On
the
5th
dec
2022
I
had
an
appointment
with
Dr
Aiysha
Jawaid
from
Limehouse
practice
on
the
phone
for
myself
and
My
three
year
old
son.
I
have
to
say
she
is
one
of
the
most
dreadful
people
that
lacks
empty
and
any
human
decency
Iv
met
in
a
long
while.
After
treating
me
over
the
phone
and
prescribing
me
medication
it
was
the
turn
of
my
sons
appointment.
she
was
well
aware
of
the
fact
that
I
was
too
poorly
to
leave
my
home
with
two
Children
both
sick.
She
demanded
I
leave
the
house
wake
my
sleeping
unwell
toddler
up
who
had
been
sick
For
four
days
with
temperatures
on
going
39.9
to
40
degrees
and
a
chest
infection(
confirmed
later
by
another
dr
at
the
practice)
she
gave
me
15
mins
to
make
her
demands.
When
I
told
her
my
child
is
sick
and
his
In
his
Night
time
sleep
her
response
was
“
well
your
going
to
have
to
wake
him
up
then
aren’t
you
and
get
here”
then
I
told
her
I
had
been
Waiting
for
the
call
From
her
since
2pm
and
his
bed
time
is
usually
5:30
/6
and
that
I
Myself
am
so
unwell
I
am
struggling
to
stay
out
of
bed.
she
ignored
that
part
completely
and
went
on
to
say
“
im
not
going
to
Willy
nilly
give
antibiotics
to
a
baby
like
and
adult”
what
am
I
to
understand
from
that
she
game
me
Medicine
in
her
very
professional
term”willy
nilly”?
I
told
her
I
understand
she
wants
to
see
my
baby
but
is
there
any
other
solution?she
said
you
either
come
in
or
you
don’t.
Further
more
dr
Jawweed
proclaiming
I
was
asking
her
to
give
my
son
antibiotics
“Willy
nilly”
is
completely
unreasonable
because
on
my
sons
records
which
she
was
well
Aware
of
,
was
that
he
had
been
seen
in
person
by
a
hospital
out
of
hours
GP.
I
told
her
that
DR
Riga
of
the
out
of
hours
hub
appointment
at
the
royal
London
hospital
Had
said
if
the
temp
continued
then
to
call
my
own
GP
and
they
would
Give
him
the
medicine
if
he
requires.
Had
she
Read
the
notes
she
would
know
this
as
confirmation.
She
spoke
down
to
me
because
she
thought
she
could
which
felt
because
she
is
Asian
serving
her
own
community,
she
was
riddled
with
assumptions
and
treated
me
like
I
was
over
reacting
and
wasting
her
time.
Her
tone
was
rude
and
accusing.
After
talking
Talking
to
the
Reception
staff
who
where
nothing
like
her
said
they
could
hear
I
was
really
sick
and
would
talk
to
her…
only
then
she
gave
two
Options
one
was
to
get
someone
else
to
take
my
son
in…
wasn’t
an
option
or
to
go
In
the
next
day.
Why
not
simply
just
give
those
two
options
to
start
with?
Overall
I
am
unclear
as
to
why
a
person
especially
in
that
field
thinks
it’s
ok
to
Talk
to
people
in
their
most
vulnerable
time
of
need
in
that
way.
What
a
waste
of
a
job
on
a
person
who
Lacks
basic
human
empathy.
What
a
shame
she
represents
an
otherwise
very
good
GP
practice.
She
needs
to
be
sent
for
some
training
on
talking
to
people
with
manners
that
are
at
the
very
least
socially
acceptable.
