Lovely little free farm to visit near Leyton, a stone's throw from the Francis road shops. Our daughter loved feeding the cheeky goats and we found the staff to be really nice. There were also bunnies, turkeys, donkeys, geese, pigs, alpacas, Shetland ponies and chickens. A good half an hour or so of entertainment for the little one. Nice play area just outside the farm too with plenty to keep the kids amused for another half hour or so! Tips: Parking: We found parking nearby on a residential road on a Saturday (the place itself has no parking). Cash: Bring some change for a bag of animal feed! 50p/Β£1. Toilets: There are loos onsite (for some reason the website says that there aren't any). Cafe: There was a cafe but it was closed when we visited in the middle of Oct 2021.

Nice compact farm to take young children for a morning/ afternoon out. There is a good selection of animas to see and some that you can feed. Plus a snack bar to grab snacks, drinks and hot food. There is also a play area outside of the zoo gates where the park is. My son had great fun. Parking is limited, is pay and display and located in the bays to the right hand side and left hand side, just as you turn onto Skelton Road. Cost me Β£3.60 for 3 hours which really I only needed about 1.5 hours, but still reasonable.

Lovely little farm. Most of the animals are petable, great to bring the kids. A 10p coin is recommended for the food one can buy to give the animals

Free entrance but you can donate. They charge for groups (over 10 people). They have guided visits too. Animals: Hens, ducks, geese, peacocks, two ponies, two cows, sheep, goats, alpacas, rabbits (a gigantic grey rabbit), guinea pigs. They usually have pigs, turkeys and donkeys but haven't seen them lately. There are picnic tables, a cafΓ©, toilet facilities, places to sit and wait for the rain to go away. There's a park with playground right outside. Once we were lucky to come during feeding time and a lady was encouraging children to help feed the friendly goats and cows. Peacocks and chickens might be wandering around. Closed on Mondays.

It's a beautiful farm with a well equipped park. My children love the farm animals and always get excited to go there. Very nice play area for children. The nature around is so beautiful with big trees and gardens. The animals at farm are harmless and human friendly.. Birthday parties can be arranged too.

Our first visit to Brooks Farm. It's a cute little farm. There are hens that walk around freely that you can stroke. You can buy food to feed the goats and the alpacas. That was fun. There was a lady there from the RSPB. she gave us lots of useful info about wildlife and birds. But I'm not sure if she is there all the time.

Enjoyable little city farm with a decent range of animals considering its location! Ideal for a walkaround, you can even get food to feed the excitable animals! 🐐 🐐 🐐 Apparently eggs are available too!

You have to walk in to Jack Cornwell Park (it has a playground) to get to this small but nice free farm. It houses chickens, rabbits, sheeps, goats, few ponies and cows. They have a small carousel and bouncy castle Β£2 each. It also has a small shop for Ice-cream, cold and hot drinks. All on street parking only available for residents. However 10 minute walk away there's car park Waltham Forest Council Stanley Road E10 7EQ Β£1 for an hour or Β£5 for all day.

What a lovely team. Took my 2 year old grandson to the farm who unfortunately fell over at the entrance. Wonderful staff who went out of their way to make sure he was ok, with firstaid and drinks. We were welcomed back the next day and had a great time seeing all the animals. Many thanks

A great place to see some cute and interesting farm animals. It’s smaller than a lot of other city farms but definitely worth a visit.

Was really nice spending time with the animals. A world away from the hustle and bustle of London.

nice local farm however it is closed quite often due to different issues. Can't find the information about closing on the web - just you find out when you get there even if the google maps says it is open.
