    I’ve now had Personal Training for nearly two years in Ealing with Jay Oxley. Jay’s approach to overall fitness has been fundamental in maintaining my commitment. Jay helps motivate and understand and guide your goals. In my case these were to gradually improve my overall fitness and Jay’s encouragement has helped enormously. Jay is supportive and yet makes you challenge yourself and and Jay’s training methods are bespoke to you as an individual. Jay has a holistic approach which encompasses diet as well as training. Above all Jay makes you feel confident and I’m happy to recommend him.

    I have been working with Jay at Fleet Fitness in Aylesbury for a number of months now and have only positives to say. His client manner is excellent and I always look forward to my sessions and feel better afterwards. In terms of results, I have really increased my levels of strength and would recommend Jay to anybody (including and perhaps especially those who like me aren't naturally inclined towards fitness) who wants a friendly, positive and effective PT.

    Having a personal trainer is completely different to what I imagined. me and my partner started couple sessions with Jay and my partner was definitely more keen than was but Jay really adapted to both of our individual personalities. He could be doing yoga with me while doing heavy lifting with my partner. Having a personal trainer is pivotal to your motivation because whenever you feel like you’ve had enough there’s an encouraging voice in your ear telling you to push that little bit harder and you feel better for it. Funnily enough its not the actual exercise itself that’s had the most benefits from having a personal trainer but the nutritional advice. I’ve totally changed my dietary habits since being with Awaken Fitness. All the little hints and tips they give you are amazing and Jay even sends out emails with different recipes and food types to try at home. The diet and, essentially, “homework” is one of the most important parts of it. My goal when starting personal training was to actually put on weight. Even tough my partner wanted to lose weight Jay managed to adapt to both of our goals during each session and I actually put on 4 kilos during my time which i was delighted about. The gym itself is lovely, all the guys at Awaken Fitness are so lovely and motivating and the equipment/setup is perfect, especially for those who don’t like the typical “gym” setting. I would encourage anyone in Ealing who is thinking of getting a personal trainer to just do it as it’s one of the best things me and my partner have done for both ourselves and our health.

    I decided I wanted to do something for myself, to improve my health and fitness. Since October 2019 I have been training with Jay in Ealing. Having never been in a gym before, I was nervous but Jay put me at ease immediately. I never would have believed 4 months ago that I would now be running, boxing, lifting weights and so much more. Every session is different, and I can feel the difference in my fitness levels even after a short time. Having Jay as my PT has given me a new confidence, I feel motivated to get to my sessions and always feel great after training.

    I have just begun week 3 of my 6 week plan with Jay and I’m really enjoying working with him. He is very encouraging and has made everything clear and manageable. I’m feeling healthier and as though I’m helping my body, guided by Jay, which in turn makes me feel more motivated to push myself during the workouts. I wanted to increase my strength and fitness as a dancer, and in turn see what else my body can do in terms of weight training and how it would respond. So far so good, and can’t wait for my end results check-in with Jay!

    I’ve been working with Jay as my personal trainer for almost three months now and despite having a number of health issues I am showing some great results. I am fitter, my flexibility is improving and I’m losing weight. I see Jay in the gym in Ealing twice a week where he really challenges me with motivating and fun workouts. In addition he gives me a variety of ‘homework’ to do during the week so I can continue my fitness training at home. Jay has a wealth of knowledge but more importantly understands when I’m not at my best and is able to adapt to my health issues. This means I get a great training session that is tailored to my abilities and needs each time…what more can you ask for!     I've had Jay as a PT for around four months now. I was looking to shift a bit of lockdown weight and improve my overall fitness - I sometimes need a bit of a kick when it comes to exercise motivation! Over the last four months I've noticed a massive improvement in the weight I can move, technique, fitness levels and my general confidence when it comes to exercise - this is all down to Jay. I couldn't rate him higher and would thoroughly recommend his services to anyone.

    Before working online with Jay, I was having constant issues with body pain during simple tasks in my relatively physical job, which was encroaching on my personal life and hobbies also. Having already been attending the gym by myself to try and solve the issue, but feeling like I was getting nowhere, Jay gave me the guidance, accountability and confidence to really get where I needed to be. A slow realisation that I am relatively pain free with simple physical tasks is the best feeling of the year, and I never would have achieved this without him! He is polite, attentive and best of all completely honest. I feel confident speaking to him about my personal physical and mental ambitions and couldn't be happier with my results so far.

    I started training online with Jay because I needed guidance on getting what I wanted out of working out instead of trying to muddle through myself. I wanted to get overall fitter and to improve muscle strength for the sake of my joints. Not only am I fitter and stronger than I've ever been in my life, I can do 10 full pushups when I used to be able to do 0. That's a big achievement for me! I can't recommend Jay enough if you want a trainer to pay attention to your individual fitness requirements and be able to effectively adapt your training as you grow.

    I have been training with Jay at West London Fitness for 9 months. He's polite, professional and gives me the push that I need. In that timeframe I have gained a lot of confidence in myself and my ability to exercise. Overall I am very happy with the results I have achieved and would highly recommend personal training with Jay.

    I’ve been training with Jay for over two years and I must say I’ve seen significant improvements in my overall health. Not only have I lost the weight that I wanted but the pain in my knee has reduced significantly. I had a personal trainer before Jay but I’m now progressing in the way that I’d like.

    As a busy working mum I've been training with Jay online as I previously trained with him in person but have since moved house. I love his passion for strength and conditioning and and in a short time frame I've loved seeing myself become stronger, fitter and now have the structure I needed to enjoy my training again.     Started 1-1 sessions with Jay to get in shape after giving birth to my son, he made getting back into exercise really easy and listened to what I needed from the personal training sessions. Added bonus my little boy joined me on the sessions which made it really convenient. His PT studio is perfectly set up with everything we needed. Never thought weight training was for me but I found myself loving it. Hitting my goals monthly 🙌

    Jay is a fantastic personal trainer. I went in with a set of goals and within 3 months I'm lifting heavy, eating better and feeling more confident in myself. Jay knows his stuff, he debunks any exercise/ diet myths and explains the science behind what he says. I feel like I get the most of out each training session and always look forward to the next one. I cannot wait to see where i'am physically in another 3 months of working hard with Jay as my PT.

    Having worked with Jay in both a class-setting and 1-1 PT, I'd highly recommend him as a personal trainer. Sessions are not only challenging, but also enjoyable - a necessity if you're not a huge fan of exercise. I've seen a considerable increase in strength since following Jay's programming in and out of the studio gym and have found a love for Crossfit, something I'd never have thought possible previously - he's managed to adapt things due to previous injuries and ailments without issue. He's got a great set-up in Aston Clinton so super handy for local surrounding areas.

    Since working with Jay my strength has improved so much, so quickly. He really listens to understand what you want to achieve, and designs flexible training programs to fit around your life, so they are achievable. I've seen amazing results so far and highly recommend him for personal training.

    Personal trainer Jay Oxley will help you to achieve your fitness goals! Every session is filled with positive attitude which empowers you to work out even harder. I was apprehensive about training due to the lack of knowledge and confidence however once I started fitness training with Jay I felt at ease and started to look forward towards my next sessions as it became an enjoyable part of my weekly routine. Jay shows you how to perform each exercise correctly and pushes you when you need the motivation! If you want a PT who provides you good advice, encouragement, support and motivation to work hard then Jay is the perfect trainer in Ealing. I am seeing great results and definitely getting stronger. I would highly recommend Jay to anyone!
