The best dentist I have ever been to and I have moved a lot! I have been looking for somewhere to have braces fitted for several years and this is the first time I had absolute faith and trust in the dentist, orthodontist and the rest of the team when it came to advice, information and suggested plan for my braces. I am part way through my treatment and could not have been better looked after. The entire team are approachable, friendly and incredibly professional as well as clearly good at their jobs. They are even skilled at keeping my little daughter entertained when she sometimes comes along!

I had a dental emergency. EgoDent got me an appointment very quickly. Everyone was very professional and kind and made the process as easy as it could be. The receptionist was very helpful as well in scheduling and explaining next steps. All in all, the office worked to help keep me relaxed and get me treated in what was an otherwise very stressful experience.

As far as I am concerned it worth every single penny spent there! Top quality services,really friendly and experienced staff. I really do recomand!

Found the practice by chance but I cannot be happier. From day 1, the professionalism and caring attitude of all staff, from reception to practice manager was beyond 5 stars. I will recommend them wholeheartedly to everyone. If you want a service beyond and above go to EgoDent.

Posting this on behalf of my partner. She found the Invisalign treatment worked well. The problem with Egodent is the customer service. Unfortunately, appointments very rarely ran on time. The clinic often would ring to change the appointment with poor excuses/bad organisation and the change would often be close to the original appointment time. The worst case was the day before the appointment the time was changed. Then at 19:00 that evening another call to say that the reason for the appointment was not possible and instead would have to either wait around for hours or have more delays before receiving the required retainer. On top of this there has been 3 unnecessary appointments due to incompetence by the lab they used. There is very little apology and there has certainly not been any offer of help regarding the inconvenience they cause.

As a patient I felt safe throughout the work. It explains exactly what it is about and works with amazing professionalism. I can say that I was saved from a difficult situation. I recommend Egodent !!
