We went to B&M to buy a rug. Found what I needed and thought " it's what I want but I want to see it opened up " as the packaging didn't have a photo of the design. So deciding I'll buy it I opened the package , within seconds a very rude screaming woman started abusing me for opening up the rug. I explained that I'm buying it , she continued with her abuse. In the end I told her politely to go away and went over and paid. Now I'd made my decision to buy it and I didn't need some desperate old woman throwing her rudness around. Absolutely no customer service , uneducated inexperience staff . No wonder the store is always empty . Awful place that attracts the commons. Update: we decided to visit the store again: No air condition hence the entire row of chocolates were completely melted with the store still pushing them to sell, service we have marked as the worse in the area . Extremely rude , no training in customer service .

I don't normally visit B&M but my daughter wanted to see what they had. She picked up a few items and I grabbed some tea bags (2x boxes, 50% extra, just £6). There are some great bargains (just try and keep tomorrow shopping list or you'll have a trolley load of items you didn't know you needed).

Usually a good place to pick up household essentials at a reasonable price as well as some fun bargains you didn't know you needed! This time it was just a lot of tatt - guess it must be Christmas.

Good value pet snacks. Crowded and chaotic now that Wilko has gone from the high streets for the time being. Slow check out and limited queuing space when busy.

Good selection of items. Also nice Xmas items I was going to buy floating shelves which were even cheaper than the listed price being in clearance so was worth going to B & M .

Great products at very competitive prices. Check out is always slow but you can't have everything.

Not impressed, most shelves were empty, and the prices have gone right up. No staff available to help and big queues at checkout, only one counter working.

Overall very clean and organized. Lots more staff on hand, who seem very helpful. Vast collection of different items to purchase.. My only gripe is the plants, the lack of care i.e. not watering the plants, not fit for sale..

Great as always but they might want to re-stock items on empty shelves. Prices are slightly on the high side this year, which was unexpected.

Store is quite big and it has alot of stock and best thing pleanty of parking avaiable. The prices for goods are ofrdable and should.be able to save some money in compranson to major super markets. The only change I would make is, possibly have more staff on tills and rows in the store need to be little wider.

It's always disappointing when you travel specifically to a store in order to avail yourself of products that are advertised as regular stock items only to find that there's just no sign that they ever actually stock them. Bicycle parking is equally well ignored, but there's a good steel rail protecting the shopping trolleys to the right of the main doors that'll serve as sufficient security.

Some iles were a bit confusing to reach, but well-stocked store. Definitely needs more staff at the checkouts, as ques were leading into the iles opposite.

Big B&M discount store with plenty of choices. Till queues can get a bit long. Plenty of parking available.

My first time at B&M, so I had no expectations. Went for cheap laundry powder and ended up buying so much more. It's easiest to get there by car, there is plenty of parking, but can also be reached by using the E6 bus. Would benefit from having more staff and tills open.

I come here every other week for cleaning products, pet food, electrical. They have disabled parking and do a good range of products but the only thing I will not buy from any B&m store is furniture, I bought Chester draws from them once when they first opened and it fell apart in a week.

Plenty stock on shelfs, but only grudge is shelfs always turned over in most aisles due to customers carelessness.only other issues is either price tags on shelfs either missing or not right product in the tagged area.staff are always polite and helpful though.

All B&M store's are basically the same,so they's no problems finding what you're looking for if you are used to shopping at any of their stores. I love their stores, even if it's just a window shopping day and a good look around. Always something interesting to check out.

I love this place, especially Yeading branch. Management and staff are ALWAYS 5 * with customer service. Staff are always ready to help customers. Great for parking, easy to find items, store is always tidy and organised. I Never leave this place without a bargain. Been to many b & m stores but this is definitely the best and is definitely my favourite store simply because the staff are always welcoming. Thank you all for a great shopping experience as I know retail can be a bit stressful but b & m Yeading never fail. keep up the great service 👍🏾

It is a large store selling most things for the home and garden. Reasonably priced. Staff were filling shelves and were busy. I would like the shop decor and signage to be more pleasing. It is missing something. It comes across as dull and uninviting.

Great place for buying homewares and some tinned foods. I always come out with more goods than that which I went in for. Good for some plants also but I wish the staff would water them in the morning when they put them out.

Nice store. Good prices. Most of the staff are lovely and helpful, but some need to be more better in communicating with customers.
