Another incompetent surgery who are obstructive to allowing you to register let alone actually book an appointment. This lot and Mulgrave Road surgery are not fit for purpose!

Friendly receptionist, only female doc seem to listen to you with problems. Have had bad experiences with two of the male doc..not listening and some bad advice. Very worrying when it's your new born baby and heart related issues for myself

Impossible to book an appointment via the phone. You have to physically go there and still there is nothing. No consideration for working parents unless you sit at home all day and wait for that 11:20 appointment! Had enough and going private! I wish I could get my money back from the NHS!

Horrible service. Patients are treated like trash here by the receptionist. Absolutely unprofessional and every time I go, a minimum of half hour waiting despite of arriving on time. That's the hardest thing to do with impatient toddlers running around screaming all the time.

Very poor service , Gp absolutely unprofessional, for a registration online you need to wait more than 2 months, strongly recommend not to use this service

The receptionists are vile people,the doctors are useless dealing with elderly patients. This practice is not fit for purpose. We the community are being ripped off. If you get past the horrible receptionists,then good luck with the doctors. I've lived under this practice for many years ,and this is the worst I've seen.

Unhelpful receptionist very quick in dismissing patients and inappropriately sending them to A&E

I am very pleased with Belmont GP. The receptionists are very polite and helpful. I have had ongoing health issues recently and Dr Ilves has been absolutely brilliant. She is the best Dr I have ever had. She is very professional, knowledgable and always helped with all my issues and concerns which I am very grateful for. Thank you Dr Ilves.

The very young sounding receptionist has a very soft quiet voice. I had trouble hearing her on telephone. She also had to put me on hold for a long time to ask someone else what to do. Call costs me money. Not a free number

Wonderful receptionist, very polite and kind. The doctors I've seen have been very professional during our newborn baby checks. The practice nurse is also very lovely and courteous. During this pandemic I can understand how it must be very difficult with the mounting work load and pressures GP practices face, but I feel you've been great with me and my family. Thank you

It’s a good GP surgery but you have to you have to have phone call with the gps there before you get a appointment

I moved and joined The Grove Road Practice. I was there for two weeks before I ended up having to leave as the service was appalling. I’ve had a completely different experience with Belmont already. The receptionists are so nice. I was gutted I had to leave my very first GP but the fact Belmont are so good makes it better now!

Just wish we could still be patients! We moved from Belmont and now using another practice which is terrible. Belmont you are amazing and thank you for looking after us while we lived there
