Unprofessional.... it only do they think it's acceptable to cancel your appointment 30mins before the time but they also say that the next appointment that can fit you in for is 2 weeks away. ON top of that when they get your results from test they don't even bother ring u instead they just wait for you keep chasing them up then say you have to book an appointment with the doctor to get your results. Complete lack of competence. If I could give 0 I would.

Do not use this this doctor's surgery! They can't even pick up the phones - wait for an hour just to talk to reception. Weeks and weeks to get an appointment to go through test results. To be fair the one time I got to see a doctor they were friendly - but it took months to get in front of a basic GP. Hands down the worst doctors surgery I've been a part of - have had to change GPs!

Called them up to book a 34 weeks appointment (for the 2nd week of May) and was advised the next available appointment is only in June... when asked how I could then get an appointment before that was advised to call up on the day at 08h00 to get a slot (which is not guaranteed). There was no other option suggested and when your pregnant and working it makes it quite impossible to arrange time off from work for the same day...

I am extremely disappointed with their service! My 2 years old has been refused to be seen twice, first time with ear and eye infection and for second time with chest infection! And when I went to the A&E and waited good 4 hours, they've asked me why I am there, don't I have a go, and couldn't believe that my little one has been refused to be seen!GPs needs to understand that looking in internet to put diagnosis isn't professional and ruin the trust in them! The receptionists are rude and unhelpful! I am really angry with the service!

Currently have to listen to 2+ minutes of recorded message before being told they're busy and won't even put you in a queue, just cut you off while ringing to get an emergency appointment. I've been with the practice for 13 years, but will be looking for a new surgery. Change the recorded message! No one in pain should have to wait two minutes at a time before ultimately being cut off!!!

Quite possibly the rudest receptionists I've ever come across when calling anywhere . Got huffed at a few times , even put the phone down on me mid sentence a few times. I'm at the point now where I'd rather fall down and be seriously ill than call back for anything . The Dr is nice but some serious reconsideration Into the attitudes that answer the phone are needed at this place .

I do like the doctors and nurses here but it's hard work to get to see them! Reception phone lines are managed so badly, it just hangs up if they're busy after listening to 3 minutes of information. They don't seem to have a queue system which is bizarre!

Been a patient of this GP clinic for over two years now, they are absolutely amazing. The demand is very high, as is with all GPs in central London, but they do their absolute best to see you as soon as possible. The staff and doctors are absolutely lovely - just wanted to say thank you!

Been going here for 3 years. Appointments take 2/3 weeks but thats the case with any practice I have been too. It's obviously a busy place but I always feel when I go I am listened to and treated well.
