Food was great. Music was very good and loud. Cocktails 🍸 buy one and get one free but tested not to the expectations. Overall amazing experience. Pork ribs and chickens were delicious. Will definitely go again.

Got told we couldn't eat in the restaurant because it was reserved (no reservations, was empty the whole evening) Booked to bowl for after 6pm and had the kids with us when we booked, then got told when we returned that they were not allowed but they would allow us as we had already paid. I had indicated that we had the kids with us when we came in. £5 bowling might be a good deal but not worth it for that level of service especially given that the kids we had with us were special needs.

Absolutely disappointing! Booked lunch and a karaoke for my daughter’s party and had to work as servant bringing drinks from the bar, chasing snacks and food. Snacks took 40min of waiting and arrived after several reminders with main dish! One main dish order was missing so had to wait again.... We would rather have more pleasant lunch somewhere else in the Westfield. No clear communication from staff how the package works. Aparently had to close the bill before moving to karaoke. The bill was wrong charging for bowling and had to audit every item in new bill to make sure no mistakes. No apologies from the manager what so ever. In fact the comment for the bill was that total was almost the same!! Unbelievable! Not going back and do NOT recommend! There should be better places for sure to spend your time

I popped in for a few beers and a quick bite. The staff were nice - particularly the manager - but as the place is so huge it can take time to get a servers attention. The snack was ok and the decor was pleasant. It was quite pricey for what you get. I'll come back for the lanes to try.

A fabulous evening and return to the bowling alley! Ernesto gave us a warm welcome and kept us happy whilst playing bringing some incredibly tasty cocktails. Magdalena is absolutely lovely and patient - it took us a while to make a decision - the food is amazing, in my opinion better than last year and all the staff are great, it's good to see smiles all around after having been away for a while. I lost the game, so need regular visits. See you soon :)

Food was pricy and not very delicious. The steak was tiny. We had to wait 30 mins to get a bottle of wine. Amazingly the food arrived before the wine, no idea how that is possible in nowadays in this kind of restaurant. The good thing was the bowling. The game is fun, nice music was playing in the background and you can eat and drink during the game. Beer was pricy as well like 7-8 pounds for a pint. Will visit again but without eating.

The bowling itself as the core activity was good. However, it is incredibly disappointing that you are made to dine in order to bowl, and the food was absolutely awful and arrived before the drinks. The staff in the restaurant were lovely but we weren’t asked how our meal was, potentially because the answer was obvious. It makes the whole experience very expensive and really takes the shine off what is a nice bowling alley.

Visited All Star Lanes in Westfield on 21.8.22 celebrating a birthday and what a wonderful experience it was!! Very beautiful decor and atmosphere is very friendly. After a game of bowling we journeyed into a private room for Karaoke and sang our hearts out! Ending with a wonderful meal that was plated to perfection! Reasonable prices with a joyful friendly vibe! Highly recommend!

Can’t fault the bowling, had fun there. Also had some other games for £1.25 such as air hockey which was great. However when we were greeted at the door the bouncer was not very welcoming at all. All he said was can i help you then asked how old we were rather than welcoming us nicely and asking politely for ID. Also got charged £17.10 for a beer and a vodka red bull as they had automatically charged us for a double shot which was not asked for. Clean place but these things ruined it for me

My friend and I went there at 10:30pm and ordered two pint of beers. While I went to restroom, the waiter took our beers and food without asking. We asked what happened and he replied back - he thought we left and no sorry with racist attitude. DO NOT RECOMMEND this place for foreigners

The food was really nice would recommend! We went in a group of 7 came down from the north east with our uni (norther school of arts) to look at the art gallery’s. So we stopped at All Star Lanes for some food and bowling late on. But we need our ages verifying with ID for bowling and 3 of us didn’t have any ID not thinking we would need it for bowling. Non of us were drinking either so no problem there, there was. And they refuse a refund to us.

I could not recommend this place enough, good food and drinks, great entertainment, and excellent staff service. My experience was incredible. All the staff was good, but my server Sharnelle made it 10x better and made the experience special. She was extremely friendly and made time to check if we were all good and enjoying our experience. She was also able to help recommend what food and drinks to have as this was our first time here. I can say she did not go wrong with that; it was all so lovely. Overall, it was good vibes; everything was exceptional and memorable, and I will be coming back very soon.

Fun venue to spend 30 mins of bowling with friends. Each game is £10.50 during peak hours. No shoes given so you have to wear your own shoes. There are Photo Booth, air hockey, foots ball, and a few arcade games to choose from while waiting for your lane. Food was average.

I visited this place for a 6 year olds birthday party and my children loved it. The food quality is good and the drinks are representative of the area. It’s really clean and has a fun vibe. The transport links make it easy to get to by bus, underground and car. You can park in the Westfield car parks (just make sure you have an account so you save money).

The staff here are super helpful. The bowling is clean and well stocked and fun. Food was great. The karaoke machine was hard to navigate and fairly slow, but it's also £8 a room so 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ excellent night out good DJ, drinks aren't too expensive either. They also have an immersive game room now which has three games walk in only which last about 15 mins for £5 which isn't bad!

5 star service, super helpful and friendly staff. The drinks and food are great, and me and my friends had a super nice afternoon we loved the atmosphere and the games.

It was a great experience!! Fun time with friends and a Monday offer- groundhog Monday where I paid only £10 per person for 2 rounds (20 frames), otherwise they charge a good £11+ per round per person. They do good mocktails and nibbles, plus it's not very expensive either! A good place to visit!!

We hired the karaoke room for 2 hours for a group of 5. The room was clean and the song choices were great, it was very easy to navigate the system. The staff are also super helpful but one star deducted as we had to keep charging the mics, they were both almost dead on arrival. Also they were very short on staff so we couldn't order drinks from the room. Minor things that didn't spoil the night at all. Be warned the room gets super hot, it was like a sauna even with the aircon.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting All Star Lanes for lunch, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of amazing. The food was absolutely delicious, and I thoroughly enjoyed every dish that we ordered. We started off with the Margherita Pizza, which was the perfect combination of tangy tomato sauce, gooey mozzarella cheese, and crispy crust. It was cooked to perfection and tasted like it was straight out of Italy. Next up were the Chilli Cheese Fries, which were simply divine. The fries were crispy, the chilli was spicy, and the cheese was melted to perfection. We also tried the Classic Mac n Cheese, which was creamy, cheesy, and oh so comforting. It was the perfect side dish to complement our other orders. Lastly, we tried the Buffalo Cauli Wings, which were a revelation. They were crispy, spicy, and just the right amount of tangy. They were the perfect vegetarian option and were a great addition to our meal. The staff at All Star Lanes were absolutely wonderful, especially our waitress who was polite, friendly, and made us feel very welcome. She was attentive and went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was exceptional. The restaurant itself has a great ambiance, with a fun and vibrant decor that made us feel like we were in a retro bowling alley. Overall, I would highly recommend All Star Lanes on Ariel Way, London W12 7FU. The food was amazing, the staff were fantastic, and the overall experience was one that we will never forget. I cannot wait to return and try out more of their menu items!

Incredible staff all round! But huge thanks to Flora and Alina for SAVING THE DAY and making my son's birthday party so special. They went above and beyond to make sure all the boys had a fantastic day and took a lot of stress away from mum and dad! Special mention to Daniel too who looked after us so well and made us feel so welcome. Highly recommend these guys.

The place has a lot of light! It is beautifully designed, open spaces, very clean and the staff is very welcoming and helpful. They have a restaurant and a bar, in which you can order food and drinks separately or to be carried over the Lanes. I lived the "Cuban punch," and my children enjoyed their pizzas and me, my vegan hot dog! There are options for everyone! They have, also, a virtual reality game, so much fun! It is all very well organised and controlled. Highly recommend 👌🏽

Great place. We had so much fun. Playing bowling in 2 private lanes. Rented private room for company Christmas party. Karaoke was great. There should be more games in private room. Also surprising package for a party drinks finishing 1hr before closing time . It could go till closing time and would be much more appreciated.

I can’t lie the service was horrid on Boxing Day - no one at the till to take our payment, no one at the bar to take our bar order, one of the bars was closed, I wanted an Oreo milkshake and the lady told me they close down the machine at 6pm… like is this an everyday thing or only because it was Boxing Day? Additionally the bowling part is quite small I can’t lie but I make the best out of all situations so I made sure to have a good time regardless. I won’t lie their eating area is big so if you’re in Westfields you could grab a quick munch.

Beautiful ambiance and easy acces as entrance of Westfield mall Shepherd bush area But little costly Game than other bowling alley nearby .... All ok but maintenance of toilets and not upkeep disappointed me . Rest all good We enjoyed the games

Staff were nice and so is security. Food is good (7/10) and decent price. They usually have a DJ when you’re bowling so the vibes are definitely good. Drinks can do a bit of work (sweet).

It’s definitely been a while since I’ve experienced excellent service. Nice atmosphere, fantastic cocktails and good food. The service really stood out for me. Staff were very attentive and caring. Prisca, OJ and a few other members of the team. Made my evening so memorable, that it is definitely worth a 5* review. Highly recommend :-)

Really good night out here. I was here for a work event and we were looked after well, the bowling was great fun, the staff were really nice and service was quick and friendly. The food was nice, good range and well presented. The celebrity signed pins were cool to see as well.

Spacious and beautiful place, staff is friendly. They even put candles on the tables which is a plus for me. The Aloha Jar is delicious, found my favorite drink and the burgers are amazing as well ✨ Will definitely come back to try the bowling alley with some friends

Had great service from a server called Brogen. Big smile on her face and was very attentive even though the restaurant was busy and you can tell was very understaffed. Food was slow but she was very attentive and funny. I would come again but the cooking needs to be faster for what it is, burgers.

Unfortunately the service was very slow, we waited almost one hour for drinks and food and they mistakes with our order. The food arrived before drinks. They have to improve this part of the service. The place is nice but if I could I wouldn’t choose to dine there but only to play bowling but this option is not available. Also they didn’t accept the student discount. I have been to another All star lanes and the experience was better( good service and discount applied) I don’t think I’ll come back to this venue

So, we had got tickets for the "Design my Night Jack Daniel's Presents Live Music Festival" at Christmas time, only for us to arrive at the venue and the gig had been cancelled. Even the live band was unaware! Bummer, I know, right?! We requested to speak to the manager for an explanation as to why we weren't notified of the cancellation, also for a refund. We met John who told us that All Star Lanes wasn't the organiser, but as a compensation, he offered us a free meal + bowling 🆓🍽🎳 Every thing was delicious and we got candy canes too

Bowling + nice food + drinks + fun atmosphere = hard to dislike! It was fairly packed and busy during our visit but everyone in our group had a relaxed and enjoyable time. We'll most likely return during busier and calmer periods though.

Apparently very busy, managed to play one game of bowling and was told the next slot was a few hours away. Once we sat down to eat they didn't have one of the drinks on the menu so they decided to not come to tell us but to make us wait until after they gave us our starter and main which was silly. The food was pretty basic and overall felt the whole experience was overpriced

On this week's edition of "eat out" i share my experience at the ALL STAR LANES in white city. Lovely atmosphere, fantastic options when it comes to drinks. Definitely had a great time, the food was fair. I think they could have done better with the steak but surely worth checking out, have fun and enjoy

Value for money and good place for bowling 🎳 in Westfield White city

Supporting this year's Jack's Winter Lodge at Westfield, bad service since the fries we ordered never arrived. We asked for a refund. Not recommended

They let us in even though we arrived there a bit earlier. The bowling alley was decent and nice. The restaurant was good but the food and drinks were average. The staff were lovely and welcoming. The fact that you have to dine in mandatorily with a main course if you book for bowling in the peak timings (as shown in their website) is not mandatory. The choice is left to you. I would go there to bowl again but I am not dining there again.
