Its been a great 4 months studying with No1 Fitness to gain my PT Level 3 qualification. The zoom classes were interactive and engaging which is why I choose No1 - learning by flicking through powerpoints without any chat or personal guidance just isn't for me. Classes were for 2 hours, twice a week and that was really good as it allowed me to recap on my learning's throughout the week. Constant communication with peers and tutors was made easy with various group chats. Totally worth jumping on the course with No1 Fitness they make the paperwork, assessments and exams feels like a breeze.

Cannot thank the team at No. 1 Fitness enough for their support, knowledge and guidance as I worked towards getting qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer. Paul and Iain's tutoring, support and knowledge was second to none and made the course extremely enjoyable. The course is well structured and was very well adapted for online learning during lockdown. Opportunity for in-person workshops was invaluable also. If you're thinking of studying for your Level 2 or Level 3 then don't look any further than these guys. It was a fantastic experience, so happy to have found No. 1 Fitness Education and to have studied with them!

My decision to enrol on the fitness instructor and personal trainer course with No1 Fitness Education is one of the best I have ever made. I have received a world class education that has not only equipped me with the skills I need to coach others on their journey, it has undoubtedly enriched and enhanced my own fitness abilities and expanded my horizons beyond anything I might have previously imagined. Cannot recommend No1 enough! My tutors Ian and Paul did a fantastic job educating me and my classmates in only 10 weeks, and made me feel ready to tackle the qualification assessment, which can be intimidating for some. Kirsty, Paul and Ian were always available to answer questions and made this experience really enjoyable. When I set out to do my fitness instructor training I did a lot of research into what the best course for me to do would be and I was extremely fortunate to be recommended No1 fitness education through a friend. The best part about this course is the face to face hours you get and the amount of practical training which so many courses do not offer. The tutors are all extremely knowledgable and currently active in the industry so they’re knowledge is all up to date and they offer you help and guidance out of class hours via a WhatsApp group which is of huge help. Along with the course they also offer you three months worth of membership to their London Bridge and City studios to take part in their classes by their excellent Personal Trainers which I found to be a huge attribute to my learning experience and skillset. The course takes place over 12 weeks one day a week on a Saturday which gives you plenty of time to really process what you’ve learnt, go home and put into practise the skills you have learnt and the amount of hours spent doing practical work ensures that you will be able to walk into a gym afterwards and feel confident as a fitness professional. After completing the course I began working as a fitness instructor within 3 weeks so I think that result speaks for itself! Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I've just completed my online Level 2 Fitness Instructor course and I'm so pleased I chose No1 Fitness Education! Everything is so organised, tutors are always there to help with any questions and in just 3 weeks you receive the best knowledge you can get in order to become a professional Instructor. I have just completed the Diploma of PT with No.1 Fitness. They are called No.1 for a very good reason. The course was well organised and the Tutors were nice and friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. They gave us a strong theoretical background to all the things we've been doing in the gym for years. Tutors could answer everything we asked and were open to all sorts of questions (nothing is a silly question!). They prepared us well for the examinations at the end. I had reservations about the delivery of such a program online but this really is the next best thing. I am happy that I chose them over other providers for this program and would highly recommend it. No. 1 have it sussed!

From the moment I enquired about the PT course at No1 Fitness Education- I was impressed. I had a full consultation with Ben, who offered a comprehensive summary of what to expect on the course, and even offered some advice on my transition into the Fitness Industry- and this was all even before I had signed up! The E-learning element covers everything you would expect to see on the theory exam - ensuring a solid mark on the tests. No 1 Fitness Education, did not just provide a good foundation for anyone completing their Level 2/3 PT exam, however they also offer support and guidance on steps after the course, and how to go about entering into the industry- this was probably the most valuable aspect to No1 Fitness Education. Harry was extremely helpful with the many contacts he has in the industry and was genuinely looking to help you in your career in Fitness.

I was looking for a high quality personal training course which would go further than the basics offered by the many. I chose No1 Fitness Education's part time 10 week course, through which the weekly tutor sessions provided me with both support to the online learning, but most importantly invaluable small group learning on the key aspects of face to face personal training. These sessions gave me the actual knowledge and tools to really develop my career in the fitness industry, access to experienced tutors (themselves practicing PTs), and a great team of fellow students to enjoy the experience with.
