After several attempts with our GP and NHS walk in clinics, we have found our selves in a delayed treatment which resulted in more desperate state of medical treatment. Medstar Clinic and Dr. Turan have been highly recommended and we have found our selves more relieved than ever before with our health concerns. We have received a great welcome and amazing care throughout the process. The staff are very polite and caring. Doctors spend more time with individuals and answer any questions that the patients might have. I was impressed with the service and the highly recommend any one who is seeking for private consultations. They provide a range of services within the same building. The clinic has its own private car park at the front, very convenient for anyone with elderly or disabled family members. The staff are very friendly and polite and hoping that this quality of care carries on.

Absolutely amazed by the service. From call-centre to treatment the clinic is outstanding. I had high fever for 3 days and decided to call Medstar. Explained my situation to the agent (her name was Hayat if I remember correctly) who supported me to make an appointment asap. She didn’t hesitate going above and beyond, great personnel. Dr Gökhan (ENT specialist) was very kind to take me on a short notice. Soon as I met him, he gave me the confidence and morale that I needed. And soon as he saw me, he knew what was wrong. After the consultation he prescribed a medication for my infection. After a couple of days now I’m feeling better like he said. Today I received a follow up call from him to see if I’m doing ok. Nothing but respect. Dr Gökçen also helped me when I felt sick and started vomiting the next day I have been there. She put me on a serum saying that I was dehydrated because I was taking antibiotics. She is also very knowledgeable and kind. Finally, I was very happy with all the staff including the nurse lady who gave me the serum (sorry I missed the name) and the reception staff who are also helpful and friendly.

This successful clinic is filled with the most caring and friendly doctors/nurses who take care of patients till the fullest. Furthermore, I would like to thank Dr Turhan conmez for everything he has done for me from the start to the end, such an experience doctor. I have never received such amazing care and customer service in my life! I am 36 and had male pattern baldness. All my life it has almost been a burden which caused me anxiety and lack of confidence. I found out about the Medstar Clinic through a friend, and after my first consultation with the incredible Doctor . I had no doubt in my mind that this was the place to get my transplant! From the first day of walking in to get my consultation, to the last day of walking out after my surgery, the level of professionalism absolutely blew my mind! Honestly I had the best team in the world.

They and especially Mahir from Medstar team were extremely helpful in my urgent case, result oriented and practical to solve any details required. Extra care & follow up provided after the first treatment as well.

It is a very successful clinic with friendly, caring doctors and staff who take care of patients closely. Even though the doctor was on leave, they came from home to help me for my son's ultrasound. You are in good hands with this clinic regarding health.

Did a blood test for £230, gave me the result with no explanation and wanted to charge extra £90 pounds to explain to me my results. Don’t know how they have such high reviews. Feels like a scam.

Such professional excellent health service end to end! 👏👏👏Felt I am in safe hands from the beginning to the end! The people who work here seem to love their jobs and care about what they are doing. 👏👏 So happy to be their patient! The receptionists chase your call and your requests and very diligent to follow up the outcome. Before Doctor sees you, the friendly nurse does the prechecks. My ENT doctor was Gökhan Guvener. HE WAS AMAZING! Using modern technical medical equipment, showing and explaining the issue in detail! He did a thorough check as well where one will unlikely to receive even you visit a private clinic. Now going back home as a happy bunny! I would like to pass my special thanks to everyone in this clinic. I now know where to turn to in case I am in trouble again.

Sunday my uncle went to A&E at north Middlesex hospital, they didn’t do anything just prescribed stomach protectors such as naproxen. They did not help at all and sent him off with no tests such as urine tests or bladder tests. This had no positive effects as he got worse later on. Monday we brang him to Medstar Clinic. As soon as he walked into the clinic we were urgently looked after and they took him into a urgent care room. The doctors straight away knew what was wrong and gave their predictions and thought it may be meningitis (which later on turned out to be right). They gave a few medications and serums which helped ease his situation. They knew he had to hospital so they gave a letter and we took him back to north Middlesex hospital. At the hospital if we didn’t have their predictions from medstar clinic that it may be meningitis they would have still done nothing. So they looked at the report from Medstar clinic and they took my uncle straight into urgent care centre to start with their diagnosis. He has been put to sleep for a few days now as the doctors in Middlesex hospital still didn’t know what was the cause and what they needed to do even though they had predictions from Medstar. And sadly it has been too late for him to fully recover and may have life long disabilities as only just today the Middlesex hospital has rang us and confirmed it is meningitis. It took Middlesex hospital 5 days for them to come up with a diagnosis and to confirm whilst Medstar clinic doctors straight away knew from the start. I would recommend everyone to come to this clinic no matter what!!
