    Roy has been helping a group of us get up to fitness for a long walk for charity in the new year. He couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. Roy answered all of our questions and provided lots of great training tips with great patience and humour. We all feel much more confident knowing that if we continue preparations and follow the plan he helped us devise, then we should get to the finish line in good shape. Would highly recommend.

    I've signed up for personal training and been really impressed with the communication and information provided prior to my assessment. I was able to meet my trainer prior to starting to establish a relationship and discuss my goals. My first session went really well and I'm looking forward to the next.

    Ealing Fitness Clinic have expertly got me back to training since I slipped a disc in my back skiing. Roy has tailor made my training specifically to help build my core and regain my strength. Highly recommend the whole team at EFC!

    Really great visit to the fitness clinic. Roy was really welcoming and very knowledgeable. Found the session really interesting and useful, looking forward to the S&C sessions in the near future.

    I've been seeing Roy for PT for several months. He's been great at finding the right exercises to improve my flexibility and strength and I am seeing the benefits. Much better than exercising on my own in the gym. And Roy makes the sessions enjoyable too!

    I had a brilliant session with Adam. He took great care to tailor my program to my goals, as well as taking into account the need to work on some old injuries. He pushed just the right amount and really encouraged me. I left feeling re-enthused (and good achy the next day!). I thoroughly recommend!

    I can highly recommend Ealing Fitness Clinic. Roy helped me overcome an injury and get back to playing tennis several times a week. I'm no longer injured but still go back for intermittent sessions on strength and conditioning specific to tennis as I've found it so helpful in keeping me injury free.

    I was lucky enough to spend 3 months working with Roy Summers and his team at Ealing Fitness prior to attempting my 100th half marathon. Their encouragement, focus, and insights helped me build back fitness and strength after injury and to achieve my goal and complete the one hundred. Highly recommend this outfit. Great people to have looking after you and building you up. Can't recommend them enough!

    Had 24 excellent personal training sessions at Ealing Fitness Clinic! My enthusiasm for exercising at home had waned as lockdown drug on, but Roy matched me with PT Phyo based on my goals, and Phyo was fantastic at getting me motivated again! He took my goals and previous injuries into account when developing my workouts, and took care to (nicely, patiently) correct my form to avoid further injury. Phyo and Roy were very in tune to making sure the gym and everyone in it was safe, and respected my comfort level re safety. We worked out just outside one of their spaces as often as possible, and when cases started rising in my area and I was less comfortable getting out and about, Phyo wrote my last several workouts (with video) for me to do at home. Phyo and the workouts he wrote motivated me to reincorporate exercise into my daily life, which was exactly what I wanted. When I need a little boost again in the future I'll be calling them :)

    Roy and his team are a genuine find of all round holistic training and health care. I have been training with Roy for the last eight years and we have managed to maintain fitness levels and stamina over this time. Roy has remarkable patience and superb knowledge of all things fitness. Sessions alway great fun and speed by.I cannot recommend more highly.

    The trainers at the Ealing Fitness Clinic are friendly, considerate and passionate. I know I'm in safe hands after having a total hip replacement. Would highly recommend if you're looking to kickstart your rehab!
