Highest professional service! I booked an appointment by the phone to check my shoulder back. The Lady that welcomed me, was very polite and made me to feel comfortable. She explained to me all the procedure before the doctor come to visit me. The Doctor who did my ultrasound, explained everything and was very patient! He was confident with the result of exam and didn't "push" to do more examinations. Got all the reports in my email. Very happy!!! The price is worth for the service Highly recommended! Andreas

Exceptional and highly professional service at Harley Street Ultrasound practice: the appointment was offered to me on the same day, and the report of the scan was emailed to me and to my GP promptly. I am very pleased with the way I was welcomed by chaperone, and by the way I was consulted and advised by Dr Ahmed Shah: he gave me lots of details and explained to me all I needed to know in order to make an informed decision regarding my next step. All the staff were very polite and helpful, but I was especially impressed by the doctor who carried out my scan and talked me through the images. He was very thorough and I felt completely confident in his assessments - and delighted by the positive findings! As a woman in her mid-70s, I think a scan is a worthwhile investment both to pick up anything that may be wrong at an early stage, and also to provide great peace of mind if nothing IS wrong!

I have been facing a terrible abdominal pain and I went to the practice immediately as GP put on a long list for a free scan. I don't regret at all going to this practice where I have been taken care of with politeness, professionalism and prompt assistance. Thank you so much to Dr. Ahmed Shah who has saved my life. He diagnosed me an abdominal hernia, sent immediately a letter to go to the hospital and I got the surgery on the same day, as I was really on danger. Thank you so much. Highly recommended.

When you hear ‘Harley Street’ you expect top class but this even exceeded our expectations. Took my father for an ultrasound and Dr Shah was truly amazing along with the rest of the staff there. Dr Shah took his time, communicated thoroughly throughout & put our minds at ease with everything. My dad was super happy (he’s not always very easy to please!) which says it all. Absolutely outstanding care and service. I arrived at my appointment feeling very anxious. Dr. Cariati examined and went through everything with me, taking the time to answer all of my questions. My ultrasound was performed by Dr. Pattison, who was once more comforting and thorough. Without question, I'll return to this clinic if I have any further health concerns in the future.

I had a pelvic ultrasound at Harley Street Ultrasound and had an excellent experience. The nurse and doctor were great - very friendly and answered all my questions. The appointment was around 35 minutes long, very thorough and felt really listened to. I would highly recommend the practice and will be using it in the future for sure.

Lovley Staff, they pick up nothing wrong with my scan, however when I went to the Chelsea hospital for further check ups, the hospital picked up that my coil is embedded and needs to be removed as it could cause problems, thus the pain I have been feeling. Slightly disappointed that the scan I paid for as an urgency picked up nothing, where as the NHS scan discovered some my discomfort in that area.... After writing this review, I had very kind quick response from the Harley Street Ultrasound group, they are looking into what happened and also getting another specialist to look at the results. I appreciate the time and effort and await further info.

I had a dynamic ultrasound with Dr Abbasi. What a kind, caring, professional and informative gentleman! It's taken years for me to get a diagnosis and he found out exactly what was wrong in minutes. I never felt rushed and he took the time to explain everything to me and show it to me on the screen too. All colleagues were very kind. I couldnt recommend them enough!

Great experience, such friendly staff and very knowledgable. I booked a last minute appointment due to an emergency happening and they fitted me in. I didn't even wait 5 mins. I was very emotional and was worried when I came in and they really took care of me and calmed me down. I would like to give a big shout out to Dr Ayman, Dr Abdel Rahman, Parisa and Ezra. Great service from the Harley St ultrasound group. An easy, smooth process from start to finish. They were very accommodating moving my appointment at short notice when I was unable to attend due to a cancelled flight home. On the day I was greeted by nurse Aria, who was very welcoming and put me at ease. She explained the process and prepared me for the scan. Dr Ahmed soon came to begin my scan. He listened to my issues, and spent some time checking the area and comparing the opposite side. He explained what I was seeing on the screen during the scan, explained his findings in a way I could understand, and let me know what his recommendations were. I received my report later on the same day. I’d be happy to use HSUG again if ever needed.

Having my first check up after treatment for breast cancer was not easy! Dr Sbano was very understanding. She checked everything thoroughly and explained everything. I felt safe, understood and reassured! Amazing place, highly recommended!

My scan was easy and fast to book (within 48 hours). Once I arrived the team were very friendly and welcoming. Dr Sanjay was very also very friendly and kind. He carefully explained the results of my scan and gave me advice to speak to my GP about. And thankfully they found nothing so put my mind at ease.

I had my first pregnancy scan here at 6 weeks. My fiance and I saw our first pictures and the scans were fine. We saw the little heartbeat and the scan itself was fine - they scanned and detected the little sac, ovaries and measured the peanut. The reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars is I felt like I was rushed and they were rushing me to pay the balance. Photos and videos were sent immediately but it would be a nice touch if they had given you print outs which we actually got at the London Pregnancy Clinic but otherwise all was fine.

We’ve had some private scans here and the service was excellent. Staff were very supportive. The booking process is very easy and straightforward. We saw Dr Heba Alkutbi for a few pregnancy scans and she was absolutely brilliant. Absolutely loved her! She so kind and reassuring! Thank you!

I was a little nervous going to see Mr Abdel Mahfouz for a internal scan today. I really need not to have worried. I had such a warm welcome from Inga the practice manager who was so kind and calming. Mr Abdel talking me through what he was doing and being very caring. After a discussion I had my coil removed which was well overdue to come out . All I have to say is I will definitely go back and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone. Mr Abdel and Inga thank you.

I was very impressed with Harley Street Ultrasound. I booked a female health check scan for later on the same day and despite being 20 minutes early for the appointment was seen straight away. Dr Hussain and Dr Mahfouz were both excellent and I was delighted they were able to tell me the results as they did the scan, putting my mind quickly at rest. The scan photos and report were emailed within an hour. I would definitely recommend.

Extremely professional team of clinicians. If you need an urgent scan I would recommend you get them to do it. I also received the full report of the scan within 14 hours to supply to my consultant.

We had our daughter hips ultrasound today done by Doctor Trevor Gaunt. His and the assistant were lovely. The scan was performed in a very attentive way, massive attention to details. Our daughter could feel the empathy that the doctor had and she remained calmed during the entire exam. We left the clinic very happy for the treatment that we received. Highly recommended. My son needed an ultrasound scan. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The radiographer was super. He was very kind and thorough, explaining everything he did and including my son in the conversations. He put us all at ease and made the whole experience less stressful. I would definitely recommend Harley Street Ultrasound.

I brought my mother for full female check. We saw Dr Mahfouz and his lovely assistant Asmina. The level of service we received was second to non. Dr Mahfouz explained his findings every step of the way and patiently answered all my questions. We were utterly impressed with how quick we received copy of the images and report by email before we reached home. I unreservedly recommend this clinic especially Dr Mahfouz.

Went for an early pregnancy scan, and the sonographer was rude. Made me very uncomfortable as he told me I was too early, although it says on the website from 6 weeks (and I was in week 7) felt like he just wanted me out as quickly as possible. And finished off with giving my husband his card and telling him, if he can afford it. He can contact him when it’s time to give birth. As if I wasn’t in the room.

Dr Trevor Gaunt was really brilliant. He has a great rapport with children and made both us as parents, and our child feel relaxed and reassured. We would highly recommend him and the Harley Street Ultrasound Clinic where he works.

Dr Ali Abassi is very professional, friendly and great at explaining everything. I’m really pleased he was recommended to me. No one better for sure.

I attended this clinic because of a lump. Attentive staff and seemed very efficient. The ultra sound could not conclusively diagnose what my lump is. The doctor was pretty certain that it was a cyst even though the lump didn’t exhibit the symptoms. I left feeling rather relieved. However when I got home I decided to open his letter to my GP and he stated that I should be referred to a cancer clinic. This was not mentioned during my consultation. I honestly feel cheated. There was at no point any mention of a potential cancer diagnosis or that he would recommend that I should be referred to a cancer clinic. Looking back, it seems as if he was trying to avoid the topic of cancer. I feel devastated and truly appalled. Edit: I received a phone call from the clinic, which was greatly appreciated and illustrates that they do care. I do feel somewhat indignant but he was able to answer some more questions

A great experience. I decided to book a private ultrasound rather than wait for a GP appointment/referral. I was taken through on time by a very friendly nurse. Dr Pattisson who I was seeing was very thorough and clearly knew what she was doing. I received images and reports less than 30 minutes after leaving. Thanks so much Harley Street Ultrasound :)
