
you
to
push
that
little
bit
harder
and
you
feel
better
for
it.
Funnily
enough
its
not
the
actual
exercise
itself
that’s
had
the
most
benefits
from
having
a
personal
trainer
but
the
nutritional
advice.
I’ve
totally
changed
my
dietary
habits
since
being
with
Awaken
Fitness.
All
the
little
hints
and
tips
they
give
you
are
amazing
and
Jay
even
sends
out
emails
with
different
recipes
and
food
types
to
try
at
home.
The
diet
and,
essentially,
“homework”
is
one
of
the
most
important
parts
of
it.
My
goal
when
starting
personal
training
was
to
actually
put
on
weight.
Even
tough
my
partner
wanted
to
lose
weight
Jay
managed
to
adapt
to
both
of
our
goals
during
each
session
and
I
actually
put
on
4
kilos
during
my
time
which
i
was
delighted
about.
The
gym
itself
is
lovely,
all
the
guys
at
Awaken
Fitness
are
so
lovely
and
motivating
and
the
equipment/setup
is
perfect,
especially
for
those
who
don’t
like
the
typical
“gym”
setting.
I
would
encourage
anyone
in
Ealing
who
is
thinking
of
getting
a
personal
trainer
to
just
do
it
as
it’s
one
of
the
best
things
me
and
my
partner
have
done
for
both
ourselves
and
our
health.
