Fantastic to have a local pet shop - big but - staff sullen and unhelpful . Just bought some over priced weed for goldfish and watched as the assistant picked out the three smallest and raggedy bits. Not which ones would you like. I want to support local shops but really make it easy and smile and offer a service.

I like this pet shop. I always find the staff, particularly the owners, to be very helpful, knowledgeable and polite. They have a good mixture animals for sale, including snakes, tortoises, Guinea pigs, tropical fish and gold fish. They all seem to be properly cared for in the shop, and the fish I have bought from here have always been healthy. They also have a really good selection of foods, supplements, toys, etc. for your pets. There is also a dog grooming service at the back of the shop which always seems to be busy with lots of happy dogs and owners. The shop loses a point only because it needs a bit of a tidy up and some decluttering. But that's not a big deal and doesn't affect the shopping. Definitely worth a visit.

Thanks Chiswick Pets for doing such a great job grooming Rudy - she was a little nervous but when I came back to pick her up she was calm and happy - everyone says how smart she looks too - thank you!

Was such a lovely pet shop such a shame to see three baby bearded dragons in the same tank. They shouldn’t be together as one will dominate the other and even bite off bits of the other ones tail, toes and limbs. I do hope you separate them.

The owner of the shop, is extremely rude and unable to accept feedback without taking offense. Very unprofessional

I am so glad i discovered this shop! The staff is soo friendly and its well stocked. For a small shop its great, has so much variety. Way better than Peefer pet shop in ealing, the main lady who is the manager is mostly rude and everything is over priced.

So helpful in advising on treats, food and a carrier for my new puppy. Great selection of products and really helpful friendly staff

This place is comedy - it’s the loudest place in chiswick about mandatory mask wearing (all caps signs, multiple signs, even children must wear masks), and yet all three of the employees are chilling without masks. I don’t even care about masks one way or the other, but the loud attitude and hypocrisy are galling

This is a wonderful pet shop that has looked after my pets for many years and keeps on getting even better

Great selection of dog food, toys and clothing; however they should really put some effort into the decor/refurbishment as it looks pretty dingy and depressing. Otherwise, very nice shop

5 stars because: * the people are friendly and knowledgeable * they can put you in touch with great locals for pet setting * they stock my cat's food (basically the only store in London it turns out!) * but the biggest draw here is Mika, the store cat. She never tires of pats and tickles and is just ever so sweet and lovely!

Staff are obnoxious and rude. We try to avoid at all cost. Older man is the worse so arrogant! Over priced and dirty. Saving grace are the groomers in the back.

Excellent choice of dog and cat food and particularly healthy dog treats. However the fish display is a bit sad.
